The worst service ever ! Save your self and go else where, had to wait 3 hours for a COVID test that literally took 1 minute to swab my nose and tell me to come back tomorrow for my results. Checked in a 5 and checked out at 8when the place was actually closing, no one seemed in a rush to help people in the overly crowded waiting room with a broken A/C on a 98 degree day. How lovely of the staff to start rushing COVID testers in the back to be seen once 7:30pm came around.

All employees were very rude, they told me that there was a 2 hour wait after waiting 2 hours I returned to the office and asked how much longer they said they already called me and I did not answer. I showed them my call log showing that this was false! After I show them this the covid tester says, “ Just come into the first room I’m not about to argue with you” first of all I work in the medical field and did not raise my voice nor give an attitude. Very unprofessional I will not be returning to this location! Zero out of Five if it was up to me!

Last time I will ever come here. I made an appointment which I still had to wait 30 minutes outside in the rain. Once in the room I waited another 2 hrs. After 2 hrs a nurse came and asked me who I was and what I was waiting on. Real unprofessional. I use to come here often but since the staffed changed everything else changed with it.

They are very professional, polite and helpful here. Considering what’s going on today, I am eternally grateful to be treated as a human being by medical service-providers. One can argue about some being better than others, of course, but this particular clinic ought to be a model on how they all should be.

I came in for bronchitis and Chloe was my provider. I highly recommend her because of how kind and professional she was. She listened to what was going on with me, and provided with me with the necessary medication. Shes an amazing PA. Thank you Chloe !! ☺️

I love how I’m calling back to back to speak to someone and the phone rings and rings and rings it’s say there open but apperantly nobody is there to answer the phone even the operator answers and of course they can’t transfer me to anyone there either

The Billing department are complete crooks. I have been on 5 or 6 phone calls and have received no less than 8 bills from this company for a COVID test I took back in December 2020. I took two at this location and amazingly one was free and the other they keep sending me a bill for. They have billed it as a doctor visit as opposed to a COVID test. I’ve told them how to rebill with the correct code (or look at the other billing you did for my account) to my insurance company and they haven’t done it yet even though they have said they would. It’s been 7 months now. I’ve spoken to my insurance company several times and AFC has not yet fixed their billing error. They did manage to resend with no corrections. What kind of organization is this??? They have told me multiple times they will not send me more bills while this is being looked at and yet they keep sending me this bill! I just got another one TODAY! Do not go there unless you want to be harassed by an incompetent billing department.Terrible location. Horrible customer service. Criminal billing process.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Scheduled a drug test, got there 15 minutes before appointment to fill out paper work. Still had to wait over 2 hours to be seen, apparently appointments dont mean anything here . Go somewhere else if you can.

Incredibly impressed with my recent experience at this facility. A special shout out to Loni, the Physician Assistant at the office, who handled our visit with such great care and kindness. She was extremely informative and took extra time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, comforting us through these unsettling times! Cant recommend enough!

The front desk clerk, the African American lady was very professional and polite at all times. The other lady on the other hand the Spanish young lady wasn’t so friendly, and I believe that she was making calls to customers updating their information on file should have been done in a back office and not at the front clerks desk. Being when she was asked a question from others entering into your Urgent Care it’s as if she gave them cold stares while ignoring them.. other that one issue everything else as far as I could see was very professional.

I had such a wonderful experience at this facility and will definitely return back. Myself and my family members were treated by the Physician Assistant Loni, who treated us with such compassion and provided us with the necessary information that was needed. Loni was able to care for both myself and family members in a way that we will never forget. I highly recommend this facility along with their Physician Assistant Loni!

Really bad experience. I took my daughter for a sore throat and had to wait 1.5 hours just to took me an a room to wait 30 more minutes. The told me several times that they doesnt have enough providers I guess the nurse was talking about doctors. The doctor did something with a swab in her throat and after 2 days Im still waiting for the results. My daughter is still in pain without any antibiotics because the results are not in. Im taking her to the hospital and pay again the copays. Waste of time. By the way the front desks girl are very rude an unprofessional by phone!

I went in for a Rapid Covid test. The staff could not have been nicer or more efficient, I highly recommend this place!

So far not impressed... Made an appointment online around 10 AM for a 3:30 PM COVID-19 test.. completed registration including pictures of insurance card and drivers license, had to enter much of the info twice.. arrived to the location and told the front desk person has set it up and there will be a 10 minute wait. There are 7 other people in the waiting area. The front desk person just called my name from the other side of the plexiglass..asked me which type of COVID-19 test I wanted..I thought I signed up for both. They werent ready for me, just asked what I was here for. Told to sit back down. Been here 15 minutes so far. Why did I have to register? In the end took 25 minutes. Have to wait additional 15 minutes since results cant be emailed..why was email address requested in registration?

