Went in for acne rosacea, was recommended to have microneedling treatment. Post procedure my skin is covered in constant welt like bumps. I was given an antibiotic for this, and when going to my pharmacy to pick it up, I discovered that they gave me an antibiotic that I am severely allergic to. I had told the Dr. there twice that I had an allergy to this, and he still gave it to me. When I called to ask for a different pill they never returned my call! I called again, and again no call back. I suffer with terrible self esteem due to my condition, and was so hoping for help to not look ugly any longer and they essentially RUINED my skin even more. I have no idea if this will ever go away. I am already two weeks post treatment and the welts keep appearing. Do NOT go to them for rosacea! They will spread it on you!EDIT: In response to the companys reply. There was NEVER any improvement on my face. The acne scars are all still there. There isnt even any softening. The lack of volume in my face is still there as well. And YES I did tell you that I was allergic to that antibiotic, and even after I discovered that I was still prescribed the pill I gave you the benefit of the doubt and I called you to get it changed and never heard back. I declined laser treatment because its highly invasive and I wanted to treat my skin without aggravating it more, and the microneedling treatment still aggravated it. As professionals, you should have known that I was not a candidate for this treatment, even if my rosacea looked controlled. Well, it certainly is NOT controlled now. Your response to me is filled with inaccuracies and misspellings. Completely unprofessional. I see you offered a discount to someone else on here when they were accidentally hung up on, but my face is made WORSE and you dont even take any responsibility? A joke. The included photo is SIXTEEN days POST treatment, my skin should not have been this volatile that far out from the procedure. Yet it was and still is. As you can see there is FAR more irritation here than just two small pimples.The professional response would have been to admit the error and to work with me on correcting it and on trying to still help me with my condition. I do not want to complain nor play hard ball, I would have worked with you. Instead you want to foist blame on the damaged party (me) and take zero responsibility.

This was honestly my best laser experience !! Mimi helped me feel comfortable the entire time ! The set up was very neat & organized, it was located in a private area. She offers a sheet to keep u covered while you do other parts of your body. She was so sweet & kind & booked me an appointment as soon as possible. Will definitely be coming back !! ❤️❤️❤️
