My experience seven springs orthopedics has always been great the staff is wonderful and always there to help if need be. They are very nice and respectful at all time and I couldnt ask for a better orthopedic than Brent Bell and or Stu Jones.

They are always so nice and try to squeeze you in last minute if they can. Very happy with staff!!

This is THE best facility I have ever been to in all of my 60 years on this earth! The smiles and friendliness of the front desk is just where it starts. Kennedy is a very caring girl and always treats you with respect and concern. The Drs and Physician assistants really go out of their way to work with you and they actually listen to you when you talk.The therapists are kind and realize that the patient is in pain and they take the patients pain very seriously. I would highly recommend this clinic!

My shoulder surgery was fine. It was after that was terrible. I had some severe pain in my elbow. Prior to seeing the surgeon, I was given two steroid injections, had an MRI on my elbow to see if anything was wrong. Nothing seen. Then an MRI on my neck to see if I had disc issues. Nothing. I finally see my surgeon and he explains that I have an obstruction of my ulnar nerve. I schedule surgery and it was a success. This whole process took several months and required significant dollars on my part for all the additional tests that were done. If I was able to see my surgeon right away the months that I was in pain, that limited my therapy on my shoulder would have been reduced. Going forward, I will go to a Surgeons office. Obviously, we will see a PA, but if an issue comes up the Surgeon is in the same office to quickly diagnose.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at 7 Springs Brentwood. I was always seen in a timely manner and the staff made sure to provide excellent patient education. I had the pleasure of working with both Lindsey and Stuart in physical therapy and they were WONDERFUL! They were both engaging, respectful, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend this location.

Jerri Paulk..... I had a CT per Kevin Groh after conversations over the phone in Dickson on Wednesday, January 20. On Friday, Jan 22 Kevin was supposed to call to discuss the CT and where we went from here. I placed a call at about 10am to Casey only I was told she was unavailable with a patient. I left my name and phone number. It is now 5:17 pm on a Friday and have heard nothing from anyone.In 2006 I had total knee replacement, two weeks ago I slipped on the bathroom tile and now have a periprostec fracture. Now I will go another weekend knowing nothing. I will go somewhere else to get this taken care of.

I love all the staff here. I broke my wrist right after having a baby and prior to that during pregnancy had to see them to get help and steroid shots for my bad wrist tendonitis. I can’t say enough good things. Kylie and Misty at front desk are super friendly, the PAs are all easy to work with and Lindsey my PT WOW she was top notch and I was sad that I got cleared to be done with PT cause she was a really great Therapist and had fun chatting with her while she worked thank you 7 Springs!Stephanie Capshaw

Brant Bell and his staff are absolutely amazing. I have been a patient of theirs for over five years and could not ask for better care and treatment, I would recommend them to anyone seeking great orthopedic care of any type, I even brought my own mother to them as well as several friends and neighbors. If you’re looking for a great orthopedist, this is definitely your go to practice.

Seven Springs Orthopaedics has been my go-to practice since they opened their doors. Stu Jones, PA and Brant Bell, PA-C have taken excellent care of me throughout a few Orthopedic treatment needs. They are quick to recognize when extended treatment is needed, such as physical therapy or pain management. They are compassionate, highly skilled and readily available, as evidenced by successful rehabilitation each time I’ve needed them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience imaginable with there billing department which is primarily why I would never go back nor recommend this office.I visited this office per a referral from my primary for a shoulder injury. To my surprise I received an invoice in 2018 for my visit in 2017, unpaid. Here began the battle with there 1 person billing department (Wanda). I wish someone would have told me she had banker hours (Monday - Thursday, 8am - 2pm and off Fridays). I finally connected with her which resulted in a 3 way call with my insurance provider only to be told by my insurance provider they had wired payment to this doctors office back in 2017! Yet Wanda had no record on her end of seeing the payment come through. Unbelievable! And getting a hold of Wanda was not easy!I had a follow up visit due to MRI results and vowed this would be the last time I would visit this office and it was. And the same issue has happened again. Wanda submitted my invoice to my insurance provider and says she was told my insurance was terminated. Could not be further from the truth. Again, I setup a 3 way call recently and hope this issue is straighten out soon. This is the only doctors office I have an issue with.Do yourself a favor and visit a more efficient office and not one with archaic structures or the lack of!

