Fantastic Dental Services! Wonderful staff. Very thorough. One of the best thing is that they do everything right there in the office. Implant. X-rays. Oral Surgery. You dont have to run around to different places if you have to have oral oh, they do it right there in the office. That used to take me a number of days to accomplish. Arbor Dental can do it in the same visit right there in their office.

Took my husband there today. They are friendly. The only problem is that the dentist said his tooth was infected and had bacteria and the only he could get a prescription for antibiotics was to set up an appointment and pay half the money now or no prescription..is this legal. I thought your patience health came before money.

Dr. Ton and his staff are great! I have “dental issues”, including needing excessive amounts of novocaine to get numb, and a hair-trigger gag reflex, which have brought with them excessive anxiety. I opted for sedation and was not disappointed! The only pain I experienced was at the site of the novocaine injections, but that’s normal for me. Everyone in the office, including front desk and dental assistants are always very kind, patient, and thorough.

The best Dental Clinic I have ever visited. Doctor and all the staff are friendly. When we say Dental, the first thing come in our mind is pain, but here you wont feel any pain. Ive been wanting to try Arbor dental for awhile and after having an appointment for a cleaning I was very pleased it. Clean and modern office. I appreciated getting a tour of the office since I had never been there. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. They answered all of my many questions. I go to the dentist because I have to, I dont particularly enjoy it, but this office did a good job making it as comfortable as possible by explaining whats going on and being gentle. So far so good.

Today was my first time going to Arbor Dental and my overall experience was excellent!😀 first of all I love the fact that they emailed me the paperwork I needed to fill out to save me time and right when I got there they took me in right away. The staff is amazingly friendly and that matters to me a lot. My hygienist made me so comfortable and she works with perfection, thorough and I love the fact that she told me what she was doing in mouth. The office is clean and everything is high-technology. This was my first visit to Arbor Dental and I was quite impressed. The receptionists were friendly and pleasant; the facility was clean and comfortable. Their equipments were modern, which produced clear and large images of each and every tooth of mine. This I believe enables the dental hygienist to do a better job in cleaning and also help the dentist to do an excellent job in diagnosis. Indeed, my hygienist Bernice did a good job cleaning my teeth, she was gentle and thorough. Above all, my dentist Dr. Thai was great. She was professional and she took time to explain and educate me in my stage of dental health and the treatment I needed while I was looking at the hugh pictures of my teeth at the ceiling screen. I would say it was reassuring and quite an unique experience. I love it. I left the office feeling that this Arbor Dental has a good and well qualified working team. I am comfortable to trust them with my dental needs. I would recommend them to anyone. Just one suggestion: get rid of the in-office computer registration and use paper instead. The computer is hard to use, the mouse doesn‘t work well and it is impossible to sign your name with the mouse. Use paper to register is much faster and easy on the eyes too. Regardless, this is a five star dental care provider for sure.

At first I was hesitant to switch dentist but my friend had such a great experience with Dr. Ton I decided to give it a shot. I have one word to describe my experience - WOW. Ive never been engaged with a dentist that is so meticulous and as thorough as Dr. Ton. Besides his great credential from UCSF, hes also a very goofy and an entertaining guy. I can see him making kids laugh and making them feeling less anxious before any procedures. They seem to always be smiling like they just won the lottery or something.The place is very modernized with nice furniture and chairs. I just had my fourth visit and the whole process is always seamless; from checking in, to getting my teeth cleaned, to scheduling my next appointment. Ive finally had the courage to make an appointment with arbor dental mainly because of the proximity to my place. My first impression of this place was that it clean and comfortable which is expected from a newly opened business. The staff was very friendly and prompt. I initially had an issue with my insurance but the experienced staff was quick to solve the issue. As far as the results, I couldnt be any happier with Dr. Ton being my dentist, as he did an exceptional job with my deep cleaning and filling. The staff really cares about providing good service and that their patients are happy. I highly recommend Dr. Ton and I am definitely going to come back for any of my dental problems.

After going to the same dentist since high school, I decided to make the one hour drive to Oakley in order to have my teeth cleaned at Dr. Tons office.Ana and Angela (Dr. Tons staff) are extremely friendly, and helped put some calm to my dentist anxiety. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable.I was amazed by the advanced dental equipment and plush patient rooms (there are televisions hanging from the ceiling for viewing when you are reclined in the chair). Dr. Ton also uses a combination of his DSLR and a mirror, in order to provide his patients with high definition images of their teeth anatomy.I highly recommend this office and will be returning to have some more work done!

I’ve had an amazing experience the times I’ve gone in but today my regular doctor for my braces didn’t tighten my braces and a nice lady did who did good but when the process another lady that works there walked in without introducing herself and began to touch my mouth and face which made me uncomfortable & wasn’t in nice way , on top that she began to gossip and distract the lady that was working on my braces , I wasn’t too happy with today’s visit I’m hoping it doesn’t repeat itself besides that the girl in the front desk is a sweetheart and always so nice to greet me in !

Theres an old saying that goes something along the lines of, An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure... And somewhere along the lines, sometimes you just cant ever prepare for EVERY single thing that can ever happen to you in life.So I happened to be visiting a friend in the lovely town of Brentwood and long story short,...after few too many happy hour shots and lets call it some rowdy stuff happening.. I sustained an emergency broken tooth. Yikes! Life is full of unexpected surprises sometimes isnt it? Anyway, I found my way over to Arbor Dental which was conveniently the closest dentist to where I was. There, I met a friendly Dr. Vu and Dr. Ton triaged my situation all the while reassuring me that everything would be ok and Id be under their expert hands. The experience was reassuring, and despite my personal anxiety and emergent situation they were gentle, and very professional with extracting the bum tooth, providing the implant. Couldnt recommend them more! Thanks again Dr. Vu and Dr. Ton.
