4 of us went for massages this morning. The spa seems clean and peaceful. One masseuse talked about how she was an anti vaxer and tried to get one of us to take our mask off. NOT okay. 2 out of 4 of us had an awesome experience. However we also had these booked a year in advance with pedicures and we had to cancel our pedicures due to lack of staff. For Ocean Edge, I expected better.

I brought my niece for a pedicure. The staff was so friendly and we had fantastic time and left with beautiful toes. The spa itself is beautiful but in a relaxed way.

The spa itself was nice and front desk pleasant. However, I wish I could remember the woman’s name who gave me a facial on July 9th. She was so unprofessional, rude and rushed me through. Told me I didn’t need to fill out the intake form or put on a robe (even though they told me to at the front desk), wouldn’t let me put flip flops on or give me 30 seconds to figure out how to work the lock so that I could lock my purse up. My goodness - I have never been so un-relaxed in my life! If you can’t handle the schedule, then they shouldn’t do back to back appointments for you. For the amount of money I spent, this was ridiculous. If my daughters hadn’t been with me getting manicures (they were great and pleasant), I would have walked out. But I didn’t want to make a scene.

This was my first experience at Beach House Spa and it wont be my last. I had a customized facial from Rhionna and it was awesome. It was relaxing and my face feels fabulous. The Spa was very clean and very friendly and welcoming. They were busy but not overly crowded. I would highly recommend Beach House Spa for your next facial, massage or pedicure. It was an excellent facial.and Rhionna was exceptional.

Wonderful staff with amazing customer service! I had an 110 minutes massage that made me soooo relax! I looove this place!!!!

I live out of state. After my trial in Feb Wendy said she would be in touch soon. In April i had to call the stylist on her personal cell just to get a call back. I booked with them for my wedding hair and make up at this point because i didnt have a choice. Wendy screened my calls to the point where i had to call from a completely different area code (used a bridesmaids phone) just so she would answer. She would tell me she wasnt receiving my emails when i was replying to the emails she sent me(and CCing my planner). Because the booking was for a wedding the other people there told me i had to speak with Wendy. It took me 3 weeks just to get her to call me back so i could pay for the services. The communication was so bad i was ready to have a friend do hair and make up trials with other people for me because i didnt believe they would actually show up. My MOH and most of my bridal party were completely unable to get a hold of her. She also charged my card for their services because they literally couldnt get through to her to pay. It was so unprofessional i cant believed theyre still in business.

My fiancé and I had 2 classic massages, we had a great time! All we needed to finish the weekend! The personnel was very welcoming and the therapist was super nice and delicate. The service was awesome with all you need to feel like at home and the place is really comfy. We loved this moment, thank you!

Managed by WTS and not Ocean Edge leaves the spa poorly managed, and very disorganized.Providers don’t adhere to protocol that should be in place. You’ll be rushed or talked or stretched to slow down hands on massage time. It’s a lovely space and the owners of ocean edge did a wonderful job with decor but they should rethink management.

People are awesome! Service.. pleasantries... Smiles... Comfort.. Colors inside are soft oceany very cozy.

Great massage, just more expensive than am accustom to paying on Boston. Nice atmosphere, a suggestion would be to offer light snaks afterwords or a lite lunch, went to edans day spy in NY for the same price and that is what they offered at the same price. With a sauna and a relaxing area to hang out that they encourage before checking out to have better relaxing bennifits. Just a suggestion. But my service and the atmosphere were.fantastic.

Had a great experience last year here, however this year when trying to contact I’ve received no response from my emails (last year they were so prompt at responding, so I’m highly disappointed at the decline of customer service - especially being off season when it’s not busy.)

Its very nice place but very busy, so make your appointment ahead of time.
