We have been customers for the past 10 years. Their office/phone staff have always been very helpful and pleasant. They have often reminded me when my husband was eligible for new equipment. I enjoy calling or visiting the office as they are professional and prompt. They have billed our insurance accurately.

Extremely unprofessional. They tried over billing us multiple times. We had to fight for them to stop billing us 200 dollars a month. Shame on Vanderbilt for recommending them. We also went to buy pillows thru them and they kept giving us the wrong ones. They would not return and wanted to charge us full price. Worst business in Tennessee. You’d think this business would be pretty straight forward.

My mother in law has the worst experience with these people. Probably some to do with language barrier. But I also personally know they are slightly careless. If they are careless with me, that in itself raises concerns. They certainly changed their tune after the second time that I called them. And they were clear about putting me on hold instead of just dropping the phone. They get three stars because my wife’s complaints about them have been consistently the same with their behavior over a significant period of time — their attitude and behavior on my first time calling them was precisely as my wife has consistently described it.

These people are fine. They are always nice to me and the ladies that work there do the very best they can to help you get the supplies you need. They have better prices than that dam American Home Patient! Thanks O2 (Lacretia & Veronica) Keep up the good work!

This place is awful. Very lazy, very rude. Often when I stop to pickup supplies they are out of stock or tell you to make an appointment to pick up supplies. No follow up on phone calls or messages, they pretty much do the bare minimum that they can to get the insurance to give them the money and, after that, they dont care.

The service is very unprofessional at this company. I ordered supplies two months ago and when I picked them up the front desk reception indicated they were out of stock of one of the supplies without explanation. I returned to pick up the tube I needed and they ask for my insurance card and said they do not work with my insurance provider and dismissed me without offering any options. Every time I asked the receptionist a question she had to walk to the back room to talk to the supervisor. The entire time I am wondering why they have someone at the front desk that cannot answer any questions. I finally ask for the supervisor and she could not resolve my problem. Finally I asked them to call the owner and they offered me a used tube that they would need to ship from out of state. Needless to say, I told them no thank you and walked out of the office. The situation could have been avoided if they would have confirmed the tube was in stock the first time I drove out to pick up the replaced components for my CPAC machine. Secondly, when I called to pick up the tube the second time, the receptionist could have saved me some time and effort by asking for my updated insurance information over the phone.

Used them for over 5 years and very pleased in the past but will never use them again. Woman working desk is rude, lazy, and virtually called me a liar when I told her I had gotten supplies from them before. She has no business working with the public. I have taken my business elsewhere.

If you have a CPAP or BiPAP, you need to meet these guys! Very professional and know their stuff.
