I have been a patient of this office for many years. In the past year or so their seems to be a shift. At one time it had a small non-corporate feel....intimate, friendly and interested. While usually one on one things are ok. When I need to speak with someone; it is virtually impossible to do so. Small things like reschedule, ask a question etc...has been made to discourage patients from even attempting. Its so non user friendly that I know if patients who go elsewhere. When reported to Drs and staffThey literally shrug there shoulders. Recently I had vivid. This made me need to reschedule my appointment. I have called 4 times since the 8th of Feb. This morning as I cared for my dogs, I missed a call from them. A human messaged me in disgust that I needed to see the Dr.for my script refills. Please call the office says she!!! Never even referencing MY 4 messages to please get with me. Its one thing to manage interruptions so the flow and job duties get done. Its quite another to arrange a practice which discourages communication to this point of frustration. I mean its a practice which supports best practices for those with mental health issues.Physician; heal thyself???

Dr. Qasim and staff have been absolutely wonderful. I had a difficult time finding someone who would listen to my past history without any judgment or criticism. Dr. Qasim has worked with my prescription and has helped me many times with samples until my new insurance kicked. Office staff is incredible and seems to be caring and concerned with all of my needs. I was so impressed with their services that my son is now under their care as well and seems to be much happier each day! New Nurse Practitioner is simply AWESOME. We couldnt be happier with our choice of providers. Please research this facility, they truly care!

Been with. Dr J. Qasim for a pretty long time. Hes the only Dr., that I have ever had who had the patience, and took the time needed in my case, to figure out a combination of a few medications that finally worked for me. Thank you Dr. Qasim.

Completely impossible to get ahold of. One minute youre seeing the dr, then youre seeing a nurse practitioner. Very unreliable and I don not recommend for anyone, not even the most stable of patients. Anything can happen at anytime and I believe you should be able to get ahold of your doctor in emergencies.

I’ve been seeing Dr Qasim for over 20 years and he has been very patient with me and has never given up on me. He is willing to work with you and have a say in treatment options. He has never asked me to do/take anything I was uncomfortable with. He cares enough that he asks for phone call follow ups before your next appointment. He has done endless paperwork that has helped me in my situation. I am grateful for how he has helped me.

They never answer the phone everything is a hassle with these people it’s ridiculous

I have not been a patient for very long . The staff is very nice . The problem I have is when I call after hours , I am very thorough with the info ILeave behind but I never get a return call . One time they called me back . That is it . I had to drive 60 miles roundtrip to get something taken care of just because they don’t call back

Great Dr. and great facility. I have been traveling across the us with my wife due to her job and had a lot of difficulties finding temporary providers in each city/state I went to. This place gave me no trouble and even let me take a couple scripts with me when I moved again incase I had any troubles finding a dr so I wouldnt run out of medication. The staff at the front desk are very friendly especially one in particular I cant remember her name but she says honey and sweetheart a lot. She was the most courteous receptionist Ive ever met and really made me feel comfortable. My only complaint would be they dont have reliable methods to be reached at by phone. And when someone does answer the phone its never any of the front desk ladies its somewhere separate and those folks are rude as heck! Thanks Dr. Javed and Barbara Reed you guys are amazing!

Started out in this office with the Nurse Practioner. Who was great by the way... She left the company I now see Dr. Qasim & it has not been pretty since. He writes scripts w/o discussing the medication. Ive had side effects from some of the meds he only says stop taking it & prescribes something else. Unwilling to take me off work to see how I would respond to new meds. Did not revise FMLA paperwork that would accommodate the possible flare ups. Overall not a good experience. This office has caused additional stress & undo anxiety for me

Dr Qasim doesnt talk to you, he just listens and then prescribes a medication without discussing the new med with you and why he thinks you should be on that med. He also thinks I have a mental condition that I researched and have none of the symptoms for so he has misdiagnosed me and therefore his treatments arent working

I called to make appt and the lady that answered the phone was VERY rude I would NOT recommend these people to my worst enemy I was so digusted!!!!

Dr Qasim has been my doctor for over 15 years and I couldn’t be happier. It took me almost two years to find a doctor that really listens and cares about my well being.

Rarely ever have to wait (unlike most psychiatric offices) and always feel supported/listened to.

No one ever answers the phone when you call and you are forced to leave a message. When the doctor finally calls back, its always in the evening while Im working often times, and he never leaves a message in regards to why you called, so youre forced to start the whole process over. The normal wait time to see the doctor at his office in my experience has always been an hour or more.
