Mary is amazing. She has helped me so much since meeting her 2 years ago. She listens to my concerns and works with me so that I can make an educated decision about my treatment. I have never left the office unsure if we have made the right decision. They were flexible with changing my appointments to telephone conversations while I had covid. I always get a timely response when I leave a message or send an email.

This hands down is the BEST doctors office Ive ever been to. Not just on a psychiatric level, but just a medical setting in general. I love Dr. Becker and Im beyond grateful that I found him. He is very personable and just one of the easiest people to talk to. And the front desk is great too and that goes a long way! So yes, 5 stars! I recommend this to anyone who needs to find a good and relaxed environment for psychiatry.

Ali was amazing. We have searched for help for years for our son. It was nice for her to listen but then give great advice!! We are in the process of implementing her parenting plan and It is not easy but we can already see a difference!!

This was a great treatment for me. I have completed tms therapy numerous times bc I keep getting better and better. I suffered a traumatic brain injury and was steered towards tms and it has helped me tremendously. Audry and Matt were the nurses who o pool reformed the treatment on me as well as Scott west but this team knows what they are doing and I happy I had the opportunity to do this.John

Dr. Becker is the best psychiatrist I have ever had, including those in fancy “big city” practices. He is brilliant, thoughtful, caring, strategic, innovative, and patient. He is also incredibly friendly and has a delightful sense of humor. He shows a real interest in his patients and takes the time necessary to achieve positive results. He has done me a world of good through attention to detail and top notch care. I highly recommend this wonderful doctor to all - you will be comfortable with him and he will be on your side. He is a true diamond in the rough. His new office practice is a professional operation that treats patients very well. Thumbs way up.

I had my treatments at the Cool Springs location in Franklin, TN. I had no positive results after 32 sessions. The Dr. saw me only one time, and that was to get the information to “start the process”. The lady that administered the sessions was very kind, however, it seemed that she was suggesting after several sessions that it appeared as if I was getting better. That was certainly not the case. I also have a friend that’s 15-year-old son had 60 treatments. He did not get any better at all. They had no insurance. Do I think this is a money making operation… All I can say is I was told I should get better at 20+ treatments. That did not happen. I left there thinking something was wrong, something didn’t feel right. I certainly would not suggest TMS.

Mrs. Mary is wonderful. She understands my medical condition and truly cares. She listens and comforts you in time of need. She is a true human being and doest treat you like a number. She is very professional and knows her stuff.

Dr. Cochran at The Neuroscience and TMS center has served as my for my psychiatric care physician for the past 5 years. I am have made tremendous progress while seeing her. She is attentive, thorough, and professional. I am 59 years old and have had depression since childhood. This pass year I became more depressed and to a point that I could not function in a normal way. I felted like I was too far gone and that no one could reach me and help me at all. I was not only depressed I had lost hope.Dr. Cochran explained to me about TMS and how it works. I knew it would be a very big commitment on my part and I truly was not sure if I could do it.I am now about to begin my 3rd week and I am in awe of the results so far. Yes, I am still very much depressed, etc. but I can feel and tell the change that is happening in me.Dr. Cochran and her staff are truly dedicated to their work and it shows through their interest in me. They are there with me every step I take to ensure things are going the very best possible way for me and TMS treatment is specialist and individualized. They work with me daily Monday through Friday, not just in the office but also through email and texting. Dr. Cochran and her team are far beyond the bar of expectations in my opinion. I want to thank them everyday because everyday is now a new day for me.
