Dr Van is the best. My dentist for 10 years.

I’ll give their front desk staff credit since they were efficient and friendly. However I would not recommend coming here. Our dentist didn’t have any bedside manners, he didn’t even introduce himself, mainly talked to his assistant and didn’t bother to explain any of my dental issues. His assistant did most of the examination, he even called my husband into the room with me because he felt my husband needed to hear my diagnosis! He scared us into doing a laser treatment that was not going to be cover by my insurance and left me feeling like I was gonna die from gum disease! I could barely understand him and when I asked him his name (because he also didn’t have any bedside manners and didn’t introduce himself) instead he said “Why do you want to know my name?” It really was the worse experience my husband and I have ever had at a dental office!

Everyone at the franklin office is wonderful and have treated me with such friendliness and courteous, from Paula at the front desk, to Vitali, to the young lady who installed my temporary crown, to doctor Van. Special thanks to dr Van who was painless when he worked on me and personally called me afterwards to see how I was doing! I was not a number, all were very personable and I am very grateful!

Embassy Dental has been wonderful for me, as I have been with them over 3 years now. I have been to various Dental offices across Williamson County area over 18 years.This office has great service from the moment you come in the receptionist are welcoming and helpful with any questions. The dental hygienist are open and suggestive on any issues detected and how to prevent them.Dr. Keith has always shown good character and plan on how to make sure you get best care for your smile.This is the office I keep on coming back every year because of family like environment with a plan to make brighter smile.

Unfortunately, I do have terrible experience at this center. Very bad administration and account department. After having treatment here for more than 3 years, when I looked for account closure due to my job shifting to different city, they made it tough for me - They are keep asking me to pay while I did final settlement three times. Whenever I call them to speak to office manager to understand whats wrong, manager never show up at phone and I never received call back. I wish, I could say something better but I wont recommend this specific center to anyone.

My mom had her bridge done with Dr.van my mom is soo happy! With the work that Dr.van did she no longer in pain and she happy that she can smile again. I was very impressed how professional Dr. van is. Definitely the best dentist I ever seen.

I am new to the area and had a great first experience at Embassy. The staff did a wonderful job welcoming me & explaining my insurance & what services were best recommended for me. My hygienist was very thorough and educated me on how to keep my teeth looking better and healthy. I will definitely be returning!

Went in for a basic cleaning that my insurance pays for twice a year. They said it was gonna cost 650 for a deep clean that would take an hour and a half?? and that is was illegal to have a basic clean without a deep??Is that even true? Also charge me $50 just to walk in when my insurance has no copay..Super confused with this place bazzaro world

Dr Van has a great chairside manor. He is very gentle and explains the procedure as he goes. I wouldnt go to any other dentist!

My seven year old has been receiving dental care here with Dr.Keith and his awesome staff here. Thanks to Rachel for making my childs cleaning and examination easy. I highly recommend Embassy Dental at Cool springs. Thank you Dr.Keith ....you are the best😊

I am 32 years old - I have lived in 6 towns training for a medical degree and to over 7 different dental practices. Dr. Van is both humble kind and intelligent. Courtney at the front desk is warm and friendly and well RACHEL takes the cake. Smart efficient and always open to my annoying questions about coffee and toothpaste. She cured my tooth sensitivity and helped me prevent further issues. I will be sticking with the clinic forever. Finally - an honest well functioning well trained clinic!

WOW! I have been going to Embassy Dental for about four years now! I love it! I am cared for like family! I had two crowns done recently and they got me in with my tight schedule. I’m also pregnant and they took extra care of me when getting my xrays. Dr. van did it quickly and efficiently. Also my dental hygienist is super awesome. sometimes dental office get people nervous but Vitaliy makes you laugh and feel at home. Courtney at the front desk is awesome too! Great dental office.

I have been a patient for a few years now and have been pleased with the care and service I have received. They are good communicators and foster their patient relationships.

Their staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I have been going here for 3 years and I really like their hygienists. The turn over of the dentists is however high and I have had couple of different dentists over the years.

Worst dental experience ever. They trick you into getting services you do not need and then surprise you with the bill after they do everything. They are not honest people and have the worst customer service. Cleanings end up costing so much, God knows why, when they are supposed to be covered under insurance. The dentist over there is plain rude and condescending and has no regard for patient care, only cares about what is in their wallets. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Please go somewhere else. Me and my family of 6 are switching dental clinics because of their terrible service.

I had my teeth implants by Dr. Van. I was anxious before the implants, but he made the whole process painless and pleasant. Best of the best!

