I used them for a car accident and my 1st mistake was telling them the main thing I wanted was $3000.00 for the loss of my car. That is just about all I got too. I also told them I had pain in my neck back and shoulders. Their doctor couldnt find anything on an x-ray so they stopped searching from their. It ended up I got fibromyalgia from this wreck. Fibromyalgia can be triggered by a traumatic accident. So I am also having to deal with this at my own expense. I trusted them completely and didnt even look over the paper work when I went to pick up the check. I came across my copies a few years ago and found out they actually won over $20,000.00. I was so upset when I saw that. They had so many charges for this that and the other to show what they say were for fees. I can not believe I was such a sucker and so gullible to think I could trust this attorney. I wouldnt recommend him for my dog.

This firm represented me in a workmans comp case and did a terrible job. The lawyer told me one thing and when we got to the mediation it was totally different. They hardly ever answer the phone and take forever for them to return calls.

If I could give a lower star I would, maybe -5☆, I have been lied to for 3 weeks with their office saying they would call me and each time I call each week to see if theyll take my WC claim they say itll be another 5-7 business days. Very unprofessional and if this is the way they work and treat clientele then I wouldnt want them representing me anyway. They will give you the runaround. Wouldnt refer anyone to this firm unless I didnt like them and wanted them to lose their case. One of the most unprofessional firms.

I had a workers comp case settled a couple of years ago through this firm. Totally wish that I had done a better job in seeking proper representation. It took a few years to settle my case, I expected that. But, throughout the whole process. I only had one office visit with them. Never did I even meet my actual attorney!!!!! Now I am currently having the worst lifetime medical treatment for my back injury. The commercials dont do any justice for this firm. Do more research before you let this firm handle your case!

Warning !!!!! I have a work comp case in which Zuccarellos firm was to represent me, they took case and had me sign paperwork so i couldnt find another attorney, sent letter to insurance company, told them they were the attorney on record, then waisted two almost three weeks, told me they were setting up recorded statement with insurance and then called and said sorry dont want your case, with no reason or explanation !!! Should have known when they have more paralegals than attorneys and they have no idea now to call people back! left three messages with my paralegal over three days and have yet to have a phone call back. In closing if you want to be a nothing number with no attorney contact and poor representation then hire these guys and waist your time. I on the other hand hired a better law firm!

Knew absolutely nothing about w/c laws or process, thats why I hired this firm to represent me in my w/c case and my experience with them has been favorable. My paralegal is prompt, efficient in responding to my questions or concerns either by email or phone. My case hasnt settled yet but so far,they have made sure to retrieve some of the money owed to me. Yes, I will definitely recommend this firm..

After excepting my case to get my workers comp.claim approved a month and half later they tell me it is in their best interest to not take my case. I am looking at to have rotator cuff surgery to repair 2 torn muscles and my biscep muscle relocated. When asked why the reply I got was, - by time we take our 20% it wont be worth it for you to get 5000. I was like so ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.I have been out of work on short term disability for 3 1/2 months now and 1 1/2 they wasted. Now if i dont get approved, the insurance that was being paid for through my short term disability that is now run out along with any income i had coming in I want be able to have surgery at all until I go back to work with a painful injury and pick my insurance back up. It was never about the money for me it was about getting my shoulder fixed and getting back to work! I was really disappointed by wasting my time in trusting a firm that may or may not take your case still even after accepting it and saying they can help. I wouldnt recommend this firm.to anyone. They are only looking for HUGE pay out.

I am still in a W/C case right now. It hasnt been quite a year yet, and we are getting closer to a resolution. They have been nothing but wonderful with me and handling my case. My paralegal Sasha L. Dykstra has been nothing short of wonderful! She has gone to bat for me time and time again. My lawyer Michael has been wonderful too. Would I recommend them..my answer is YES!!!! They are getting the job done.

They will call you back, but unless your case has a big paycheck attached they will pass you on to a lawyer hotline. The people I talked to were polite, but they were just secretaries. I guess a $10,000+ case isnt enough.

Definitely don’t return phone calls nor will you ever talk to a lawyer personally unless you have a big WC case very terrible law firm I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody you be better off trying to get things done yourself dealing with this law firm

Theyre will never return your phone calls and come to find out they said that would help me but never was cant never get a straight forward answer and never would call you back.

This lawyer will have you so poe that you owe yourself 5 dollars. They cant never keep paralegals in the office. This place is all bs!! Mitch Grissiom is the best lawyer in Nashville. They have a good BBB record in the last 3 years. Karla Campbell sucks!!

I was rear ended when I was 7 1/2 months pregnant and I hired this firm to represent me, big mistake. They ordered all sorts of unnecessary hospital records not even related to the accident which I was ordered to pay for out of my settlement. I still havent received receipts for these charges. When confronted Jennifer, an employee here was very ugly, shady and rude with me. I would not recommend.

Refused my case. Wouldnt even speak to me about it. Referred me to someone else.