The supervisor as well as the staff are very professional and diligent. They help their nieghbors and community stay safe in these uncertain times. Thank you for helping me and my staff stay safe.

I came in on 4/10/2021. My first time there, and they never took my blood pressure or my temperature, especially knowing that theres a pandemic. Also the ladies that work there need training in customer service.

Lonnie the P.A. who took care of me there was absolutely awesome! It was the best experience! I was in to get stitches removed from an infected wound and I had major neck pain and she fixed me right up, it didn’t even feel like a visit to the doctors. She was wonderful!!!! She deserves to be praised and thanked

The center is clean and orderly (not to mention my favorite game show was on in the lobby). I came into the center and was greeted immediately with a wheelchair by Karyzma who had noticed I was having trouble with my foot. After filling out a quick sheet for registration I was brought right back where Dr. Querido gave me a thorough exam, Dayna drew my blood and gave me an injection that to my surprise did not hurt, and I also had an x ray done by Chris who was such a gentleman. I asked to speak to a supervisor to give praise to everyone in the center who helped me and they all suggested I go right here and spread the word. They even gave me a cute card with the centers contact number asking how the service was and wrote their names on back for me! I would absolutely recommend AFC Urgent Care on Boston Avenue to ANYONE in need of fast and quality care!

I got a COVID test here, and I was treated respectfully and carefully. As I was getting the “quick results“ test, I found out my results in 15 minutes. I was grateful for the professionalism and the empathy.

Booked Covid appointment in advanced. They said when booking we could request rapid when we got there. Once we got there they said rapid is only for if you have symptoms. A little frustrating but they were quick and efficient.

My earlier review was a 5 star excellent review that I gave immediately the day I went for the COVID 19 RT-PCR Test.They could not provide me a report of the time the nasal swab sample was taken and sent to Genesis Lab in NJ.But today I am totally disappointed with them as well the Genesis Lab where they send samples for testing.People traveling to India BEWARE of this Lab.They emailed me RT PCR lab test report without the TIME stamp on it and I was stuck at Newark Liberty Airlort for hours as they would not let me board without the TIME of sample taken/tested on the report as Airports in India want a report that shows the time within 72 hours of boarding the flight. When I called the GENESIS LAB office where AFC sends samples for testing, I was told that they would send me the same report by including the time on it. After an hour when I called back, the lady says they cannot provide a report with time on it and that thousands have been traveling with their RT PCR Report without Time on the test report.She said very rudely that there’s nothing they can do to help me:( I would never recommend this Lab to anyone.

I had to get a quick Covid test so that my son could go back to school after getting sick. We were able to schedule for the next day and then got the results back in 30 mins. Staff was not very communicative in explaining the process to us.

I waited from 1:04pm to 2:15pm the secretarys in the front didnt know where the paper work i filled out was. I was so annoyed and when I asked for a supervisor she sent the girl her email through paper and did even have the decency of coming to apologize to me.

I took an appointment online for covid test test it was 4pm alot of people Came after me with no appointment and they Went inside before me at 4:30 i spoke to them and she said the going to call you shortly 5pm I told them Im All set she didnt even care

I actually just left this place. I usually go the one on Main St. Anywho, I was checked in,my blood pressure wasnt taken throughout the visit at all, thank God Im not an individual with hypertension. I was already checked for covid twice dont need someone to come down my throat about maybe getting tested again, I was negative, not everything is covid. Lastly, with the symptoms I had, not once was I checked for the flu or did they do Strep test. Im in the medical field myself and that is a no no.... If you agoing to do your job do it right.

Went for a Covid-19 test yesterday went in and out, front desk very friendly and welcoming.

They do not offer mouth swab covid testing as it states on the website, but the woman who performed the nasal swab was gentle and it was quick. Got the results right away (20 min.)

I just visited AFC in Bridgeport, CT. I was tottaly shocked with the unprofessionalism and the rude manners of the two employees in the front desk. I just walked out; I am a business owner, and if my employees ever treted clients so bad, they would loose their positions immediatly. It reminded me of state employees in a third world country.

Loved it 1st time going there thanks to my for the good reviews he gave me. Nice clean place friendly personal there. Thanks to the receptionist there Maria and Samantha for the friendly and helpful attention they gave me. And thanks to Sarah who was my nurse practitioner who took good and fast care of me. Will sure recommend this urgent care to all my family and friends.

This place is a joke. The front desk staff are very professional and welcoming. The doctor there is a complete clown. After taking someone who came in after me first, when she did come in She let me know that she would not prescribe me anything unless I agreed to come to her Fairfield office in two weeks. Called at 9:45 am in case of a wait was told to come in and would be seen quickly. Sat for over an hour with extreme pain while others who walked in after me were treated first.

