Excellent company! I have been working for MAXIM for more than four years now as an RN. My case is accessible from home and they matched me perfectly to a good patient whose family is wonderful and my colleague who is working with me on the case is as nice as the MAXIM staff.Everybody in the office is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking, and a great communicator. They go above and beyond to excel in what they do best...that is Taking care of their patients and their employees. They helped me in so many ways from accommodating my challenging schedule to making sure I am professionally adept to perform my job functions well.During the course of the pandemic they exceeded my expectations. One of the biggest reasons I continue to work for Maxim is the staff at the Maxim-Orland Park office. They are willing to listen and help the people who work for them. Ive been with Maxim for several years and my experience with this office has always been great. They have been willing to take newly graduated nurses, which is a real plus when other institutions only hire experienced nurses. The office is at the edge of the earth but the Maxim office people are the key!

Maxim Healthcare is a wonderful company and has helped me become a better nurse. I was part of the novice nurse program and it allowed me to learn even more with my preceptor before I began working. I have worked with Maxim for years as a CNA, and decided to work with them again when I became a nurse. I have yet to be disappointed at how amazing the staff are and their genuine care for the clients and nursing staff. The nursing supervisors are also amazing and are very involved with the care of the clients as well as in constant communication with the nurses working with these clients. The staff at Maxim always listen to our concerns and always find a way to answer our questions. I do not see myself leaving Maxim for a long time, they are truly a great group of individuals to work with.

I recently complete one year employment with Maxim health care and I could not be more content and happy with my extra! The clinical team is always on top of things for Patients but AS WELL as staff. Overall working for maxim has been a great learning experience with opportunities to grow. Sometimes their are schedule glitches which can cause a bit of confusion, however Maxim is a great company to work for and extremely flexible.
