This place is by far the most unprofessional clinic there is. Very rude and unorganised. The manager is very rude and disrespects customers. How do you call yourself professional and and disrespect customers by yelling at them and telling them whether their insurance is good or bad? I went in for a simple general exam and i was told it would be $240 but they would discount it to $140. I showed the the flyer (that was being offered in the office) that it was $85 dollars for first time patients,l. The manager said that it applies to people with medicaid. I told her having people pay full price upfront and charging their insurance is fraud. She did not care! I advise you to avoid such a place. Its a scam.

Absolutely amazing!! My best friend needed to get a PCR test done to fly home to Canada and after having no luck finding a place that could guarantee shed have the results in time, despite paying for expedited test, we found Harlem Medical online.Were sorry we didnt get the name of the lady at reception but she was an absolute angel! My friend was really stressed about getting results in time to travel as wed already wasted a day waiting on a different lab and she was professional, calming and reassuring. She promised wed have what we needed and they delivered way ahead of the promised time. A million thank yous for helping us! It is appreciated more than you could know. Best service!!

They only give you the covid result if you pay in cash it’s been 3days since I’ve done my covid test and still no results, sign says free covid test but when you go in the want to charge you, only after your money

Dont go to this place! The lady who works there is so mean and rude. They dont have any knowledge of the medical field. They advertise a saliva test but they dont know anything about it. I left immediately. I found a place where you just put saliva into a test tube, non-invasive. The lady there is so dumb, if you dont know how to do the saliva test then why did you say you did when I called. Also your appointment time isnt really the time they see you.

It was the 3 weeks ago that really sold me. Great experience. I hope someone 2 weeks from now looks back at my review and uses it

Worst experience EVER!!! I went to get blood tests for my college, the front desk ( the dr’s wife) was sooo RUDE and she just keeps screaming. I paid my balance and got the lab results and 2 months later I was sent to collections by their lab (which I never visited) and the lab had the physician’s address so I never received a bill!! The bills were going to the physician’s office and nobody informed me. I went to the office to get the issue resolved and again the front desk kept on screaming and refused to give me my records. This place is a SCAM. A lawsuit will be going to them soon. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! The place is FILTHY and very RUDE STAFF.

Im a new patient at this facility. I was pleasantly surprised at how the Doctor gave me his undivided attention when he asked me questions about my health. He thoroughly addressed my concerns and made candid suggestions on what I needed to do. I felt like he had a vested interest in my well-being. The Staff is very Professional, Kind and Caring. Im really not a fan of public rest rooms, however, it is obvious that someone takes great pride in keeping it clean, well sanitized and tastefully decorated. Overall, I am happy I chose this clinic!

The worst ever experience I ever had, not professional at all , keep lying, told me to come next day at 12 , for picking up COVID test for travel , came back next day at 12 , the same lady who I told her twice , are you sure the result will be ready at 12, she told me to come back after 4 hours , like I have nothing to do , don’t go over there , they only care about money , lying is a part of business

They lies about price! Their main doctor checked the heart rate through clothes and said everything OK. I totally dont understand medicine and even I know that the heart rate should be checked on a naked body in front and behind. So I canceled all tests, paid $150 compensation to go normal place. Very unprofessional! impolite! highly not recommend!

Our travel agent suggested this place (pcr covid testing for travel)for my niece who was visiting and had no insurance. I live about 35 minutes away, but decided to take her since she would be traveling very soon and I didn’t know any other places that would see her without a referral. I called in for results on the day of her flight, and spoke to Eman. She was nice at first, asked me to send her the patient information via text and she would send me the results as soon as she arrived at the office. She sent me someone else’s results! When I called her back to let her know, she had THE WORST ATTITUDE and blamed ME because she said she called me and asked if I received the email and I had told her yes. Yes I did receive results, but they weren’t for the right patient! Then, she sends me the results with the name misspelled and when I called her to let her know, she was even more rude than she was on the last call as if it was MY MISTAKE. I sent her the correct information but they have no accountability for when they mess up. How this place is up and running is beyond me. Thank god they’re not my primary doctors office.

Terrible experience. No privacy, left without being told what prescriptions I would be getting or any explanation, will not refill prescriptions, must make appointment monthly to receive said common prescriptions. Blood tests ordered without medical reason. Another patients test results were yelled to him over the counter in front of whole office. Completely unprofessional, feel like its an insurance scam for money. Highly reconsider going to this doctor. I should have read other reviews bc they are all true. Just terrible.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... I stayed in the the waiting room longer then I did the exam room and I was a new patient ... I asked for an annual physical and didn’t get any of that... he checked my oxygen and heart & told me I could go... don’t recommend UNLESS you’re of their race.

Dr Raad & his wife are crocks . They lied to me when they said they do give immunization for kids , but I realize they transfer the patients to another clinic for that and charge your midcaid for services they didn’t do . This clinical is very good because the Dr. Raad Rashan treat patients very well. They listen the patients problems nicely and kindly. The all stuff very nice and they have nice behavior with all patients.

I love coming here! Extremely friendly and welcoming staff as soon as you enter. I especially had a wonderful experience with Iman, she’s so sweet and caring and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Rashan is a great doctor, hes patient and thorough throughout the appointment making sure theres never any confusion or concern left unsaid by the patient. Usually the doctors I go to are cold and make me feel unheard and so I’m able to appreciate a doctors office who gives me the complete opposite experience.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. You have to wait 2 hours to be seen, the doctor brushes off what you tell him like it’s no big deal. They are the completely unprofessional. And the facility itself is terrible.

Crooks , all they want is money

The only reason why i am giving it 1 star is because the doctor was so nice and helpful. First i scheduled an appointment for 10, then once i got there they rescheduled for 12 :30. Then the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to get my results and the employee i was so speaking to had a really bad attitude. When i asked what his name was he responded with you dont need to know my name. So again i asked for his name and he hung up the phone. I will never return and i would not recommend this place.

All I could say is excellent service from there office, have a little wait but they made sure you were comfortable and attended to. Highly recommended.

I was really impressed with my experience at this Doctors Office. Very friendly front desk, felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment walked into the clinic. Very knowledgable, experience, and friendly doctor. My appointment went very smooth, and loved the fact this clinic offers so many other services such as onsite Lab, Ultrasound, and Lung Function Testing.

Inexperienced staff... they answer all rude. .Dr gave me the wrong pills. .I wad in pain for a month.... and then how does every patient foes first before me...i sat there for overt 2hrs just so I can get an antibiotic refill 2hrs later rashan still didnt attend to me...... I had told them I had public aid insurance and they said u got the cheap insurance so they pretty much treated me like I was not important. .. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE... he gave me the wing pills twice..... please find help else where

Worst clinic ever. Find your self a better fit. The doctor only cares about money and they are sneaky on how they are doing it. The phone service is not professional. I do not advise you to go to Dr.Had, the medical care in this clinic is never granted. The doctor is interested in the exploitation of Arab immigrant people. Bad treatment from the doctor and assistants. And the clinic is not organized and the waiting time is much long, even if an appointment is made. Saab send medicines the same day to the pharmacy. Sometimes I have days to not be emitted. I dont advise anyone to go there.

So bad they don’t open on the time and they the Worst in USA to unify my advice that it does not bring him the worst doctor I saw in America
