We had a delicate job that involved installing a 330v outlet in an existing home for our new double ovens. Albert let us know the issue and gave us a worst case scenario and a best case scenario. We gave the go ahead to do the job. He was prompt, efficient and organized. Best of all they were able to do the work in the best case scenario. I am so impressed.

I had an issue with lightning destroying items in my house. I thought it was much worse than it was. When I called to have someone come the dispatcher helped tremendously and then when the tech came out he explained in detail exactly what happened and told me how I can help prevent this from happening again. I got a whole home surge protector and it cost way less than all the appliances I have to replace. Not to mention I will be buying surge protectors for my outlets that control tvs and sensitive equipment.

Jeff and assistant just spent a couple of days at our house replacing all of the old sockets and switches. They were extremely professional and did an amazing job of getting to some sockets that were tucked away and/or covered. You would not know that they were here other than us now having all new switches and sockets. Would not hesitate to recommend them and we also discussed a new job at our house in the spring to install some new lights in the family room. Great job.

The company was unprofessional and unresponsive. We called initially at 9am, expressing that because of presumable breaks in our circuit, we were without power in some areas of our home and without heat (in the wintertime) throughout the whole home. Katie ensured that we would have an electrician come out between 10:15am-1:45pm. We waited around all afternoon, heard nothing and decided to follow up at 2pm to which Denise stated an electrician would call us back shortly and give us an updated ETA. We were still not contacted and at 3pm I was promised a call back within 10 minutes by the manager, Ryan. More than 10 minutes pass and heard absolutely nothing. We called back to cancel our appointment, to which Denise had nothing to say but “OK” and had no apology for the inconvenience they caused. Very unprofessional. Instead of wasting your time waiting for them, take your business elsewhere.

Mind-boggling experience! Circle Electrical Contracting electricians were here for 2 days to change out the electrical connections in my home. Im so elated with their service. Even though there was some extra troubleshooting work, they charged me the initial estimated rate. They are reasonable and dedicated. I recommend them without any reservation!!
