Passed me around locations trying to find my title that was supposed to be there a week earlier.Leave out a lot of fine print when asking questions. Got charged 3% fee in loan payoff. Person helping me had to make 4 phone calls to learn how to do procedures. Complete lack of professionalism.

Very helpful staff, no fees unless YOU mess up, good interest rates even for HSAs. Do recommend.
