Overall has been great. it is as serious as you are to being healthy and clean. the seasoned staff is excellent. if you dont like your consular, ask for another, as for me i enjoyed speaking to most of the staff. i will also add KTC is much better in most regards to another treatment center in BPT.

Look. As long as youre serious about at least starting to take the right path, going here or anywhere else is a good decision. The councilors here are very nice but theyre only gonna be as involved as you are. Probably the best thing about this place is the hours. No matter what your schedule is youll be able to come here.

Great place to turn when u want to change!!! People there are very nice and helpfull director carol is amazing!!! They all made me feel welcome and I didnt feel judged! If you are ready to make a serious change and become yourself again and be productive and get back on the path u were destined to make this is the place to go!!! Love you guys very much😊

I have been in this prog for couples years and i cant take it any more they tell u one thing then is another ,rules only apply when is convenient for them.even if u have to work they insist u have to go to group even if u forgot u empty bottle they treat everybody badly. They playing game with people medication and send u out with no medicated some times .But for they bother u about group they quick . One time i be clean for moths and they never call me for bottles but if u get dirty they calling quick and borther u about group .

Terrible service, extremely rude staff, avoid this place at all costs. You’re better off on the streets than dealing with this staff. They give you an inaccurate instant test and when it comes back from the lab proving them wrong They have nothing to say. They will refuse to medicate you, and all of the nurses are very very nasty. Maybe it’s the nature of the job and they’re tired of helping addicts... well go work somewhere else...✌🏼

Excellent for people of all ages that suffered from heroin/opiate addiction. If you are looking to live a productive drug free life and have a issue with believing you can stop using opiates for good, IM LIVING PROnOF!! It CAN BE DONE. PLEASE TAKE THIS REVIEW VERY SERIOUS ITS YOUR LIFE!

Staff is amazing however the lines are long and what usually takes 3 minutes takes 30 min.

The front desk staff is kind. They put up withalot and as long as you act half way decent they will try there very best to help you with whatever you need. Counselors and nurses are amazing and understanding. The address is wrong. The methadone clinic is 1862 state St extension I made the mistake of driving to the park ave address. The first picture posted is correct however and that is what the building looks like. They keep it emaculate inside ! Very clean!

There is no parking available for its clients.

Its a methadone program. Plain and simple. But, it takes way too long to aquire take home privs. There wouldnt be lines and chaos if people didnt have to wait a year to be allowed to come once a week. Been with this place thru various locations. Could be more central to the city, but its a necessary evil these days. Im ok with it overall.

It serves its purpose. Clean building, safe environment, professional staff.
