There for a party and the kids had great fun! But customer service could have used a little improvement. While waiting on food, rep finished cleaning the Soda machine even though my food was ready.

As always, the place was clean, food was solid, and customer service was amazing. Love this place and glad we came here for the party.Olina in particular was definitely above and beyond though; made sure our birthday party ran smoothly, carefully took care of a hiccup we encountered which could have otherwise ruined the afternoon, was incredibly sweet and attentive, and all while running around the space keeping a million other plates in the air. Definitely had a great time, and its owed on large part to Olina. Thank you again!

The kids love this place but other than wearing mask no other restrictions. Most of the kids were not wearing them. I didn’t feel safe and my oldest said there was too many kids. Have no plans to go back till we have vaccinations.

Could have been another perfect day at Rock n Jump, but unfortunately the people there (not the employees) that refuse to watch their kids and/or refuse to teach their kids about waiting in line and general kindness and respect have ruined another great place to go. A four-pack of absolutely unruly kids were allowed to rampage through the building unchecked the entire 90 minutes we were there, and at least three families there had parents encouraging their children to ignore the lines. Just pathetic parenting, and you cannot expect Rock n Jump to have the staff to challenge that, or the desire to face an argument/lawsuit when they try to enforce morality and general common sense.

Great environment. Pizza was typical for this locale. Lots of seating for adults while the kids jumped for the two hours. Several tvs, too.

My kids always have a blast here. I was curious on how it was going to be given the restrictions. Not bad! Feel a lot better when there are less people in there. The kids did complain about it being hard to breathe with the masks on. Overall, we will continue to come here 🙂

Staff are great! They keep ontop of the kids when they get into arguments and diffuse the situation when the parents werent there. I feel comfortable allowing my young kids play and explore rockin jump.

My daughter had a wonderful birthday here last week. My only issue was they definitely werent following protocol with the amount of people there! Super OVERCROWDED

Had a fun time, you do have to sign a waiver before jumping but after that you can go straight to jumping around. Was here for about an hour, which is plenty of time to explore at a decent price. I would recommend if you have not been here before.

Very cool jump house! Tons of stuff to do, joist pit, stunt bag, dodge ball, basketball, and all with trampoline floors. Only downside is seems a bit pricey, bit the quality compared to others like it is much nicer.o cant give it a five star because I havent gotten to jump yet.... Will update when I do.

Need to do more sanitizing measures while place is busy. The jumping area right up the middle for toddlers and smaller mostly needs to be inflated more or replaced in that area for better safety when the little ones are jumping.

Staff member Alyssa is very rude. We purchased a locker to keep our items safe. When we opened there locker there was someone else’s belonging inside. After expressing that we paid for the locker and another persons belongings were inside. Alyssa’s excuse was “that’s the risk you take & I can’t give you your money back” after asking for a refund she denied that and gave us 2 coupons and we were a party of 5. Your the manager what type of excuse is that. I do under stand that she has no control over the lockers and etc but it’s her nonchalant attitude and sarcasm that wasn’t acceptable. If she’s in a position of authority she should have more of an explanation for her actions. Our overall experience was horrible and we will never come back.

This place is fabulous and really enjoyable for the kids. I really appreciate the staff because they truly go out of their way to make sure that everyone is well taken care of and having a nice time. The only thing that I would love is jumping classes for the kids where they could learn some tricks that would be great!!!! But above all we love it!!!!!! Thank you rockin jump

We had a birthday here last weekend and it was so awesome! One of their employees is dedicated toYour party and guides you throughout the party and serves your food and desserts! The park is incredibly clean for as many people that come through. The pricing is completely fair and a lot of times they have good coupons out there if you do your research. All of our guests loved it and had an awesome time we will definitely be back!

Staff is nice, but maybe they should keep a better eye on the bigger people jumping with the kids. There was an older guy jumping at the same time the small ones were, and he wasnt paying mind and landed on my nephew bad enough he was out of school with a bum ankle for the week. Im pretty sure its open ages, but people shouldnt be trying to perform crazy jumps and such when theres younger kids playing as well.

Awesome place. Its big, its clean, the staff are super friendly and it is a lot of fun. The prices are reasonable, and the party hosts are the best. We had a party there for our son and he had the best time. He cant stop talking about it. Our party host checked us in quickly, and the kids were out on the trampolines playing right away. Our party host set up a private dodge ball game for the kids - what a blast. She took care of the food, cleaned up and even helped us out to our car. It was the easiest birthday party ever. We will definitely be back - thanks Rockin Jump!!!

The employees are awesome!The location is pretty clean, and it’s a nice, safe open area for the kids to run and jump. The only thing that does make it kind of just a one hour thing is because it’s very limited to what you can do. Compared to the other Rockin jump this is real small.It has a jumping area, a “pit”, dodge ball, small rock climbing area and one other spot to knock an opponent off the balance beam.The kids got bored really fast after going through everything a few times.The plus side is it’s not overly crowded even with parties.

We came here for a weekend birthday party and man this place is packed! Avoid the weekends if you can! But once you work through the crowds this is a great place for the kids. Theres an ample waiting area with a snack bar and a couple of big screen TV with sofas where you can chill.. Restrooms are clean and staff are above average friendly.All the Rockin Jump facilities are pretty much the same so the only difference is their staff which I found this one more approachable and personable than the one in Fremont. Unlike the one in Fremont this one has a big parking lot and a big Home Depot next to it.

I don’t like the sarcastic manager Alyssa . She’s very rude and she didn’t seem too concerned about the fact that our lockers could be opened by anything or anyone . All she said was “that’s a risk you take when you buy one” when that’s the reason you but a locker to keep your items safe . Poor costumer service never ever going back .

