Was measured for shoes and compression socks. Nothing fit well so I did not use them.A big expense and loss of time did not help me. Going back to Payless. It is much less expensive, more comfortable, and fast.

NEOPS caused our family months of unnecessary stress and aggravation. After being casted for a leg brace in July (Bridgeport Office), they had a change in staffing. It took them 3 weeks (after their former staff member no-showed to a scheduled physical therapy appointment and the company CEO attended a PT appointment at which time determined we were ordered the wrong brace) to see us in the office again for a re-cast (late September) because the first staff member originally ordered the wrong brace. We were apologized to and assured the incident would be corrected. It is now December and not only were we not contacted by NEOPS in regards to picking up the new brace, but our numerous phone calls have not been returned by any member of their staff, nor have we received another apology. Its too bad that there arent words to describe or a penalty that can be issued for the emotional stress they caused the member of my family who was taken on an emotional roller coaster for almost six months thinking he was getting a new lease on life with a new brace, being told he would be supported in every step of this process to only find himself six months later a victim of organizational neglect. I would strongly discourage anyone (especially individuals who are unable to advocate for themselves) to select another vendor.
