My experience was satisfying. I was informed of the wait time prior to registration and was very close to the time quoted when seen. The nurse that took my history was polite and thorough. Lastly, my provider knocked it out of the park. She (Retha) was compassionate and professional. She took time and showed me that she was concerned about taking care of me. Kudos to the staff/team at this location.

God awful wait times and service. Had to leave after an hour wait to just go and hope we would get to see someone sooner at the ER. Will take your payment before you see a doctor, good luck getting a refund if you cant see a doctor in a timely manner.

The staff at Vanderbilt Walk In Clinic Brentwood is awesome! Gina Vaughn and the staff of nurses were patient and kind. They were very efficient in getting me in and out in a timely manner. They followed up with a phone call. I would highly recommend this clinic! An asset to the Brentwood community!!

I had a great experience here, especially as a first-time patient. Everyone I met from the receptionist to Dr. Ermini was caring and thorough. Also, I got a Covid test and had heard it was painful but it wasnt at all. Probably due to the fact that these doctors know what theyre doing and have been tirelessly giving these tests to so many people for months now. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Sarah Garrand did a fabulous job at a rather tricky surgical procedure that i needed. She had to make an incision & look for/remove a piece of glass that was lodged in my leg. Very impressive work!! I must say thank you to her Assistant also, (hate that i didnt catch her name) She was very helpful & most kind as well as the Xray Tech. The staff at the front desk were professional, i had literally no wait time & the facility was very clean. I highly recommend this Clinic! ~Karen Reece

Came in Sunday July 12th around 10:45 am. I have visited this location on several occasions. Always had a very wonderful experience. Unfortunately today was different was greeted by the receptionist in a not so nice tone telling me to wait behind the sign and not to use that hand sanitizer. I set an appointment for an hour later with the receptionist. Maybe she was having a bad day and didn’t wanna work on Sunday but she came across very unfriendly. I canceled my appointment and went to Nolensville to that Vanderbilt walk in clinic public relations is everything. Is there anything wrong with saying good morning and being friendly to a long time patient ?Thank you for your timeWayne Bishop

My ONLY complaint..PLEASE before the patient is being recommended to go to the ER, think of the patient. My elderly mother who has dementia needed tests run. Even though I did not want to go to the ER, I was told since it was a week day and so early, its the perfect time. We arrived at the vandy ER at noon, we did not go back to a holding room until SIX HOURS LATER!!! My poor mother! She missed her nap AND her bedtime. I demanded we get to leave by 7:30the next a.m.. thats an extremely excessive amount of time to wait and just get tests run for a HEALTHY person, much less my poor mother!!! She didnt get into the MRI until 3 A.M!!!!! We couldve gone home and scheduled all these tests at one of the locations!! I am pretty heated about the whole experience. Im a single mother, taking care of my mother AND run a business. I lost an entire day of work because of this decision to go to the ER. PLEASE look at your audience and their condition before recommending that place. AND this is NOT an isolated incident. 2 years ago when I took my mom to the ER (had meningitis!!!)We waited for NINE HOURS to get back to the small room and TWELVE HOURS before she got a room.HOWEVER, our experience w Vandy walk in as far as ALL the employees are very kind, respectful and professional.

I would give 10 star review if I could! I needed delicate stitches removed from around my eye and eyelid, which were placed at an ER in another state. The doctor with great care and patience took them all out successfully, though the lid stitch was rather embedded almost requiring another trip to the ER, and answered all my questions even before I asked some of them. I got in immediately and was treated with professionalism, kindness and efficiency from the receptionist to the office personnel and medical assistants to the awesome doctor himself! Thank you for the great experience; I cant recommend this place highly enough.

I would highly recommend avoiding this location if you do not want to be exposed to potential COVID patients. My husband got very sick yesterday with what seemed like stomach flu symptoms but by last night he also had a fever, aches and extreme fatigue. He woke up feeling better but we wanted to get him tested to be safe as he is a Type I diabetic. We heard results from the drive thru options were taking a long time so figured we might have better luck here. Plus we wanted him to see an actual provider as diabetes puts him at high risk and he was also dehydrated. We assumed all clinics would have patients wait in their cars to be called but nope! He had to get in the elevator to go upstairs and there was a man coughing who said he was positive and was back for a follow up!!! He then got to the waiting room and said it was full of patients coughing all over the place. He went up to the desk to try and ask if he could wait outside and said the receptionist would not talk to him. Just rudely repeated he had to sign in and wait. There were at least 20 people in front of him even though we made an appt. He left because he felt his chances of being exposed if he doesn’t have it already were way too high sitting there. This seems so irresponsible as I’m sure he was not the only person with questionable symptoms who was trying to play it safe by getting tested. Not to mention anyone who might be there for a non COVID illness. Way to contain the community spread. Now we have to worry that he was definitely exposed to known positive cases today so I would avoid this clinic and we will never go back.

I was working in Brentwood and got sick at work. The clinic was about three minutes from our offices. I had an excellent experience at this clinic. I got right into an examination room, which was immaculate. Friendly staff and nurses. The doctor I saw was very thorough, kind and gentle. I no longer work in Brentwood and wish VUMC would open a clinic exactly like this one on the north side of Nashville!

I had a very good experience at the Vanderbilt Walk-In clinic. It is located in the same building as Franklin Synergy Bank...enter in from Pewett Drive. Plenty of reserved parking spots. You sign in at the small room with a front desk then take the elevator up to the clinic where you finish up any paperwork and then wait to be called. I recommend you schedule your appointment time and fill out the paperwork online before you arrive. The staff are friendly and helpful here and it wasnt busy. Go here for a stress-free doctor visit!

