Mandates should not include any outlet that improves overall health...because you chose to uphold a ridiculous mandate that has no mention in the contract that you ask us to sign im very disappointed in this company. The equipment takes forever to fix. I liked going to this gym but after forcing me to either take a vaccine or I cant workout is beyond stupid and ridiculous. I hope more people leave your gym so you will feel how much you have negatively impacted our health. Its sad that i can go to McDonalds but I cant better my health with workingout...it makes NO SENSE AT ALL

While this gym isn’t the most impressive gym I’ve ever been to in terms of size/amenities, the staff is outstanding! The Manager, David has personally assisted me with a myriad of issues and always solves them with a wonderful attitude. Each staff member I have encountered is friendly, helpful and seems to be genuinely happy to be at work. That speaks volumes to me. They are getting back to normal and seem to have come back up to speed somewhat seamlessly. The classes offered are phenomenal and I always feel as though I am absolutely getting my money’s worth. So happy to be back!

The gym staff are outstanding, gym is clean, wide variety of equipment but would appreciate if the gym would provide towels to those who need it because there are some people that are way too comfortable exposing themselves...

I love this club I am a 100% Disabled Veteran and they have accessible bikes. I love the pool its warm. The personnel are the best.

Weve been a member almost a year now. So far no complains. Staff are nice. Restrooms are very clean. My son before was not really used to daycare, but from consistent going hes nowcomfortable with the other kids and ladies inside. The machine are all working good and are updated. Classes and instructors are awesome. I havent tried the pool and sauna yet.. we love going around mid afternoon because its not crowded.

Im there everyday. I go to all of them. My work territory is throughout the valley and I truly enjoy the staff, the friendly people who work there and the peeps who work out there.They have fantastic classes and amenities (pool, spa, massage chairs, steam, sauna, great equipment... )Each club is a little different but all have their strong suits.They have and continue to upgrade the equipment and the buildings so youll be happy you worked out!I started in the free 7 day work out, no pressure to join but Im happy I did.You will be too.Pick your home club or go to multiple one.Just be happy and healthy.Btw: my kids are grown now but they do have wonderful child care as well.

I wanted to sign up for a gym that recognized I may have been born as a male but I am identifying as female as of today and now I can use the womans locker room to change and shower and steam. Thank you for letting me experience everything your club has to offer.

Its was a great facility. but as far as wanting to cancel your membership, there staff is very poor about providing you the correct charges that will be applied. I was told I wouldnt be charged any more fee, but was charged an additional $49.99 for an annual fee after I canceled my account and they told me I wouldnt be charged anything else after they had taken out the last monthly charge. If there staff has little access to our billing, they need to let us know and tell there customers to speak with a financial adviser

Who doesnt like to work out? The got what we need and its close to everything thats important to us. Affordable enough to skip a few months and not think about canceling our membership.

This location has friendly team members. Been a member for many years here. My only complaint is that people cheat on the locker room policy by leaving their locks overnight on the non reserved lockers. Ive seen the same locks for months on the men lockers number 45, 53 and 55. Theyre color or unique looking locks so easy to tell. It doesnt seem fair that they can get away with this for months or longer. I wish management would follow their own policy to remove locks left overnight.

You have a nice gym but need to have a evening water aerobics class for people that cant do zumba (which I love) to hard on my feet. Or at least do a trial and see if you can get enough people to attend . It would make me a very happy person. Ive check the other gyms all their classes are only in the day time. I have to work during the day.

My 2 star review is not towards the Gym itself...I give that 4 stars! The 2 stars is to the Kids Zones recently changed policies!Ive been coming for almost 2 years and have had nothing but praise to say on this gym & the staff. My daughter loves coming to the Kid Zone & I can see the staff work well with the kids they are watching. As a single parent, the Kid Zone is a blessing. Just not on this weekend!I went in yesterday with my daughter & niece (my niece has come with us in the past). I paid my $8 and signed the little form for my niece @ the front desk. Walked into the Kid Zone checked my daughter in who is under my membership and gave the form & receipt for my niece. The gal who was checking them in asked if the form was for my daughter. I said No, she is my niece. I was then told an additional form would have to be filled out. They brought over the Manager. I was informed by the Manager that not only would I need my sisters permission, but she would also have to be a Member of the gym in order for me to bring my niece into the Kid Zone....I have never heard of anything so Ridiculous!!!! They want to claim its for Liability reasons. There is absolutely no difference in Liability if a member is coming in with their child or blood relative. I was unable to work out and the 2 girls were disappointed in not being able to play in the Kid Zone. I have my niece for the weekend....looks like Ill be unable to workout for this weekend!!!Very disappointed in this absurd policy!!!

The entire in-shape staff and facility are great. I have rant that Ive been holding onto. Im the only person that comes into the gym using a cane. Im sure there have been others, but I never see any. I dont see many people with walking disabilities, at least none that are obvious. But what I do see is all 4 handicapped parking spaces filled. I cant make the call to say everyone of those dont have some physical disability. I can however say some of those have an elderly parent or family member, who are not with them at that time. So dont park in those spaces!! So Ill park way down at the next building, in front of the colors salon and get dirty looks from the employees there. By the time I hobble to the gym and back, ive done half of my workout. 😡

Ive been going here since this place opened. The yoga mats are disgustingly filthy. The group exercise room has nasty dust bunnies bigger than my hands. The only reason why I havent switched gyms is because of the instructors. They are wonderful, hard working, and supportive.

