I was transferred from Dr. Burd to Dr. Aleali and it has been the worst experience. The staff in Bridgeport as well as in Fairfield has declined drastically. All I requested was a copy of my vaccines and they were completely useless in such a small request.I never complained when they violated HIPPA laws when they gave the doctor my chart instead of my sisters, because we all make mistakes, however , it was pretty annoying when the staff wouldnt not help me out for my request.Ann, Dr. Alealis assistant at the Bridgeports office has no manners at all. She is using profanity in front of patients and doesnt seem to care in the least.