Celebrated my sons birthday over the weekend. At the time of booking I was told a staff member would follow up during the week. This is when I could add pizzas or drinks ask questions. No one ever did.. I would also recommend different icee cups. With the $400package we were told each kid would get an icee. They bring a pitcher of icee & little clear water cups. Also a member of our party showed up 4minutes before jump time was up & they still charged me full price instead of telling guest our party was over (I was busy doing cake so I wasnt aware)

Fun, clean and well laid out place for the kids to burn off some energy. We took 4 kids ages 12 to 20 and all had a great time, cant wait to go back. For first timer you will need to purchase socks, just keep them and use each time. Waiting area for parent was ok, rather expensive snack bar.

My kids love this place. Just went to a party here, the host was very pretty and nice. My one of my lost their Jordans here and they (manager/front desk) were suppose to call. Never did. Had to buy new shoes.

Its fun but very overpriced for the experience. $15/hour per person. No deals for younger kids or larger families. The staff is also rather short tempered and heavily enforces every rule. They do need to enforce the rules, but they could be a lot nicer about it.

Fun place for a couple of hours of fun. The facility is small so you can see your child from all over. Pizza was okay. Went there for a birthday party. Hostess was very helpful for the party.

This is a good place for kids, teens & family to jump, exercise, and play for a couple of hours. The staff is always so welcoming.

The kids like it. I cant stand it. Way too over priced. Luckily my dad pays for the grandkids. Just a normal bottled water is like $4.00. So ridiculous. Under privileged kids should be able to enjoy these luxuries too.

The kids love it, Im burnt out on it. But I really do appreciate they have very comfortable couches for adults to veg in, directly in front of a wall of tvs. If Im going there, I get a coffee & get caught up on some studying. Kids always get a workout without being injured.

Its small but okay for kids. Gravady in Vegas is where we previously jumped regularly..so we are spoiled. Size & number if options are few here. If it were larger I would have given it a 5!

This is the most fun place I have ever seen, considering Im an adult. When my kids were there they had a blast, no complaining just laughing.I certainly recommend going there.We will definitely come back soon

Very fun place to take the kids. Prices are a little high, but in line with other similar activities. Try to plan ahead to come during a time when there is a promotion to save some $. Your first time here, each jumper needs to purchase their nonslip socks, which I believe are $2.50 per pair

Staff is amazing and always a great time for the kids.....we spend an hour there, my kids are 6 and 4, and thats well enough time to get there yaah yaahs out.

We have been here dozens of times since it opened. This visit my son got his foot stuck under one of the pads and fell, injuring his ankle. This happened literally 5 minutes after getting here. I asked for an ice pack, which they provided, and a partial refund. They looked at me like l was flippin crazy. I purchased a 1.5 hour and asked for partial refund since my son was no longer able to jump and we were only here a few minutes. NO REFUNDS AT ALL. What ever.

Awful costumer service, look like they arevravist. Staff is unfriendly and lack of information. The front didnt know how the computer worked when we got there and made us wait 20 mins for someone else to help us. You have to pay for everything here, I paid for socks and the lady was not going to give them to me. I had to ask for them otherwise I wasnt going to get them. Limited space to jump freely.

Went here for my nieces birthday party, it was clean and really well organized. Out party consultant was on top of everything, from start to finish!

Fun place for kids to go play. But be prepared to buy special socks basically just grippy socks that must be the branded socks so if you have socks from.othe trampoline places (sky zone, sky high, etc) there are not the right socks.

Its fun. But I wouldnt recommend going early in the day if youre trying to go with teens. There are alot of kids and toddlers , dont wanna step on them !

First time here. Since we are on break decided to bring my teen boys. They were excited to come. Weve been to 3 other trampoline park and this one is the worst. The front desk was terrific ! The girls were very helpful. The poor kids who oversees the free jump trampoline need more help. Little kids are running amuck whileOlder kids are doing ariel tricks. 30 min into our time, my son fell on a kid who ran under him while he was doing an ariel and my son got scolding from the worker. Luckily that kid was ok. I stood there watching and the worker is playing Tag with two little ones (I decided to video tape her but Imnot going I post it). I went to talk to a manager. Told her what happened with my son and the little boy and toldher that the site is not being supervised She left and came back and told me that she reprimanded the worker who was playing tag. When I got back my sons and their two teenage friends said that they got scolding from a worker, they pointed to the manager I just talked to. They were scolded for doing flips and for not watching out for the kids. The rules does not say no flips.Gteat concept . Could be a great place to come. Need more qualified workers and need morethan 1 worker in the free jump area. Especially during school breaks and specials. Will come one more time to use my groupon pass But will not be returning after that. We normally go to Sky high. Its a further drive but they are more vigilant in their job . ☹️☹️ Sorry to have such a bad review , want everyone to be safe

My 7 year old son can not get enough of this place. He is high energy and I love he can burn off the energy. I had his birthday there in March and there are pros and cons.Pros: Amazing staff that are waiting for you and your guests the instant you walk in the doors with a sign of the bday boys name and cart to take the kids shoes and the mandatoey socks to give out. I was a mess. Late and not ready. The young staffer put me at ease saying to relax she would handle EVERYTHING. And she did. She helped me decorate and put the goody bags together. Verified the food coming and suggested where and how to set up the treats. No matter what I asked she was positive and took care of it for me. And of course the kids LOVED being there.Cons: price is comparable to say Chuck E. Cheese but you dont get all you do at Chuck E. Cheese like, decorations and goody bags. Which just means more work for you. Rockin Jump did however provide an hour (?) Free pass to the guests to include in the goody bages.All in all I would have a party there again. The kids love it and the staff is amazing!
