I had my teeth cleaned the hygienist was AWESOME and she explained everything as we went along her name is Erin .I was actually taken back a few minutes early .The timing was great they already had my insurance information and Dr Zoch gave me gas and a local topical painkiller then the shots . He helped asking questions the whole time I was under and absolutely no pain . I was very impressed by their manners very caring staff . I thanked them and will be back next week .Best Dentist I think Ive ever had .Alishia Robin Blevins .

I just want to take a moment to let everyone know what a wonderful practice this is. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. They are always happy to help and they file on insurance quickly and accurately. The staff has been nothing but amazing. We have a 6 year old son who was terrified to go to the dentist and by the time we left, he couldnt wait to go back. They were extremely friendly and patient with him. I love this place! We have moved and will still make the almost 1 hour drive to his practice because they are really that great!

Worked on my grand daughters and told my daughter that they were covered on their insurance however did not call to verify. Therefore after the visit was billed at full cost out of pocket. Refused to reduce it even thought they said they were covered and then was going to submit to credit bureau. Watch out and dont believe them if they say your covered. I guess only rich people are important.

We have gone here for 6+ years now... the dental hygienists are wonderful.Had a procedure done shortly after giving birth to my youngest, heard him crying in the waiting room and requested that I be able to breastfeed him, the lady that assists with dr. Zochs procedures was disgusted and refused. I had a tooth pulled and was just sitting there for the alotted time to ensure my gum clotted and stopped bleeding. Lost a star.Scheduling an appointment and dealing with Rhonda in the front is a nightmare. The hygienist try to call and schedule but Im frequently not around my calendar to do so. Our schedule is crazy with 3 kids and extracurricular activities. Lost a star there. I will be discussing the issues at our next appointment with Dr. Zoch as Im on my last straw.

Well I would have loved to rate this far better however I could not ever get in. I tried to set appointments twice which were rescheduled. After a couple of weeks I finally think I am getting in, I leave one of the properties that I manage maintenance on for a realty company in Port Arthur go to the wrong dentist office. Finally get 2 minutes away just to be told oh well I can not be seen because I am late...I am an extremely understanding person and if they had an appointment that was sheduled after mine but there before me I would have zero problems with waiting. However to be continuously blown off when the last I checked I pay for this service...is ridiculous. The only good thing about this interaction was how very polite the lady who answers the phone is, I believe the rest of the crew should take some notes. Thank you Ms. Whomever for being as polite as you were, respect means a great deal as well as time.
