If you were bitten by a tick, go someplace else. If you have Lyme, go someplace else. Blatantly ignored or are ignorant of CDC guidelines for tick bites and treatment. Their lack of knowledge, or maybe it’s a lack of concern, is shameful. I left with no treatment, in search of some place more competent.

I went here to the walk-in-clinic, for a UTI, which like many other women I get. I took a urine test and was told to call back in 3 days if I had heard nothing, I waited three days and called. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes for them to call me back 30 mins later to tell me they had never tested my sample. I have severe symptoms and have the entire time, they are unhelpful and unresponsive. I do not recommend and wont be returning.

My husband went last summer for a UTI, and we were told he would receive a call in a few days to let him know where the infection started, and didnt hear anything for two weeks and my husband called. He also went for a covid test back in December and they never called, he had to find out on his mylink account. He just went earlier this week for another UTI, and was misdiagnosed with a PULLED MUSCLE. He called our primary care, and this walk in didnt test his dirty sample, just the clean, and didnt send it out for further testing like they said. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

The doctor I saw is very nice. One receptionist with the same name as a flower left a lot to be desired in the form of courtesy, understanding, & manners. For shame that you speak to someone like that because it is the end of YOUR day. Well I was fresh out of work and having a hard time breathing. Really nice. People who speak to me on the phone like that is why I have anxiety about using the phone for official calls.
