Dr M is a caring & attentive dentist. He takes the time to listen to his patients and carefully review different options for care. He is a terrific dentist. I know I am always in good and experienced hands.

Ive been meaning to do this for about 2 years now on Google because Dr Hamed is so wonderful so awesome and patient and kind I love how honest he is, even when hes delivering bad news. I have to tell you hes the only dentist who could break bad news to me without me wanting to pass out ,he deserves to have a successful business because hes so honest and hes so caring and very professional. I go through a lot to see him sometimes but thats because hes definitely worth it. I actually love him, and after my last visit, have even more respect for him and I already had so much for him as is. I have been praying for him ever since he first worked on my mouth, Because when I left his office I had felt so blessed..and so I absolutely definitely recommend people to him. Especially ppl who are afraid or just dont like the dentist, to go to him because hes the bomb and he listens and truly cares. Also I believe that hed do anything in his professional power to make a patient Happy. Not only pain free, but to make ppl want to even smile. He terrific and a blessing. And still to me, Worth 10 stars 😉

Stephanie is has no customer service. When informing her of an issue Her response is “and what do you want me to do” when I asked Stephanie to speak to a manager she claimed there are no office managers. I then asked to speak with the doctor and was told I couldn’t. Stephanie doesn’t deserve to Work in the medical field when she has no empathy for patients.

I’m usually pretty nervous going to a new dentist, but that all went away when I walked into MGM. Immediately the staff is friendly and professional. Eve, at the front desk really made me feel instantly comfortable. The doctor is very welcoming and informative. I will definitely be going back again and again.

Worst experience ever. The only thing the dentist cares about is charging more money. He doesnt care about the patient. I went there with my mom. They took many x-rays on us without even checking our dental records. The dental assistant is not confident and he had to retake the x-rays many time which is not legal. Also, there was an older receptionist who was really rude. We will never go back there. Dont recommend this office..

The staff was extremely helpful and patient with me Evelese assured they could help me out I work late and the Dr. as well as his staff stayed late to accommodate my visit I went in assuming I had a cavity that needed to be filled and after several X-rays and an oral exam there was nothing there super excited about that they offered me a cleaning which they didn’t have to do especially with it being so late I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Dr Hamed is a very caring and knowledgeable dentist. A very meticulous dentist. He makes himself available to patients, provides his cell phone number for patients and is totally reachable. Extremely Poor Customer Experience. I went to this dentist to get a tooth pulled.Dentist saw that l had husky medical and Recommended l get all my teeth pulled and replace them with a denture. Seeing that l have crowns that l paid cash for and nothing was wrong with my other teeth.a total RIP -Off 😡👎 Everyone get a second opinion before you have any serious dental work done here!!! Better yet say stay away go to a more well known experienced Dentist that cares about your teeth and health ,appearance. I enjoy the service and the staff. Very friendly efficient and helpful. There is a TV in each room and you can watch your favorite show on Netflix while receiving the treatment. I just recommended a few friends to go there.

The practice is fantastic. The orthodontist Dr. Bahadoran is very knowledgeable and skilled (she is a Harvard grad! ) and most importantly, she is very caring. Highly recommended!

I am currently in orthodontic treatment with Dr.Bahadoran with ceramic braces .she is very professional and detail -oriented. I highly recommend her . She makes you feel very comfortable and I have already seen so much improvement in such a short time.

I never aid you took money from my Bank or credit card. You billed my insurance for two things that you claim were free, now they switched their website to change thier wording I just want what’s right is right and when I go to my dentist I will post my insurance information on here for the charges.To add on to this if you look on their website it says fee X-ray and free cleaning but they billed my insurance anyways I will be reporting you guys. You scam and swindle and try to take advantage, well I’m glad you tried it on me because I will go to the news and contact an attorney if I am not reimbursed for those charges.Had a very bad experience about a month ago, was not seen on time due to “Emergencies” but I’m pretty sure it was due to over booking, for one dentist I highly doubt the scheduled 7 people for 6pm right before closing. Was finally called in after 30mins of sitting in the waiting room then I asked a dental assistant what tooth are we working on and she said let me find out and literally left me in the chair for over 45 mins and never returned. I didn’t exaggerate not one minute because I watched an entire documentary on Netflix while waiting. These people honestly didn’t even care I was in there that long so I walked out and the dentist is in the hallway having a beautiful conversation with another dentist. As I was leaving I received a call from the office and the lady asked why did I leave and I told her I would be finding another dentist and she said go ahead and hung up on me. I would not be returning to this practice they don’t care about patients only that bill they will serve your insurance on time at that. This is my opinion but enter at your own risk. They said they tried to compensate me for my troubles they offered 2 free movie tickets, maybe I could crumple em up and fill my cavities
