This was my first time at the Hickory Hills office and my first time seeing Dr. Janakiram. This was the easiest and most efficient doctor visit I have ever experienced. Dr. Janakiram, the nurse, and lab staff were all very attentive and professional. I am relieved to find such a great location and staff after having to change because my primary doctor retired.

I love my new doctor Mithila Janakiram MD. She made me feel welcome from the first time I met her. Her staff is excellent as well.

I like Dr Janakarim because she is quite knowledgeable with my case currently. She is easy to talking to and also helped me to understand many a diagnosis Ive had. I am going to be her patient for many more years to come.

I liked the facilitys safety, sanitary and efficient measures in checking in patients. It was my first time at this location looking to get my yearly check up. I found Dr. Janakiram to listen to my concerns and make suggestions. However, I felt a bit rushed and not sure why I wasnt asked for the list of the supplements I am currently taking in order for them to be added to my file. I was looking for my annual check up and I didnt feel like I got one; if I did receive it, I wasnt sure what that was. I plan to follow up with Dr. Janakiram and hopeful to walk away from my future appointment feeling I got a complete check up or unrushed.

Dr. Janikiram is great but no one answers the phone. They need more receptionist to help the work load. I have been on hold for 1.5hrs just to lab orders faxed.

Didn’t have to wait too long to be seen by Dr Mithila Janakiram . I felt safe visiting this clinic and I’m so happy I was able to see my doctor . I was also able to have my blood works done by Pamela at the lab . She is very friendly and very caring . It was the first time I met her and I’m happy I did . I’m very satisfied with my visit yesterday and so happy to see my family doctor again . Thank you !

Ive been a patient of Dr. Janakirams for over 5 years and even though Ive had a change of insurance, I always come back to her because she knows me and takes her time with me. I appreciate our encounters because I leave them feeling heard and understood. She is very knowledgable and takes the best care of her patients!

Ive been coming here for over a year now and Dr. Janakiram is an amazing Doctor. She will answer any question you have and pay attention to your every need. She makes you feel comfortable. It was hard for me to find the right doctor but me and my daughter are pleased with her as our doctor. Also there is Never a long wait time at all..

The staff has always been overly accommodating towards my husbands and my needs and Dr Janakiram is a dream come true. She listens and really tried to solve what was going on with me and nailed it SPOT ON! I love her friendly and gentle approach and kind demeanor. She was recommended to me at the hospital where i gave birth so i chose her as the location was also convenient. however, getting an apt with her is close to impossible and if you have an emergency forget it! this past wknd was the last straw. My son who has been seeing her since he was born, had a seizure and because it was minor i did not take him to ER but felt it was best i follow up with her to see her recommendations. i called 1st thing on Monday morning when they opened, of course she was busy so i left a mssg with the receptionist. I made sure to emphasize that it was important and i needed to hear back asap! a few days later and still no call back!!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say I am transferring my son to a new pediatrician. -Truly disappointed

I went to this Dr the staff was quite rude, the nurse was nice, and helpful. when the Dr came in I told her what was wrong, and it was as if she wasnt listening to me. she then tried to tell me what she felt I needed without hearing what I had to say.

My family and I have been Dr. Janakirams patients for years. I love her kind, caring and professional manner. She is quick to respond to calls and/or emails. Ive had some minor issues with front desk staff, only twice and both times my concerns were addressed immediately and efficiently. There may be better hospitals and clinics but I am reluctant to stray from Dr. Janakiram. Highly recommend her.

Very rude staff as well as the doctor, I came late 15 min exactly due to traffic and the doctor refused to see me , asking me to resechdule again after driving 30 min and leaving my job early for that appointment. I will not go back again there, in addition I wasnt satisfied with my last visit with the doctor, it was last chance and they miss it.

Horrible doctor and horrible staff! Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Doesnt even let you talk. The doctor was lying to me the whole time until I started digging more. Super unorganized. I would cross your fingers going in there.
