I REALLY enjoy Eat The Frog Fitness! I love the fact that you can have class with a coach or virtual. ALL the members are friendly and fun to be around. The staff is wonderful! I enjoy the different workouts each week. I have been going for several months now I feel good and I can see a difference. YOU SHOULD GIVE IT A TRY!

They work hard to hold me accountable and keep me motivated during my workout. I love the flexibility of the gym and how you can attend a different class every hour. I feel so accomplished after leaving a class every time I come. One of my favorite classes I’ve ever been to because they keep it challenging and unique everytime I go!

I absolutely love this gym mainly because of the staff. They are truly gems and check in when they have not seen you in a while. It makes you feel seen and valued which is a plus anywhere you are spending your money. I am finally in great shape and feel good about myself. Thank You, Eat The Frog and staff. (:

The workouts are always well-programmed. Even during de-load week when the workouts are supposed to be easier, they are still challenging if you bring intensity to the workout.Although I prefer the coach-led classes, its super convenient to be able to catch one of the virtual classes in the evening after work.

Eat the Frog is an awesome fitness studio! The coaches are excellent and genuinely caring. I love the atmosphere, community, and the way I feel when I leave. The workouts are fun, diverse, & efficient - never dull!! I love that I can see my pace, heart rate, and calorie burn on the monitors and that my strap is truly dialed in to me. I feel the results are very accurate. It is cool to be able to monitor your results and really see your improvement over time!! I would recommend ETF for any level because you work at your own pace. Just show up and they will take care of the rest. The studio is super clean, equipment top notch, lockers are plentiful, and there is never a problem with over crowding or getting into a class. The 24 hour access is so helpful! ETF is a phenomenal workout! I highly recommend it.

I love the ability to work out with an instructor or by myself, both are with guided instructions. The workout style is geared towards getting results with ever-changing workouts.The staff is very professional and kind. And the facilities are very clean.

If you are looking for some serious cross fit but awesome friendly coaches and staff , look no further . I have started my cross fit journey with Eat the Frog Brentwood team in Aug 2020 . In 6 months I competed 100+ sessions , lost 20 pounds and 7 percent body fat . They took Covid precautions very seriously and I was always feeling confident to go there during this pandemic .

Prior to joining Eat The Frog- Brentwood, I hated going to the gym because I felt intimidated by others. I also hated the repetition that other gym classes had. ETF - Brentwood makes you feel at home, motivates you to push yourself, and works with you and your goals, while also giving you 3 different types of classes, and new courses every week. I’m never bored and constantly look forward to the new courses each week! The coaches are welcoming and helpful to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout! I also love the 24/7 availability of classes, as well as receiving emails with videos to classes that I can do from home, or on the road. I love ETF-Brentwood!!

The workouts are challenging, and always changing. I burn a lot of calories in every class. The staff is very encouraging and know the members by name. There is a sense of community at ETF. I highly recommend trying a class!

Outstanding fitness experience! I had my first workout yesterday evening at Eat the Frog Fitness in Brentwood. Christina was the coach and did an excellent job of leading us through the workout, making it both motivational and fun. The facility was immaculate. Its worth the drive from Nashville or Franklin.

Eat the Frog is a fast, fun and furious workout focusing on strength, agility and core power. Megan and Jennifer are awesome coaches that make sure you stay focused, motivated and energized! I love the internal training variation on the screen, and the fact that the exercises focus on different muscles. You always have a large screen to see what’s coming up next... modifications for low impact exercises, and my favorite, the countdown clock :). A whole lot of sweat later, you feel stronger and satisfied with the depth of the workout. I would high recommend to anyone!

Eat the frog is one of my favorite places to workout! They are so sanitary and do everything to keep us safe with masks, temperature checks and lots of sanitizing equipment! I always feel so encouraged when I’m there and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a a fun and awesome workout.

I needed to find a work out that was flexible for my needs. I had injured a knee, and had not worked out in a very long time.ETF has a great blend of cardio equipment and weights work. Every work out combines movements in blocks that push you but dont kill you. The coaches have been amazing for me as I try to figure out how to work around aging knees.I strongly recommend trying a class. We have a fantastic blend of ability levels, from people like me with wonky knees to professional athletes. Its a lot of fun.The 24 hour access is cool, but the coached classes are worth getting up super early or skipping happy hour to sweat instead.

Wow! This new place is amazing and I pray it continues to thrive!! Facility is clean and new. They offer three different classes each week which are Cardio, Strength, and Agility. All have been great so far. The instructors have always been helpful and motivating. No contracts and reasonable pricing month to month. I’m a Nashville native and have experienced memberships to other HIIT workout spots here. I used to drive to the Gulch and I’m glad I was introduced to this new place because the location is more convenient which is a bonus for me. If you come across my review, just go one time and see for yourself.

Great place for fitness! I went there during 2 VIP weeks and really enjoyed the classes! It is perfect place for people who may have some limitations due to injuries or want to go easy on their knees. This place does not have treadmills - instead they have bikes and rowers. Overall my impression was that they focused on strength the most. For me it was not enough cardio. But it’s just me and I do like treadmills haha. I really liked that each section of the class is timed and you can see on big screen how much time you have in this block. Music is phenomenal too! Also, since this place just open and classes are not too big, you get personal attention from trainers and staff members! If you feel hesitant - you can try first class for free!
