I love dealing with this office for my medical needs. Dr . Patitucci always takes time with his patients and is thorough. The girls in the office a very professional!

Honestly I used to love this Doctor. He was kind and I felt like he cared and genuinely listened. I am not sure what changed but its the complete opposite now. I have been in therapy for years and finally recieved a diagnosis. The last time I went in to see him, I told him about my diagnosis and he said it sounded far fetched and brushed it off like it was nothing. As a physician, I do not think it is his place to say whether his patients mental health diagnoses are valid or not. I think it is his job to offer guidance in healing, to which he offered none. Terrible doctor, no longer a patient of his.

Plenty of better places to go, everything you do incurs a charge, and after talking to others about my condition Ive realized I was being used a bank more than being taken care of as a patient. Rude and unhelpful advice. Happy I switched. Keep looking for better doctors, someones out there.

Dr. Patitucci and the entire staff are tip top. Very thorough and attentive. They pay attention when you are speaking and provide you with the best care possible. I wouldnt even consider going to another primary care physician.

Robert has been my family doctor for 15 years. Hes a no BS doctor and I like that. Smick is knowledgeable, experienced and friendly as well. His staff goes above and beyond for my family and I appreciate them.

Would give minus 5 stars if I could. Completely incompetent and rude staff. I wouldnt send a cockroach there.

Been going here for years. Always well taken care of by all staff and nurses. Dr Patitucciis very personable and engaging. Would definitely recommend for general practice

Very Prejudice! Very Unprofessional. The office never called me about any appointments or office visits. One of the receptionist was very rude . I contacted them plenty of times about my situation & they never called or handled the business that they said they would handle!!!! I hate this office . They need to get it together in this professional environment that they work in . Do better next time !

Employees are rude , no greetings or how you doing or anything , they are no help at all . I don’t mind the wait but the welcome i got was not appreciated. they talk to you like a child which is very disrespectful. Some change or supervisor should be involved

Awesome Dr cant get no better IMHO, the ones complaining go wait @ Dr. Ord***** for 3-4 hours, here I can stop by at 10 am if Ive got work at 11:30 and know I will be out on time. The front staff also is great never had an issue so polite and Ive had times with insurance bs they got it taken care of quickly.

I had a very good experience at his office. All doctors want money. Whats he supposed to do treat you free?

Horrible physician. misdiagnosed me and a couple of friends. Constantly just wants money for everything. Just a joke of a physician. Does not care for customers at all.

Great doctor and friendly staff

ALWAYS sit in the waiting room forever(with a baby) appointment for 1:00 and still sitting in the waiting room at 2. They expect babies and kids to actually sit that long and wait!!? Why make my appointment at 1 if Im going to sit in the waiting room for an hr. Over the years this doctors office has gone down hill!
