The pharmacist here ernest is so nice and professional. He is so pleasant and takes time to help you and answer your questions. He also tries to attends to everyone with the help of the girls. The girls are nice too.

Whoever processed my prescription never put it through insurance and a rude woman at the drive through didn’t care to tell me my total correctly. I called to get it fixed a Lori is awesome! Very patient and wanted to fix it right away for me. She’s definitely the one keeping the pharmacy going in this CVS. Thank you Lori!

I have the pharmacy text me whenever my prescription is ready. Awesome, cool! Every time I go to the pharmacy they tell me that it’s not ready, they don’t have anything for me, or if there is they say it won’t be refilled until a month from then.Today I went because I had gotten a text saying it’s ready (they assured me it wouldn’t happen again and they didn’t know why it did that) Well when I went to the drive-through gave him my birthday and my last name he tells me there’s nothing in there for me I tell him that I have received the text and it said it was refilled I told him I don’t have anything else that I need that today he told me that he can’t do anything about it and to come back in an hour I told him I could not do that because I have to go to work in an hour he said everyone is going to lunch and nobody could help you right now so there’s really nothing we could do. You can come back in an hr and I can put it in then. My meds are for a month, they don’t ever refill it until after the month. I don’t understand why. This also wasn’t the only mess up they had with me. I was on another medication and it was 50mg my dr brought it up to 100mg (that makes it a new prescription)and they refused to give that to me because it wasn’t time for a refill even though it wasn’t a refill and I tried explaining that to them. Just awful if I could I would go back to Walgreens but my company only lets us go to cvs... bummer.

DO NOT GET COVID TEST HERE!!! Says 6 days for results I think they didnt plan it out. Still waiting at 13 days. Would either have a severe case/die or be past 14 day quarantine before test results come in. No point in getting one here of it takes that long. Go to state/city/county facility. Results take 2 days. Workers are nice and professional.

DO NOT APPLY HERE! I did an interview with the pharmacist for a pharmacy tech position. I was told I got the job and that I should get an email from Corporate to start the process. After going back and forth with the pharmacist, the assistant, and two employees trying to find the email to Corporate. I got an email saying I had to put in a code on the website. I was never told to log in or anything. I called to ask for help and the front end manager Gabby said you have to log in i said oh because Ernest didnt tell me that. Her response was well im telling you now. I said maam you dont have to have an attitude im just trying to get help. She said i dont have an attitude but you know what Ill talk to the pharmacist and maybe we wont hire you after all.I got an email today saying they arent proceeding with the hiring process. I went back and forth for over a month just to get a background check email that never came. I jumped through hoops to send them info. Horrible horrible management!

The worst pharmacy staff ever. It must be a dumping ground for those who dont have a clue of what they are doing. The old Muslim lady is rude at times. Never smiles and act as if she doesnt want to attend to you. Need more.

I believe his name is Ernest that works at the pharmacy. He was amazing. Juggling 7 things at once with a smile. You dont see customer service like that any more!! He rocks!!

Update: had a pleasant experience last two times going to the store, associates were helpful and understanding. One of them was the same woman fromLast time with a much better attitude. Much appreciated 😊Sale signs were not posted, coupon machine was not working so my coupons supposedly printed when they didn’t, so many of the sale items were not on the shelves, and unfriendly and rude workers. (Not all, but had quite a few unfriendly encounters). And when I brought up an issue (like asking if there are any more products that were not on shelf or that the coupon machine isn’t working) the woman was very annoyed - like it’s not her job or that I was asking her to go and manufacture the products herself. Such a waste of my time to go to this CVS. Oh and customers are waiting in line with no cashier at register, since they’re busy change sale signs that should have been up Sunday morning.

Lina orthman the pharmacist was beyond unhelpful and rude. She was having a conversation with a friend as i walked up and needed help , then the other tech Eric stopped and helped me i didn’t know the name correctly and showed him what i needed to pick up and he told her the name she ended her convo finally and looked it up and said “it’s not here, there’s nothing by that name” and went on the phone as i waited to be helped AGAIN and she hung up & i said am i still being helped and she said “it’s not here “ and turned around and i said so that’s it your not gonna help me she proceeded to say “what do you want me to help you with?” I said this what i need to pick up and showed her and she’s like the name was wrong that’s the brand name (as If i knew, plus Eric said the name not me) as well as i had other prescriptions to pick up. She was very Rude and didn’t help her associates as well and i would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone due to her inappropriate tone and lack of social skills.

Only giving this pharmacy 1 star because it makes me. the WORST pharmacy EVER!! took 3 months to get my script straight in the 1st place. called to buy a portion of my script to be ready later on the SAME day otp with a REAL person. when I went to pick it up & the girl tells me I scheduled the p/u for the next day even though I asked otp what time do you close today? & she asked what time Id be there to p/u. another day I went to p/u my script & my co-pay was 10X what it should be. not even a phone can to warn me so I could call the insurance company BEFORE I wasted my time to go there & the insurance company closed. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT-SO-EVER from these people. cant wait until January so I can go to another pharmacy.
