The services provided was professional and executed skillfully. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Dr Shetal Shah, M.D. was a breath of fresh air. She conducted herself with such knowledge and care. I was very impressed by the procedures and am confident that my ultimate needs will be achieved for my overall wellness and and eyes health.

She is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Takes time to answer questions. She did my laser cataract surgery and for the most part I am very happy with the results .

This was my first visit. The wait was not lengthy. However, there were two people after me. My appointment was at 3:10 and the ladys appointment was 3:20. We all sat waiting and they called the later appointments first, and I heard the lady say her appointment was at 3:20 with Dr. Shah.However, my wait was not long.The gentleman with nice colord eyes called me to test my sight and to ask me health questions. He was very nice and attentive. My eyes were irritated and as I went to rub them with my bare hands, he handed me a tissue! 👏🏽 👏🏽 👏🏽The doctor was incredibly professional. She managed to reduce irritations over night, compared to Urgent Care, where I continued to experience irritation over a week.Thank you so much!

Dr. Shetal Shah has been my ophthalmologist since 2016 when she performed laser cataract surgery on both my eyes. The procedures were without complications. She is thoroughly professional, and demonstrates complete expertise in her specialty. In addition, Dr. Shah is a very nice person. I am so happy to be able to continue in her care.

The dr. was nice but there was a big problem with scheduling. The office booked my son’s appointment for 11:30 but when I arrived they told me the dr doesn’t actually come in until 2. We had to wait for hours to finally be seen. We didn’t actually meet the dr until about 2:45. This was a nightmare trying to keep a young child occupied for hours while waiting for a dr.She spent less than 5 minutes with my son and then sent us home with a prescription.I’m just frustrated that I devoted almost 6 hours of my day (commuting and waiting, skipping work and skipping school) for a 4 minute appointment.

She made me very comfortable as we discussed the options for both the procedure and the IOL’s. I understand that my eyes were challenging and required some extra care in calculating the best IOLs for me. Her lenses selection was spot on, and I’m very happy with the results!I certainly recommend Dr. Shah to anyone looking for an Ophthalmologist.

Dr Shah took over for my retiring doctor Dr Aries who retired. I had cataracts removed from both my eyes. Dr Shah should be commended not only for her expertise and professionalism but also for her bedside manner and her fabulous patient rapport. She answered all of my questions. I was in the pharmaceutical business for 20 years and Dr Shah in my opinion has a sense of patient care and rapport which goes the extra mile. Sight Md should be proud to have her.

I asked to have my own medical records and after ignoring more than 6 phone calls they told me they would demand 75 cents per page even though there may be hundreds of pages. Is this the professional team you want operating on your eyes.

Dr Shah was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions regarding the medication I was being prescribed and the best practice with regards to tending to my injured eye. Thank you Dr. Shah.
