I don’t have any anecdotes to share, no ‘over the top’ experiences one way or the other. But my interactions there have always been, at worst, a bit indifferent &, at best, warmly professional. Wait times do not seem any longer than at any other medical offices. Facility has always struck me as sanitary & neat. A perfectly fine place to donate your bodily fluids.

Came here for a blood draw. Check in process was quick and easy. Joy did an excellent job. Im not a big fan of being poked and prodded but she was very gentle and it hardly hurt at all.

If possible, please avoid this location. The office was not clean and the room that they put me in to draw my blood was even less clean. It made me super uncomfortable. There were bloody wipes in the regular trash can, which is dangerous because blood is biohazardous. The staff are not friendly and the woman who drew my blood only spoke to me to confirm my personal info. It made the entire situation feel really tense and awkward. Not at all the level of care and professionalism I am used to.

I unfortunately had to transfer to another state last summer... I MISS MY JOB! I MISS THE PATIENTS SO MUCH!!!!! Loved working there so much and I miss my coworkers a lot!!!!

Ive had my labs done at this location every year and yes most of the staff is rude but they have always had me in an out pretty fast . They do need to work on there manners as if uou dont like your job get a different one i hate needles but u dont act rude over it you can atleast fake a smile.

I had a very pleasant experience having my blood work done at this location. I was in and out of this facility in less than 10 minutes. Shonda was very quick, kind, and efficient.

I have been sitting on hold for a half hour about my bill. A half hour! There are no humans at the front desk to greet you...it is not a pleasant experience dealing with Quest. The doc says the billing was done incorrectly and 6 months later I sit on the phone for a half hour to reach someone! Even Medicare billing answered quickly but not Quest and the person’s response who assisted me was that they are busy...it’s Monday! Really? Get some more people. Put some humans at your front desk who smile when you come in.

Today Friday they had me in signed up and out in one hour. The two girls I had contact with one signing us in in the other who drew my blood were very courteous and seemed to know what job they were doing. So today was a thumbs up as far as I am concerned.

Hands down best place Ive ever given blood! They made a stressful test personable and easy!Shonda is by far the best blood taker Ive ever had, and Im terrified of giving the bloods!Monique helped me through the whole process and kept me smiling.On a snow day when people could have been grumpy, these two women were smiling and amazing. Cant recommend enough!Im fact when my doc called for more test I couldnt wait to tell them that I wanted to come back to this Quest for my testing needs!

If you dont have a whole day to waste waiting on three employees that have 1 person in the back, dont come here. Ive been here 45 mins to pee in a cup and they havent managed that as they can only do 1 person every 20 mins apparently.

I have a horrible phobia of giving blood since childhood. I was vary upset scared and anxious about having to give blood but Quest made it very quick and easy specifically I was blessed with a miracle Phlebotomist here named Joy who was patient professional caring and an amazing person who made my experience a breeze. Thank you Ms. Joy!

My 1 month old daughters pediatrician sent us here to get blood drawn to test her bilirubin levels and they did a horrible job. Neither phlebotomist could successfully get the blood samples into the bottles and they got blood all over me as I was holding her. We had to leave without all the samples the doctor needed being collected. Very unprofessional and need to be trained how to properly do their jobs. I wouldve rather them tell me from the start that they dont know how to draw blood from babies.

Staff was extremely rude to the point where I did not trust them. I called my employer and requested to get my work done at a different business and she complied, thankfully. They were dirty, not just from the dust in the corners, looked as if they hadnt vacuumed in months, their windows were smudged, candy and dust under the chairs, and the bathrooms had pee all up and down and behind the toilets, but they threw their gloves away in the regular trash bins, which is against HIPPA as I should know being a CNA myself. Its a shame, I was a customer of theirs a few years ago when they were in the smaller building and everyone seemed happy, everything was clean, and I had a great experience. Dont know what happened, but it is ghetto now. They made a new building go bad.

I came in on a Sat.morning and there was something missing from my test request.Kelly the receptionist said she would call my doctor on Monday to straighten out and call me.No call on Monday or TuesdayI went in on Wednesday and finally found orders and kelly said she didnt say that.It was not her handwriting.The supervisor came out and said she didnt have to take my blood because I was rude..They didnt do what they said and made me make 2 trips there and then supervisor said she didnt have to take my blood..RUDE people.they need to get another job

Very slow and rude staff. They dont want to draw blood as much as the customers dont want to have there blood drawn. They need to hire happier people at this location.

Every time I goto this location there is never enough staffing for one. Two the lab techs never answer the bell or phone. Usual wait time is an hour to two hours. This office really needs to get it together. Five people including myself walked out at the same time. Not good!!!

I was very hesitant to try this location seeing all the bad reviews. I scheduled a 7:45 am appointment the night before. The woman took me to the back at 7:47, got a urine sample and drew my blood right away. I was out by 8am. She was nice and professional. Ive been in customer services for 10 years so I am very picky about the way I am treated.

Went here because my boss told me to to get a drug test. Set my appointment up through the automated phone system. I didn’t know I needed to do anything else.. well I got there for my appointment and was VERY RUDELY told they couldn’t do it because I didn’t have some email with a barcode and the lady shut the door in my face. So way to go and make the pregnant girl leave in tears. Going to suggest to my employer to send me somewhere else for my test.

This location has lots of early hour openings unlike the Ballas location which is good for fasting patients..it looked perfectly clean to me...there IS a funny slight smell to the carpet but its in the hall too..just smelled like carpet not anything dirty. I got in two minutes after my appt time. The staff was very serious but not unfriendly..they did several double checks on identity and vorrect labeling that the Ballas office did not do..meaning they were being very careful. I liked that hey have a color flatscreen tv in the waiting room ..the waiting room is a good size and an L shape...the Ballas location is under construction so cant really compare except drilling and hammering noise is annoying but i guess cant be helped. So in general I had a positive experience. Only negative is the building in hard to find espec in the dark...recommend that they state across from Emergency Room on DePaul Hospital Campus right on website...

Horrible experience, extremely uncooperative staff. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Unfeeling, uncaring ... they managed to totally remove the CARE from health care. If I could rate negative stars, I would.

We are never able to reach them over the phone; they never reply to our faxed requests. This clinic makes mistakes when filling out the forms: We sent a driver to do a drug screen on Saturday morning. It is already Thursday, and we are still waiting for the drug test result because collector forgot to mark the temperature on papers and they are not responding to requests sent out internally by Quest lab. Dont go to this collection site if you want good customer service!

I had my blood drawn on Saturday afternoon, I understand it was the end of the day but that is no excuse for rudeness or blowing a vein in my writing hand to the point that on Wednesday I still have a bruise the size of my palm, pain, and discomfort which is affecting my work.