Definitely a good spot to go and do you and enjoy your workouts plus there is always room with all the extra equipment they got. Customer service is friendly and helpful.

Kid Zone is awesome, workers are attentive. If something happens they let me know. They have many gyms in different cities, so thats a plus. I havent experienced prolonged broken equipment yet.

Great water aerobics class, but not enough times for people who work.

Family has been going to In-Shape for years. Convenient but seems to be slipping in keeping machine operating. Noticing lots of seniors working out n street clothes and Birkenstocks.

Im new to the area and looking to start a new membership with my family. So I call and ask for the prices for the memberships. The automated message says If youre not a member press 1 (You would think the people who answer the phone will be able to explain the memberships) WRONG. After the guy answered and I asked, he started to explain that he doesnt know the prices cause there are different ones. Then he starts guessing some of the prices. So I asked if he could find someone who can help me. After I hold the next guy picks up the phone and I ask the same question. His response was I myself do not know either. At that pont I had to hang up the phone. For one why would the first guy give the phone to someone who also doesnt know. And second how do they not know the prices of a membership?! Its the little things that will bring customers in. Why arent these employees trained to know at least the basics of the memberships provided by your company? What a missed opportunity you had to bring my business to you. Very bad look..

Love this place great to work out BUT to be treated like Im some no body to be look at like Im hot 💩 is F up. To hear them talk about other people like is very disturbing and disgusting and this was in front of customers. Just want to work out and not feel like Im being judged by staff or managers.

Switched back to Inshape more recently. Its a bit of a drive for me to get to but you can always count on good classes, decent membership rates and hours of operation. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the steam rooms need to be deep cleaned because they smell like mold and look dirty. Not very inviting for a member to use.

Nice ladies at the front desk, enjoy working out there. The crowd is nice.

Sauna, two hot tubs, and a 2 lane lap pool with a side area for kids or splashing around that is kept at a comfortable 80ish degrees. It has been great for me during my rehab.

Great classes, the pilates instructor Jen is amazing. Kids club is great for the littles to play while we work out. All the ladies that work in the kids club are sweet.

2 star to the clean staff looks like they clean only half day evening and night. mens locker room its a mess.

Cant complain but cant praise. Only con is its super dark, depressing and outdated inside, the place is screaming for an update. Could use a basketball court too. Pool is just as depressing as the inside, wouldnt bother with it. Only reason I go here because I dont want to hit 15 lights on Lone Tree in a manual to get to City Sports gym

It is smelly and dirty, bathrooms not always clean. not a nice people in the childcare...my own experience. Manager did not do anything to solve the problem, he instead called me problematic

I wasnt sure about this gym at first , But They gave us an affordable family rate, Been good at helping us achieve what we want . The Trainers are like any gym , you may need to find one who you feel more comfortable with but are experience has been great! We have been there for four yrs and the kids really like it. Been to alot of gyms in the area and I would definetly recommend InShape.

OMG its a GHETTO gym but since my workouts are important its affordable. NEVER any paper towels in wormens bathroom its so gross and dirty in the locker rooms I would never take a shower or use the toilets. Its too bad most of the equiptment sits broken all the time, andso I dont know how many times the water heater wnet out AND SO NO towels or hot water! just recently I was in the womens locker room and there was a plumber fixing sink There were two ladies in the shower and sauna so I felt bad they didnt know so I had to go in there and tell them since I was in there anyway. If they made an anoucement that he was coming in not a good job. Atlleast you have to have a women employee go and check out the loccker room?? I have helped open two gyms here in brentwood and Oakley area in the last 11 years and I worked at them for at least 10 of them inside the facility, recently got laid off and this Inshape is close and affordable for me. Its just too darn bad that this facility is so dirty and the conditons are gross. I do love the teachers most of them haved worked at the two gyms I have and love their classes. Unless your a Hot guy or pretty girls walking in the front door your front desk people are the most unfriendly people and not helpful when I have needed a towel or checking in. I have been there 7 months and really hope that someone at corporate can read this and do somethingBUT I am just one person

Very nice staff clean swimming pool

People mind their business here. Theres a pool plus 2 Jacuzzis. Wish they had a basketball court though. Showers can be pretty dirty by the end of the day. Open from 4am-11pm Mon-Fri. Dont know weekend schedule but I believe they close at 8pm Sat-Sun.

Wish I was rating you guys zero or minus 1 . We were visiting from Australia and come for swimming and were told 50 dollars for month some special going on after that my card was charged for 133$ after 4 days saying it was meant for the 4 days remaining in April’s month made a big fool of us as April fools .my partner went in there and was told the explanation as misunderstanding and told won’t be charged anymore money till 15 June but on 3rd June charged 65 dollar again what a bunch of liars . Such a pathetic American experience and service