After dealing with pain and no answers from a big named orthopedic. I was given the name seven springs and it has been life changing. I finally have answers and the medical help I need. They are very friendly even with children as patients. The staff is very friendly and caring. The doctors are the best ! Only place I trust !!

The appointment went very well,as usual. Checked in at 10:15 for an 11:00 appointment. I was greeted warmly by the staff on duty, was seen almost immediately, had x-rays taken, shown the images and was asked questions about the fracture. I explained that the bone stimulation machine had been in use, by me for eighty five days, and there was no discomfort. We viewed the images and the Dr. explained how the bone was healing. She said that everything was looking great. It was suggested that no other appointments were necessary, unless unusual pain occurred, continue using the unit until the gel was used up, then come in for a status check. Another enjoyable morning at Seven Springs Orthopaedics. Thanks!!!

Stu Jones PA and 7 springs staff took good care of my son when he had broken wrist. He was able to be seen and treated before we went to the beach for a week.

Dr.stu, from 7 spring in manchester. Has always been honest and guided me to what I needed for my knee. I would recommend him and office to anyone.

After hurting my shoulder, Seven Springs got me a quick appointment. Stu Jones was the best! I needed a cortisone shot, which Ive always heard was very painful. Stu gave me the shot and I didnt feel any pain and actually was waiting on him to give the shot when he said he was all done! For someone who doesnt like needles, I was so grateful. The treatment plan he gave me was very good and he explained everything. I highly recommend Seven Springs to everyone.

Me and my daughter both are treated at the Brentwood location we absolutely love Brant Bell he is a rock star makes us feel like family his bed side manner is absolutely awesome! There should be 10 gold stars and, staff is so sweet and caring. I highly recommend Bell to anyone that is in need of the top orthopedic care.

I have gone to Seven Springs Orthopaedics since they opened their first location and have had nothing but great experiences. Very thorough with their descriptions, friendly staff and doctors, and have their best interest in helping their patients! I feel confident in their knowledge and practice.

I had by far the worst experience ever seeing a medical professional. Kevin Groh was very unprofessional. He was rude, condescending and nonchalant. He acted the whole time as if he did not want to be there. He left to go review my x-rays. When he came back he just says we need an MRI. He did not go over my x-rays with me just jumped straight to I need an MRI. When I asked why an MRI he says I dont have x-ray vision and can look through your foot. I was taken back as to why he felt the need to be sarcastic and rude for me asking questions for clarification. I asked him why he is being rude. He tells me What do you want me to do. You need an MRI at this point I shut down. I told him I no longer felt comfortable with him. Then asked is there someone else I can see. He said not here there is not. Then he looks at me, and stands up and walks straight out the door saying nothing else. He never returned back to the room. The most unprofessional, no integrity, non compassionate and rudest experience I ever received. Not worth the one star or recommending to anyone!

Over and over and OVER, my whole family has been able to rely on the wonderful physicians of Seven Springs. From simple procedures to broken bones they have provided what was necessary for each of us, especially our accident prone 4 year old boy! LC

My husband scheduled an app in this place for bad back pain. He CLEARLY made the appointment with an orthopedic DR but instead we got a student to check on him and to diagnose him with a bursa problem. When we asked her about when the doctor will come to check him because we wanted the specialist to look at him she replied that this is IMPOSSIBLE because the orthopedic doctor is only available for patients ready for surgery, this means that the doctor will see my husband when the STUDENT determines he needs surgery, I know this is unbelievable and we were completely in shock with this place, so sad and so DISAPPOINTED. While they dishonesty charge you the same price as you would pay to see a specialist but instead they give you a student. We went to another place immediately and my husband was diagnosed with a severe bulging disc. Be aware of this place, they dont really care much about patients but about their money, dishonest, unprofessional place that will give you the wrong diagnosis.