Dr. Coggins ruined my teeth. I asked her to correct the height of ONE tooth which required her to lightly shave it. She continued to tell me that the adjacent teeth, both on top and bottom needed adjustment as well. It got to a point that she had shaved so many teeth and so aggressively that now when I close my mouth, some teeth dont contact each other, and others contact too much. Its been 4 months of going back and forth, I have severe sensitivity, and Ive lost weight for not being able to eat normal food.Embassy Dental refused to take any responsibility and accused me of lying. I dont recommend them because even though they should be accountable, they refused to help me and correct their mistake.Its worth mentioning, I had no prior issues at the time of my first visit. Also, I visited a specialist that confirmed my constant pain during chewing is only due to my ruined bite

The dentist is horrible. A complete liar. He made me cry by telling me that I had gum disease. They wanted me to pay so much money to get it fixed. I went to another dentist, and they said my teeth are fine. Do not go here.

I had an amazing experience with every staff member at this dental office. They fit me in same day and did a great job. The experience was pain free and they really care about their patients. The office staff is very friendly and they all have a sense of humor. They are very well organized and have the latest equipment- I even enjoyed a massage chair while the Hygienist Rachel cleaned my teeth. Dr. Hunter and his dental assistant Kyle are wonderful and very caring and I recommend you come here for your dentistry needs. Worst Place Ever!!! Went in for a me and my daughter to have our annual teeth cleanings. I was pressured to add services that I felt were unnecessary. Signed a form stating my portion that would be due at the end of my visit. I paid that portion $234.01. (yes two cleanings and ended up getting so much more out of us) Later received a bill for an addition $294.80 WOW. Spoke with them about it, as I really thought it was an error. Rebecca told me I never paid anything. After some research she found two of my payments, less than what I paid, after she yelled and raised her voice at me. DO NOT GO THERE! ABSOLUTE CROOKS AND THEN THEY YELL AT YOU WHEN YOU DONT WANT TO PAY MORE THAN YOUR SIGNED CONTRACT STATES! LOOK ON YELP AS THIS SEEMS TO BE A PATTERN!!

From the front desk receptionist to the dentist, I was completely impressed during my appointment at Embassy Dental of Cool Springs. Everyone was so friendly! My appointment was conducted so quickly and I was completely pleased with the dental procedure. I went in to my appointment nervous about going somewhere new, and I left calling family and friends on the phone telling them how wonderful it was. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

I had an absolutely amazing experience dealing with every staff member at this location! I had to have a lot of work done and every staff member from the front desk to Dr. V made me feel special and welcome at their location. at the time of appointments, I had a crazy schedule and they did everything to work with me to make things as easy as possible. The dentist office is not my favorite place to go to, but all staff I met made it so easy to go!

The dentist would not allow us to have a cleaning without X-rays. He was rude and aggressive and made no attempt to understand my perspective or explain his. When I asked why we could not do a cleaning on a child without X-rays he responded that “it was his office and that was how he does things”!

Embassy files duplicate charges and charges for fictitious procedures. I am due a refund based what I paid based on their estimates before insurance. My insurance company reports they are not allowed to charge for this duplication and events and I should be due a refund. At first, they just refused the refund, now they will not take my calls. This has been going on since January. Please dont use this business.

The office staff is nice enough. The dentist was good. The assistants...less than Professional. The hygienist average. But...you cant reach the office directly. And they dont pick up messages. And the accounting staff is the absolute worst. They lost my payment not once, not twice, but 3 times! If I could give this unprofessional group a minus 10 stars I would.

Friendly staff, pleasant environment. Thorough explanations of procedures prior to implementation. Makes the dental experience less traumatic. Easy access to facility. Would recommend this place to anyone in need of a good dentist.

My family (of 5) and I have used Embassy Dental in Cool Springs TN for 8 years. They used to be ok when we first were patients, (although they tried to sell us other services that we never requested). A couple of years ago when Kelsey and Kelsey ran the front desk, they were awesome. They were professional, very polite and thorough. Now, the young women at the front desk are rude! They recently accused me of not having an appointment then I SHOWED them my email and text confirmations! They said I could be seen if I waited for an hour. I waited for an hour and 20 minutes and still I hadn’t been seen. After waiting and asking about when I would be seen, the receptionist said, “Well, you didn’t have an appointment anyway.” Ugh! Of course I did... I had proof and had been a trusted, faithful patient for years! No apologies and when I decided to leave, she said nothing to me...she huddled with her colleague and chose not to acknowledge me as I said I would call to reschedule while walking out. Well, needless to say, I called Cigna and have chosen to NOT return to Embassy Dental.

Quality work on my teeth and only doing work thats needed. I am always skeptical of dentists but now I finally found one I trust. Great find .