Glad this is here but we needed an X-ray for our son and they wouldn’t see us. I had the singed order from the pediatrician in my hand, but the person at the front desk said the order wasn’t “in the system” so they couldn’t do an X-ray. They said I could call the pediatrician and ask them to send over the order (which again, would be the same thing I had in my hand w the imaging request/our insurance info, etc.) Since the pediatric staff was at lunch, we drove across town to vandy children’s where they simply took the order from my hand and entered it in the system. So even though this is a “walk in” clinic it wasn’t a convenience for us in the least. Not sure I would bother trying again unless there were no other options.

The clinic does not listen. After HOURS of going back and forth between two different offices for an ultrasound I DID NOT NEED, I now owe 1100 AFTER INSURANCE. I said OVER AND OVER AND OVER again that I thought it was a kidney stone, but NO ONE WOULD LISTEN. They even did a pelvic exam. Though I understand they wanted to make sure things were taken care of, I do NOT understand why my stating it is most likely a kidney stone was NOT listened to when I have had them before.HOURS later and (unbeknownst to me over a grand spent) I was sent home with prescription level Aleve and basically told my pain cant be THAT BAD. Come Monday I was in so much pain my husband had to take me to the emergency room and WHAT DO YOU KNOW!!!??? IT WAS A KIDNEY STONE.Thank you for wasting my valuable time, money, and for leaving me in pain for longer than I needed to be in.There should have been a warning about my ultra sound not being covered or a question as to whether or not I wanted to get it done. I was simply told to go like it was no big deal.Thank you for taking away my ability to go on a vacation I had been planning for months all because you wouldnt listen to me. Its pathetic that I knew what it was and the trained doctor and/or nurse practitioner didnt think it was important enough to at least check. Sent me home with a misdiagnosis and sent me to an imaging place without telling me it wasn’t with Vanderbilt or a part of clinic services. I feel so taken advantage of and duped. When a doctor tells you to go somewhere without any type of indication of it causing any type of issue then you naturally follow instructions.Dont do here unless you want to have every possible cent squeezed out of you and your pain ignored. Go to Summit Hospital where they actually help and listen.*To the automatic reply from the customer relations team. I already contacted you and filed a complaint. Shockingly it was determined that ignoring my pain, my symptoms, and my medical history was deemed appropriate care.

I was in a little pain from an open wound that would not heal. A young female doctor saw me and treated me. She cauterized the wound without deadening the skin or giving me anything for pain. The pain was so bad I screamed. All she said was Im sorry but they did not keep anything there for pain. I had called Vanderbilt dermatology @ 100 oaks but they had a nine month wait time for existing patience like me. Up until last year I had always used Vanderbilt doctors. I went to the St. Thomas Wound Center and have been going for six weeks with pain free treatment. They are cauterizing the wound weekly but they deaden the sore before treatment.I have dropped all five of my Vanderbilt doctors and I am using doctors from the Williamson Medical Group in Franklin or St. Thomas Wound Center.

Giving two stars because the nurse and doctor were nice and professional. However, that does not remedy the fact that the front desk person failed to inform me that my insurance was not accepted. I dont think she even knew because she charged me a copay, leaving me to assume that Im covered and that all services that day were taken care of under the copay. Lo and behold I get a bill for the full amount of all my services, being that I am indeed not covered. The staff I contacted was nice and empathetic and referred me to billing, who gave me a discount which brought the cost down from unreasonable to I can technically afford this -- which is still an absolute pain to have to bear this burden thanks to the incompetence of the front desk staff. I feel as though I shouldnt be responsible for any of these costs. I hate to write negative reviews, and as I said before everyone is very nice here, but I feel like I have to warn others of my insurance compatibility being entirely overlooked. Luckily I just had some tests done, which were cheaper than the consultation, hilariously enough. Do your research before you come here. For reference I have Cigna Connect and then dont accept the Connect plans.

Horrible experience. And beware of the billing...they will bill as a specialist apparently, and not a general office visit, and you could end up with a big bill depending on your insurance. Went in for a cold, paid my co-pay, and got a $300 bill. Also, be aware of them pushing lab work on you that will be sent out and inevitably run your bill up more.

I will give this place a star for not making me wait in the waiting room very long and the front desk staff and nurses were pleasant. I had blood drawn to see if my illness was viral or bacterial. Thats where the problems started. I may have been the LPNs 2nd real patient blood draw ever. She fumbled around and then de-gloved during the draw. The bloodwork came back with one of my readings being off the charts abnormal. The first thing I asked was if it could be error since I am healthy. The dr gave me this look as if oh no that could never happen. (insert roll eyes) She then went on to mention that it could indicate lot of really bad things, blood clots, carbon monoxide poisoning. At this point I am completely freaked out, but she said she would send it off to the main lab for confirmation and give me a call later on that evening. Guess what?! NO PHONE CALL. Thank you Dr. POE. I was up most of the night worrying. Got a call the next morning from a nurse at the main office who said that my numbers were all normal and that is probably was a mistake, but that I can go back in to recheck. No thank you I will take my business elsewhere. Mistakes happen, but the inexperience and lack of care shown by this particular dr was unacceptable. Hopefully as she gains more experience she will know how to handle this type of situation better and actually keep her word and make a phone call.
