She was very sweet.However, the stylist in the chair next to me was speaking, quite loudly, about her disdain for the unvaccinated. I’m unvaccinated and believe in the freedom of choice, as many Tennesseans do. Come to find out, she’s the owner! I guess she doesn’t want any further business from me.

Had a wonderful visit with Jamie Owen at Sparrow salon in Brentwood. Love my pretty warm hilites! This salon is small but mighty! They use my favorite color, Schwarzkopf and the vibe is relaxing, no loud talkers or gossipy convos. I recently had a full highlight with Shannon Reid and Im beyond thrilled with the results! My mom also got a haircut at the same time (after calling to request an appointment for her cut just an hour before my appointment!!). Her haircut with Tina was the first one, in over 60 years, that she actually liked (and didnt take the scissors to once she got home).

I loved Tina!!! She did an amazing balayage coloring and also fixed a previous cut (from somewhere else!) for me - she did such a nice job and was so easy to talk to and work with - highly recommended!

I came into Franklin/Nashville from out of town for a special occasion and needing to have my hair colored anyway, figured why not have it done somewhere local so my hair would be pretty for the event. Found Sparrow and Tina through Vagaro, which makes scheduling appointments super easy. Took a look at the reviews and Tinas Instagram and was pumped! I was NOT let down! This place was amazing! Let me start off by saying that I arrived a little early and was hungry and asked the receptionist if there was maybe a vending machine or something around since its kind of in an office building - but she didnt think so. But yall, she offered me one of her bday cupcakes that she hadnt even tried herself since I mentioned I was starving. So sweet!! Figuratively and literally :) And then Tina!! She did such a wonderful job - she made me feel like we had known each other for years and you can tell that hair is her passion. The color was great and she styled it so pretty for my event- I got so many compliments! Tina, sorry I didnt get a photo for ya!! But 10/10 would recommend Sparrow and Tina! If Im ever back in TN and need my hair done, found my place!

Welcome Whisper Creek Day Spa to Brentwood! I had a wonderful experience from the time I entered your spa until I left. The friendly and beautiful atmosphere was complemented by the excellent massage that I received from CANDICE...What a gift this charming lady has for knowing exactly where to concentrate her energy to give the most relaxing massage possible. She was able to work on my neck and back to relieve most of my stress and stiffness. I will certainly return, and I know that anyone that gets a massage from Candice will be a repeat customer also...

This place is AWFUL. DO NOT GO HERE. The owner (Kathy) is impossible to reason with and blames the customer for her employees shortcomings. My husband booked me a 90 minute Swedish massage and a gel mani/pedi package. I went and my nails peeled the very next day. She didnt push back or cut my cuticles off. They were filed unevenly. I get my nails done all the time and these were the worst Ive ever experienced. I came in with gel from a previous nail appt on my toes and was made to feel like fool for not telling them ahead of time (which I was never instructed or asked to do) so the girl was frustrated that she had to soak them off. This process ran well into my massage that was scheduled after my pedicure. They told me I could either have an hour massage and then try to schedule another time to come in for the rest (I have a new baby, so getting time away is incredibly hard) or I could just reschedule altogether. All because I had gel on my toes that she needed to soak off. I left the salon crying because I wanted just ONE morning (this was my Mothers Day gift I finally found time to use) away to myself. It ended horribly. My husband and I had to go ROUND AND ROUND with the owner, listening to her rant about how it was all my fault...that I was the problem. She argued with us for about 30 minutes over the phone and never tried to listen to what we were saying. This place is FAR from professional and luxurious. I recommend the Woodhouse Day Spa 100 times over in Franklin. DO NOT COME HERE. You will be vastly disappointed.