Dr. Hunter was extremely professional, engaging and personable and Tera (hygienist) could not have been more thorough. I was fearing the worst when I came in and they made me feel completely comfortable and never treated me like a customer, but rather a VIP (Very Important Patient). Sorry for the lame acronym. I couldnt help myself. :-D

Ive been going to Embassy Dentals various locations for 11 years now. Yesterday I had to get a filling which was taken care of very quickly and painlessly.

Amazing staff that does wonderful work!

My first visit at this office and it was great! Rachel explained my X-rays and did an awesome job at my whitening. I got cold during one of the sessions and couldn’t move so she brought me a blanket. Vitaliy has so much personality and kept me laughing. He did my cleaning and was very clear when explaining how to use my electronic toothbrush and how to make the most of flossing. Lastly, Dr. Reddick was amazing! She was honest and I didn’t feel like she was forcing unnecessary procedures like most dentists do. I’m very pleased with this place and glad I have a new dental home.

A regular patient since 2012, the last 2 semiannual visits I had a substitute hygienist that cleaned my teeth for an hour prodding top right excessively about a supposed cavity one time and top left cavitya second time-just one month after my dentist (now on maternity leave) said my teeth look great. Both times left my once happy mouth with sore gums for a week and new tooth pain where I had none before. I like that my regular dentist is kind, gentle, good with kids and happy to adjust any work she has done without charge when it does not feel right. Unfortunately after this cleaning I cant comfortably eat raw carrots on either side. I dont recommend going here if you have better options, due to inconsistent quality of care and switching hygienist on you upon arrival.... And theyve filled a cavity on myself my husband and our daughter this year and not 6 months later say my husband and I both have another cavity... However office staff are always nice

Best experience I have ever had at any medical or dental provider. The team was amazing. They were sensitive to my needs and scheduling as well as true professionals in their field.

Been going to dentist for 30 years, and have been here 3 times. This is the 1st dentist office that I feel like I’m being sold and pressured to buy add ons each time.1 dentist told me had 2 cavities that needed filled, next visit there another told me I needed a crown on the same tooth but no cavity (ironically they have crown specials going on). Other visits I’m being sold on laser treatments, and then no mention of the cavity and crowns that other dentist there mentioned.

Staff and service are excellent. I was in and out in a timely manner and the dentist and assistant were very attentive to my needs, explaining the process completely prior to procedure. I have previously frequented a well known dental spa in the area due to its closeness to my house but have never received the level of Service I have received at Embassy Dental at every visit I definitely reccomend!

If you are looking for a new dentist this is it! I have been to this office 4 times...3 cleaning/maintenance and now a Crown replacement after 1/2 of it (20 year old crown) fell out on my walk on Sunday! Their office staff is awesome, the dental assistants professional, and the dental hygienists have really nice hands! And now I can confidently, and without hesitation, tell you the Dr. Veitschegger (Dr. V) is as good as a dentist as Ive had in my 45+ years with much experience with various dentists in other places I have lived. Yes...dental work takes time and yes dental work/procedures/treatments can add up quickly. But they are there to get it done RIGHT and I didnt have any pain during my procedure (a sore jaw today but that is expected). AWESOME Office!

The last time I saw my family dentist was 3 years ago. He told me at the time Your teeth and gums look great. If you go to a new dentist and he tells you theres anything wrong, you go find another dentist. Fast forward to October when I visited Embassy Dental. They told me I needed a full mouth deep scale cleaning and a crown, and they seemed a little disappointed when I told them I wanted to think about it.Remembering what my old dentist had told me, I decided to get a second opinion. I checked with another dentist and he told me that my gums were fine and that I didnt need a crown.When I went to Embassy, the gum depths that the hygienist measured were mostly in the 5-6 mm range, whereas the second opinion dentist got numbers mostly in the 1-3 range. Now I know different dentists have different opinions, but numbers are numbers - they dont lie. Its difficult for me to believe that my gums healed that much in the week between my visit to Embassy Dental and the second opinion dentist. Ill leave it to you to decide where that discrepancy came from.To Embassys credit, when I told them I wanted to move to another dentist they didnt give me any hassle transferring my records or refunding my ShineBright membership.Anyway, all this to say... if you go to Embassy Dental and get an unexpected diagnosis that you need some expensive work, I would advise you to get a second opinion.

I had a crown put on and I’m not a fan. While they were shaping it, I ask for the inside to be done more and they said it was fine. It was fine after I spent two weeks using my tounge as sand paper rubbing it raw till it was “fine”. Also while flossing I have to be careful cause of the serious ridge around most of the tooth. To top it off they were off 400$ how much it was going to cost me. Two starts because the people were nice. Should think about 3d printing teeth so people get closer fits and don’t have to wait days before it comes in and have theee separate appointment for one tooth.