Does not put the urgent in urgent care thats for sure. One time waited 45 minutes for a 3 minute test with only 2 people in the waiting room. Staff behind the glass spends a lot of time screwing around and chatting and I dont know how much that impacts patient wait times.

I just had the pleasure of visiting the AFC Urgent care on Boston Avenue in Bridgeport.I was greeted with pleasant smiles and warm welcomes as soon as I entered. The waiting room was freshly painted and very clean. I was checked in in a timely manner, and noticed quickly the friendly atmosphere was throughout. The provider was wonderful, and thorough with the explanation of treatment and diagnosis.

Tuesday January 19 2021The waiting room is very cold and they don’t turn on the heat at all. They had me waiting here for four hours and it was a two hour wait from the beginning.

They are super rude and don’t care about the patients. The doctor doesn’t even help patients who need help.

Staff was very friendly, patient, and informative. Office was clean and well taken care of. The wait wasnt long at all even though there were a few people ahead of me. Dr. was patient, kind and very thorough. Would definitely recommend AFC to others. Thank you!

Very nasty employee’s. They are not friendly at all. They come call out your name with gloves don’t even know if they have been changed. Then they even wipe or disinfect the vitals signs equipment when they are done using it on a patient.They all have attitudes. Next time I’m calling the state on them. The healthcare professions require people with compassion, to very respectful and professional. If you can’t be that way, you shouldn’t choose a job in the healthcare.

This place is a joke. How do u turn away a child who has step throat and pink eye because there parents are working. Me as the aunt has taken him there plenty of times n never was there a problem. I will let my friends n family know about this Doctors office, so they can stop bringing there children. One more thing, its funny how they only comment back on the reviews where people are saying they are doing a great job. Need better staffing rude as hell.

By far the best walk in Ive ever been too!! They ALL listened to me and my concerns. Not only did I leave there feeling better, they are helping me better then Southwest EVER DID.

My initial experience was good and though the wait period in the examination room was longer than i wanted to wait, but it happens. I really appreciated the follow up calls from the staff. I wasnt feeling like i was improving and i called and was assisted right over the phone saving me time and money. I would definitely recommended it. Oh stars up to Stephanie.

I got my flu shot back in march. They are so nice. I went yesterday b/c of some pain I was having and they were quick and really took care of me. I want to shout out some names but Im not sure if I can do that. But the staff is cool and welcoming. Its a tiny wait but totally worth it.

Good morning this place sucks it doesnt even deserve a star. I pulled up in front of the office at 7:59 tried the door at 8:01 and office was still closed. I had to called a license practical nurse by the name Raven had to open the door she was the only staff in the building. There was no doctor front desk staff no medical assistants. Now tell me what kind of urgent care center is this. A front desk staff by the name of Chris walks in at 8:14. This place sucks it shouldnt be called a urgent care center or express doctors. Quick and friendly service

I went to this clinic after getting hurt at my job and the staff were very nice. It was a pretty quick visit. That is why I decided to visit today but I am disappointed .I loss my insurance card .My insurance company was willing to fax over a notice with my insurance information. I was even able to log on to the website and pull up my temporary card. However, They said they needed to scan the front and back of my card. No one offered to speak to the insurance rep (who I was on the phone with) to verify my insurance coverage or anything as I have experienced at other clinics .I basically had to leave there with my strep throat. To be fair the manager was not present .

My daughter went on November 11, 2019 not only did they charge her out of pocket (urine test ) besides having insurance, they prescribed her the wrong medicine to only call her on Friday and give her wrong diagnosis. She was about to pass over the telephone so I can speak to whoever called my daughter for all we know it could have been the receptionist, the lady says hold on and then hangs up on my daughter. My daughter only went there because she attends University of Bridgeport but Parents If your Kid can travel anywhere else to be seen do that. My daughter had to come to NYCand was treated thoroughly as she was suppose to. So NO she will never go there again. FYI if you are going to call a patient with results make sure its the right diagnosis and also be very mindful of HEALTH INFORMATION PATIENT ACCOUNTABILITY ACT (HIPAA). Get it together!!That star has a negative in front.

I went to this office because it was recommended to me by a woman at the University I attend. I needed to get a Titer test to verify my immunizations. I went to this place they discussed their fees with me I paid it got the test done picked up my results a week later. A month after I receive a bill from Quest Diagnostics for the blood test that had been requested from this business. So I paid for what I thought was my blood test only to find out that my blood was sent to a lab which fees where never discussed with me an out side lab was never mentioned and yet here I am with a bill for $200.

It was the fastest visit ever! The staff was really nice and, knowledgeable! Will definitely be going Again and again. Thanks.!

They are always fast and friendly. I would have given 5 stars but there were paper towels wadded up on the floor between the chairs like someone attempted to clean up a spill or throw up, I found it gross also a Family was allowed to eat in the waiting room and there are mulitiple sign that say eating is not allowed... still better than the ER
