Dr. Franke has been my doctor for 15 years. Today I went in and her and Joan both called me stupid to my face and turned me away at the door because Ive chosen not to get the Covid vaccine. I was there to get my medication refilled. I feel very abandoned and scared for my health until I can find a new doctor.

After being very patient for many visits, listening to her share information about other patients, getting my charts mixed up, and not being given specific information about medication prescribed to me, but rather just being told I will call something in for you, I was actually told by Dr. Franke she could no longer see me because she was too overwhelmed with COVID-19 patients to call in my prescription refill for my thyroid medication that she had said she would refill a month prior at an appointment and did not.Even though I had already called once to remind her, she failed to refill it again. The final time I tried to call to refill my prescription I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes, hung up on, and when I called back was yelled at by Dr. Franke who said she was no longer willing to be my doctor and I needed to find someone else.This was shockingly unprofessional to me as I had been very patient and understanding throughout everything I have dealt with her thus far including telling me not to tell my job I had a fever when I returned to work after having COVID-19 with a letter of consent to return to work she had already sent my benefits department. Bottom line, if you dont do well with disorganization and poor communication, dont see this doctor.