Great team - loved being able to get in and out in an hour which is usually a task during the week on a lunch break. Even though my appointment was speedy, I still felt I was being taken care of and my needs were met from both the dentist and the hygienist.

Went to the office for a scheduled appointment for a cleaning. I went through the exam and was ready for the cleaning to start and was told I had a balance that the insurance didn’t pay and that I may have to pay for the services out of pocket. I have insurance that pays for 2 cleanings a year. I shouldn’t have a balance. I got out of the chair and left the office. I got home and called the insurance company to see why my balance had not been paid. They told me it was paid and the date that the check cleared from where Embassy Dental processed the check. This office charges insurance companies for services that are not done (x-rays). Then when it is time for X-rays insurance doesn’t pay and you are sent a bill.Today I called and spoke to a receptionist and told her my issue. She said I would need to speak with the office manager and said I would get a call back. The business is now closed and I have not gotten a call. I refuse to do business with morals such as this. I understand that mistakes happen but when I feel like I’m being intentionally ignored and insurance companies are being stolen from I have an issue. Stay away from this place!

Terrible customer service. Unable to communicate with me while I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes. Showed up 10 minutes before and watched them escort 3 patients back that all arrived more than 10 minutes after I did. The dentist did a great job getting me out of there ASAP, but still left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Excellent dentist with in house orthodontist! My daughter loves her straight teeth!

Went in with terrible tooth pain and my dentist proceeded to send me home with a prescription of 20 strong painkillers and told me to get a massage. Went to someone else and ended up having a dead tooth and needed a root canal. My dentist was completely incompetent. Would never recommend this group.

The website needs to be updated because those dentist are no longer there. The service here has not been what it use to be and I have been coming to this location for about 5 years. Dr. Cleagan can come across as being very rude. Also have had 2 crowns done here which 1 of them (the porcelain one) is loose and the other one enamel fell off the front. I was told at my last recent visit that I needed one of the crowns (the procelain one) cleaned out when it actually needed a root canal and she referred me to an Endodontist that was not in my network. After the root canal she told me to come back for a filling and to look at another tooth that she didnt think that she was going to be able to save. Well, I called to make my appointment and the assistant that answered the phone did not know anything about it and she stated that she would talk to Dr. Cleagan and call me back, that was 6 days ago. My cleaning was terrible. The dentist cost way too much money and I expect nothing but the best on my dime and time. I am on the hunt for a new dentist, so if anybody knows of one, please share.

I never saw the same person in the office twice. They cut corners and are exactly what you would expect from a chain dentistry. They tried to push me into buying additional supplies from them, and get unnecessary procedures without giving any justification even when asked. I would highly recommend going to a real dentist if your insurance allows it.

I am active duty Navy and been so for 20 years, I came to their office due to convenient location. I even went in uniform. Called for initial visit, folks were nice and friendly. Went in for a ton of x-rays (to bill my insurance of course) and dental exam. Was offered various add-ons (two types of cleanings and oral cancer screening) and was told I needed four fillings. Was told I would have to pay $25.00 out of pocket per filling due to de-sensitizing fee that ins. would not cover (it is not much but I have never had to pay), called insurance and I was told fee was non-sense. I canceled cleaning and fillings but was given attitude by office manager. Then they did not even email the right xrays to my new dentist. Just a warning, watch your charges! They knew that military active duty does not pay for fillings and still charged! Not very nice. Strong recommend NOT doing business with Embassy....

This has been my worst experience in my life of dental work. I went in October 2012 for excruciating pain and was told I needed a root canal. I was grateful the dentist was able to fit me into his scheduled because I was flying out of town 12 hours later. Within weeks my tooth was still painful and I went back into the office. I was told by a new dentist at Embassy (because the dentist who did my root canal left....hmmm. odd) that a canal or TWO was missed. I have gotten 2 other opinions and was told the exact same thing. Dentists dont have the tools necessary to perform root canals, only a specialist like an endodontist should do this. I was told they had an endodontist who could do the root canal in FOUR weeks and they MIGHT help pay for some of this cost. I spent $2100 on the first root canal. I will be spending another $1,170 to have this redone on Monday and fingers crossed will get some financial help from this place. I will NEVER go to this office again and would tell anyone I know do the same. Go to a private dental office, these corporate offices are like nasty mass produced chains that are not efficient enough. The staff is incredibly friendly I will say, the office manager has been very kind to me. I need to seek legal help and speak with corporate.