Receptionist, Nurses, Physicians and Physicians Assistants are great. Very friendly and very informative. I recommend this Orthropedics practice 100%

Excellent doctors and staff. I was in a car wreck, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. I didnt have to wait long in the lobby, and saw the doctor almost right away. And checking out was a breeze!!

Ive gone to Seven Springs Orthopedics a number of times for a variety of reasons from knee surgery to joint/muscle pains to allergic reactions. Each time I was seen quickly, treated exceptionally (and accurately), and felt like they really cared. Hard to find health care professionals like that these days.

My daughter is a current patient at Seven Springs (Brentwood) for a fractured wrist, and I was very pleased how quickly they were able to accomodate a new patient appointment request from a concerned Mom. Weve had two appointments so far and everyone has been very knowledgeable, friendly, and speak in terms both my daughter and I can understand. From reception to casting to check out, everyone has been wonderful. Wait times are very minimal. Appointment durations are thorough, but not lengthy. I would highly recommend Seven Springs for patients of all ages.

I have had three sports related injuries that I could not overcome on my own.A flag football knee to the ribs. A rotator cuff strain from a basketball dive on the floor for a loose ball and a plantar fasciitis from 2 a day workouts and basketball.Each required a cortisone shot and anti inflammatory prescription which cured my pain immediately and allowed me to getting back to being productive.The staff is great, friendly, courteous and professional. My time is never wasted and visits are efficient

They get you in quickly and efficiently, are very professional and caring, have an x-ray tech onsite, and can handle just about anything an ER could - without the wait and hassle. They accomodated me and scheduled me to come in very quickly. The Brentwood Staff was very nice and professional. Dr. Stu Jones and his nurse were AMAZING! Dr. Stu gave me a very detailed plan for how we are going to repair the injury. His nurse helped me with my boot and showed me how to use it. My son has broken both wrists in the past and was referred here, so when I broke my leg, getting my treatment at Seven Springs was a no-brainer!! They ALWAYS exceed my expectations! Me and my family of 5 wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. Thank You All!! 😁😀😊

I am a LMT who studies Neuromuscular Therapy for a living. I am an extremely active body and I’ve dealt with trigger point referral pains from my shoulders and glutes for close to a lifetime. I came to this facility because I am experiencing a pain like I’ve never felt before in the lowest parts of my back. I wanted an explanation and a solution, because my regular self care routines (stretching, strengthening and massage) have done nothing for this and have exasperated the pain even more. I am extremely displeased with how Dr.Bell spoke to me, and his complete dismissal my level of education and medical terminology. I came to him for a boney structure issue, and he chalked my pain up to a mere trigger point and suggested a steroid shot to cover the symptoms instead of finding a solution like an invested doctor would. I can’t speak on the entire facilities abilities and level of care towards their patients but I can without a doubt say that Dr. Bells approach to treatment is a pure cop out and he would rather send you home with a broad spectrum diagnosis because it sounds good instead of getting down to the actual issues. I will not return for my follow up with him.

As always, Seven Springs to the rescue again! Arrived at the clinic in pain and discouraged at my nagging injury. Left with a new game plan thanks to Stu Jones (the man!).This group has taken care of my whole family for many years. They are GREAT at what they do.

Wouldnt put a cast on a childs arm because he didnt have insurance and i didnt have an additional 150$ when i already paid 200$ for office visit and asked me to sign a paper which says i can be billed when we got into the room they told me i had to pay 150 extra for a cast i asked them to bill me and they refused and didnt put a cast on my childs arm after telling me he needs surgery and a cast.
