I was so disappointed by the lady that they had assigned to my daughter to see as therapist. Everytime I take my daughter to see her, the therapist would see my daughter playing with the toys she had in her room and she would keep threatening my daughter that if she breaks any of them I would have to pay for them. My daughter was playing normally with her Barbie dolls properly as she does with her own Barbie dolls and the therapist would act as if my daughter was destroying them by just touching them at times. If she didn’t want her to touch her toys, then why have them there in the open and expect a child to not touch them? She’s just a child and all children love toys. I got so upset from her doing this each time I took my daughter to see her that I said enough and never went back. You would think a professional would be nice and sweet to your kids, but when you see this kind of behavior, it’s a red flag.

Any company that works with and endorses Cefora Rubin is a very unethical untrustworthy company! She is out to hurt families and tear them apart. She has no regard for HIPPA laws, or the further bettering of her clients.

Well first appt and they told me 830. Get here 815 because I know there is paperwork. Kept both kids from school because I could not get to his appt on time if I dropped the other one off. Around 843 I ask the front how much longer because they have school. She said my appt is not till 9. They say 830 because of the paperwork. (took me 15 min to fill out paperwork so I was ready by 830) not to mention my kids wont be to school by 11 like I emailed the school. It will be 1130- 12 now. And I will have to stop and get them food now because at least one of not both will be missing lunch. (Did I mention I dont have money to do that?) Not off to a good start, hoping when we go in the service is worth all this. And if it is I will change my rating. It is not ok to mislead someone like that. Is not the same any more

Horrible staff, horrible “therapists”. They try to diagnose you based on any little thing you say in the FIRST session. Incredibly intrusive and rude. They couldn’t care less for the children and a child’s needs or wishes. I never wish to return. Wicked. Absolutely horrendous.

I had an appointment on 7/24/17 at 1:30 pm I called and spoke to Johanna and said we will be there in 8 minutes she says that will be pass the time I said no she gives you 15 minutes I got there exactly 1:45 and Johanna was on the phone put her finger up and said wait well she got off the phone at 1:50 and said I was there at 1:48 which wasnt true she talked to the doctor and told the doctor I was there at 1:48 and I said no you were on the phone I was here at 1:45 she says you have to reschedule so Johanna gave me 7/31/17 at 8:30am and I get there at 8:15 and she says your appointment isnt till 9 I said you gave me 8:30 and she says well its a lot going on here and maybe I did say 8:30 and I apologize being sarcastic this is very unprofessional to the point I am seeking other guidance
