I received a 90 minute cupping massage on April 12 and it was EVERYTHING!!!! Erica is the BEST!!! She is an educator, she explains what she is doing, and why she is doing it. At the beginning of my experience we had a nice conversation as I filled out my medical history and any trouble areas I wanted her to focus on. Im new to working out and weight training and had some sore and tight muscles. Erica explained how cupping will help loosen up those muscles and let me tell you it did! I felt like I had a new body by the end of my 90 minutes and it is a full 90 minutes!! Throughout my experience she consistently made sure the pressure wasnt too much and talked me through the process. Her fingers are like a X-ray machine they scan over the muscles and pin point areas that need to be worked on. By the end of our session I was floating on cloud 9. I will definitely be back!!!!

I been to B.P.S. twice and gotten deep tissue massages from Erica. She is SO knowledgeable about the underlying causes of injuries and pain in general. I lift weights, and I would definitely recommend her for powerlifters, bodybuilders, and really any person who puts a lot of stress on their body. And she is also very detail-oriented in making sure that the massage is as relaxing as possible.
