Ive never had such a great doctor who cares about her patients and spends time listening. Finding out about your daily routine so she give you advise on how to better care for yourself. I love her and miss her greatly! I moved to Florida so for obvious reasons no longer see her. She was my doctor for approximately 10 years and it was the best care Ive ever had. Almost 3 years later and Im still looking for her care and professionalism. Very hard to find these days!

I have known Dr. Ju for many years. She has always been concerned about any symptom I have described and listened to my concerns. She asks in depth questions and tries to cover all angles of the issue and has helped me countless times.She even listened to my concerns about my mothers health, who isnt even her patient, and suggested things we could discuss with her doctor.She is one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors I would recommend.

Dr. Ju is great doctor. She is very thorough and spends as much time with her patients as they need. She is very knowledgeable concerning all the most current recommendations and treatments. She discusses options and considers her patients wishes and input.I highly recommend her

I’m devastated she has abruptly closed her doors! I have never had as great experience with any Dr. my entire life...it took me years to find her and now it’s probably going to take me years to find another great one! I was a patient for over 15 years.

Dr. Ju accommodated us so that our foreign exchange student could have a physical exam before school started. It was our first visit and she was very kind, comprehensive, and professional. I couldn’t be happier and wish I could see her under my insurance plan. I would have her as my primary doctor in a heartbeat!She was thorough, asked great follow-up questions, explained her recommendations, and helped us jump through the many hurdles needed for school- PPT tests, vaccinations, and X-rays. She spent time reviewing her records and cross checking everything I needed and she also asked about diet, exercise and mental health. She definitely takes a ‘whole person’ approach. Very impressed.

It’s hard to imagine a more caring thoughtful physician. Dr. Ju thinks carefully about each patient and listens. I’ve seen some of these negative reviews that are ridiculous. Some patients just want to bully doctors into free treatment and some people can’t handle limits. I heard a person berate her staff about how they thought Dr. Ju should take care of three different problems in one visit. They had no regard for time limits and the schedules of the rest of us who had set appointments. Crazy. It’s a shame to see her good name attacked for stupid reasons. People don’t realize that medical professionals are not able to explain or defend their negative online reviews because of privacy. This is a truly great doctor. Unless you have a pathological need to scream and yell like a four year-old because someone is telling you they literally cannot do what you are demanding, then you’ll be so happy you went to get help from Dr. Ju.

Worst experience Ive ever had. When I arrived no one was at the front desk. I waited 20 mins before someone finally came to the front so I could fill out paper work. I was supposed to be there for an annual check up instead they wanted to completely focus on some discomfort I had in my thumb. I wasnt given a choice at all. I was suppose to have my free annual check up that I needed most. Its been about two years since I had a my last check and now Im left at square one. To make matters worse they are now trying to bill me for something they didnt give me an option for. Overall I felt my experience was ungenuine an very unprofessional. I truly feel like they pulled a fast one on me. I wouldnt reccomend my love ones or anyone elses to be seen there.

Dr. Ju is a fantastic primary care doctor. We have shared several patients in common. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and caring.

I was a new patient of Dr. Ju’s inMay. First visit very thorough, but too long. ME asked me same questions over again many times for over an hour. Then Dr. Ju came in & even though I have specialist was giving me referals for specialists even though I had no symptoms & wouldn’t tell me for what reason. Called for appt. w/dietitian 3X only to be told each time she gave no referral. She Cancelled next 2 appt.& refused to make 1-gave no reason. Staff very rude! When I said Dr. had me on Blood Pressure medication & when should I come in to get it checked I was told to get it checked at Walgreens. Dr. Ju is terrible & doesn’t even deserve a1. Her real rating is 0. Took 2 months to see new doctor today & he is fantastic. Much different from the rudeness of Dr. Ju’s staff & I felt he cared about me & much more confident in his ability.

I wish i can leave no stars as i am so so very disappointed. I have been looking for a primary care physician for almost a year. After talking with my OBGYN, he suggested Dr. Ju. I made an appointment and after waiting 2 months, and today was the day. The receptionist and the Assistant that took care of me were great. When i got into the examining room, the assistant asked me a few questions. I said i wanted to discuss a few things as this was going to be my new primary care physician. I was not ill or in pain, I just have some questions about certain things as i am now 50 years old. She said that i was scheduled for a physical, so i can either get the physical, or discuss concerns. I said i wanted to get the physical and also discuss maybe getting blood work, getting a colonoscopy, pre menopause etc. The assistant said that she was sorry but i couldnt do both. I either talk with the doctor or get the physical but cannot do both because if they bill my insurance for both, the insurance will only pay for one or the other and not both. I said, you mean to tell me that when she is doing a physical to me, I cannot discuss concerns and/or issues i am having? The assistant replied, Yes. One or the other. i again being appalled asked, I cannot speak to my new primary care physician because i am only getting a physical today and can only be billed for the physical and not talking. SHE SAID YES. I immediately got up and asked for my co payment back and left. I am appalled, disappointed and disgusted that a physician is so absolutely money hungry that she wouldnt even want to hear how her patient is while she is looking in their ears, nose, eyes, and listening to their lungs.. Horrible person.

I would recommend dr ju to anyone. She is knowledgeable and know what she is doing. She make u feel comfortable when u in her office...5 ***** from me...keep up the good work dr ju...

My Mom recomended to me her Dr.Jennifer Ju because she is very Intelligent doctor and good doctor and she help you a lots for all your illness and problems to your health.She is such a good doctor .

The practice of scheduling and billing patients is unethical. They are scheduling physical appointments before patients are due causing billing issues and forcing patients to pay out-of-pocket. When trying to resolve, the office manager is disrespectful and threatening. They are not telling patients they no longer accept their insurance but will see the patient anyway.
