Great doctor, but not a fan of the front desk staff. I stopped going here because of the front desk staff. I was on my way for an appointment and the front desk girl called me after I was 3 minutes late to tell me she is canceling my appointment. I told her I am less than 2 minutes away and she said they would still refuse to see me. The next appointment I had I ended up waiting almost an hour for the doctor to see me.I’ve seen her let other patients who were male slide on being late — once one guy said his appointment was 2 hours ago and she was super nice and courteous with him.Front desk has an attitude problem with female patients it seems and that’s why I am not returning. Doctor is great otherwise.

Best chiropractor Ive been to in my life. I am 53 years old and been to many different chiropractors and Rashid Abu-Shanab is by far the best.

Doctor Abu-shanab is one of the best chiropractic, he listened to my concerns and knew what to do.I came in the office with so much pain in both of my knees. He gave me a referral to do MRI to see what’s going on with my knees. Called me to come in the office and explained everything he seen on the MRI. We started with the physical therapy. Doctor Abu-shanab and is staff are wonderful and I always felt at home. I want to thank you so much Dr. for helping the pain decrease. When I came in the office the pain was 10 the worst and after few months I feel so much better. I can say the pain is know 3 from 10. When fist came in the office I couldn’t do the basic everyday things. After my therapy I feel normal thank god and Abu-shanab.

Worst staff. Worst doctor. Coming from a former patient, I would never ever recommend anyone to go to this facility. They made an appointment with me for a price. When I came to pay they said it has gone up $100. I spoke with the doctor and he said his hands are tied. He refused to honor a price that his staff guaranteed me. Horrable front desk and staff. I will make sure to tell everyone never to even take a free consult here.

Dr. Shanab is a life saver as I was suffering from Stenosis as well as multiple bulging discs and was in severe pain contemplating surgery but he was aggressive with my continued treatment and I am feeling 99% better he and his staff are so awesome and caring and I always leave smiling. I truly consider him a friend as well as every staff member there.

Hes the best doctor ever. He always knows how to take care of his patients.

Great staff, great doc. I would recommend anyone in need. They are in the network that works with Hines VA Hospital too.

To me it was a rip off. I still have my shoulder and now started having neck pains. First, the front receptionist she has a hostile attitude. Secondly poor communication among the doctor and staff, evertime you visit you have to explain whats going on with you. Lastly, the therapy they performed was not at all beneficial toward the original problem I had. The only good thing is the message that they perform which I feel sorry for the messager, she had no clue what I was in for. I would highly recommend to look for others option(s).

Great staff and excellent chiropractor , I didnt feel rushed like other places they were able to get me in to see the doctor in the same day and educated me on how to stay healthy I cant wait to go back .
