Just had the absolute worst visit with Dr. Tracy today. My son is adjusting to new medication and called me at school feeling sick. He had been twitching really bad and I wanted to get an appointment with Dr. Tracy to see him ASAP. Not only did I wait 45 minutes until he came on the call, he abruptly told me he didn’t have time to answer my questions 2 minutes into conversation. He told me he had an office of sick patients who needed his help. My son could have been in the middle of a crisis. Dr. Tracy did not once ask for bloodwork and refused to write my son a letter for school saying that his twitching wasn’t Covid related. As an RN, mom and human being, I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of guidance I received today.

This office can always see us in a pinch. My son has been going here all 14 years of his life. My daughter has grown out of the office now that she is 18. In addition, Dr. Tracy always spends plenty of time with us and listens to our concerns. He guides us on the latest immunization and medication choices and respects ours decisions.
