Both our mom and dad spent several years in the Sarah Community at all 3 levels of care. It has a very caring staff who called us whenever there was the slightest concern and when Mom passed last year, we felt like they mourned with us because they knew what a warm, appreciative person mom had been. Facilities are nice and there is Mass on a regular basis which would mean a lot to some families. We loved the nursing staff, the CNAs, and the other employees! God bless them for their work.Life is not perfect as our loved ones lose their abilities but this was a solidly devoted place with appropriate accreditation.

My father had rehab here and it is a great place. The staff was friendly and the food was better than home. When it is time to down size and move into a retirement community, it will only be The Sarah Community.Thank you to the staff,

My father was at Anna House. They did not answer his call light when he needed to use the restroom resulting in him soiling himself on multiple occassions. One time he was told that they couldnt clean him up until they got everyone else to dinner. How is this treatment considered Attentive, compassionate and with respect?

Its been a little over a year since my mom moved into Veronica House. She was there for 10 months before she passed away in April. It was a wonderful home for her - she really did have a new family who got to know her and care about her. When mom first moved in, my sister was on Hospice, facing the final days of her battle with cancer, and the team at TSC were incredible. They took care of everything for mom so that I could be there for my sister. In moms final days, the relationships that she and the rest of the family had made with the staff made those days very special The whole team went above and beyond to assure that mom was comfortable and able to spend her last days as she wanted them. And the tears and hugs and kind words in those fina days said so much about the relationships that had been formed over those 10 months. My family and I are so grateful to our Veronica House family. Mom would want us to share with each of you how beautiful you are!

I worked at the Sahara Community for 6yrs.Management now is horrible and human resource is no good.Management is toxic,they harrasse staff,they belittle,scream,yells,they gossip behind your back and laugh at you after they treat people like their nothing,they lie on their staff to fire them,all the managers are not leaders,theyre all follows.Staff dont have no one to turn too,when you have any issues or concerns,the entire management is friends.You cant talk to no one in corporate,they are friends with the managers.The management has lack of effective leadership,they produce nursing turn over,they demonstrate hostility,if you arent in the click and friends, u will be harrassed,everybody wasnt held accountable to the same rules.Its too many politics.Staff being bullied,verbally and nonverbally,rolling eyes and staring to intimidate you.Staff dont need fear,they need peer,everyone has the right to be treated respectfully.I have been a nurse for 18yrs,the management at the Sarah community is the worse i have every encountered
