I love Stacey and great heart yoga! Even though I can take free classes at another studio, I keep coming back to great heart because I love the community, classes, and the friendly environment. Stacey has a wonderful ability to both put you completely at ease while challenging you and making you sweat. She is also a kind, lovely person. I highly recommend.
