This is the best chiropractor I’ve been to since moving to Nashville 9 years ago. I came in a month ago with horrible lower back pain and was unable to walk, stand, play any sports or sit without being in discomfort. Dr. Quinn was able to relieve the pain after just two adjustments and I’m now on track to being able to play sports again. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get back on track to enjoying life without back pain!

I recently moved to Nashville and was in the market for a chiropractor. Found Premier Family Chiropractic through a Facebook Promo Ad. I’m so thankful I did! I had low back surgery in 2019 (discectomy and laminectomy in my L4/L5). I still had back pain so I routinely see a chiropractor. Dr. Quinn had taken my new patient X-rays and was the first and only doctor/chiropractor that told me my problem was stemming from my upper back.. I am so thankful for his knowledge! He got me on a care plan and I’ve never felt better! Within a couple months, my posture/spine went from 41mm forward to 19mm which he informed me that a little over 12 pounds strain that is off of my upper back and let me tell you, I can feel the difference. I strongly recommend you let Dr. Quinn and his office take care of you! I still see him regularly even after my care package was complete.

From my husband Alpha - Pain is not normal. I thought that it would be this way because I was getting older and thats all I heard from people. On a recommendation, I made a decision that has helped me as a father, and got adjusted. I have been able pick up my sons toys and toss him in the air without feeling joint pain. I have increased energy and have been walking taller. Before getting adjusted by Dr. Uzelman, my movements were dictated by my pain so it feels amazing to move around again with more range of motion and freedom. I have a “three-nager” so it is nice to pick him up whenever he wants to play. I should also mention that the client services is wonderful and I admire how efficiently the practice is run.For me, I have been seeing a chiropractor for over 20 years and have had the same one for about 15. I am always skeptical at trying someone new but since we moved from Atlanta, I didnt have a regular chiropractor. My husband encouraged me to go after I pulled a muscle in my shoulder and I was feeling better after the first 3 adjustments and after the 6th adjustment, and cold laser therapy, I am now pain free! Dr. Uzelman said his goal was to have me pain free after the second week! The only negative thing I can mention is their office hours are challenging if you work a 9-5 Monday through Friday, but I am extremely pleased with Dr. Uzelmans expertise! Thank you!

I slipped a disk in my neck at work, literally just looking to my left. After working another 4 hours or so, the pain got to me & my friends mom, Maria, suggested I go here. I got an adjustment & continued treatment for months. Might even be a year by now. I learned the hard way by slipping a disk, but Im better off now knowing my neck was in bad shape from a couple injuries over the years I didnt pay enough attention to. Didnt even know that weird sensation in my neck I got now & again was a pinched nerve. I dont get that sensation anymore. I feel better than ever now & I couldnt be more grateful

I started going to Premier Family Chiropractic in January of 2018 and it was the best decision I have ever made. Before I went in, I was having severe headaches almost everyday and nothing could cure them. Other doctors I had visited hadnt diagnosed them at all, but after x-rays were taken Dr. Quinn easily assessed the problem. I went in just for a massage and had filled out that I had a lot of leg and foot pain. I figured it was from my active job and totally normal. Dr. Quinn met with me afterward to talk about my pain and did a quick foot scan of my feet. He showed me that one of the 3 arches in my feet were flat, which was creating problems through my entire kinetic chain. He ordered me custom inserts to put in all of my shoes and I started seeing him regularly. My pain noticeably subsided rather quickly, but after serveral months I can say I am completely pain free! There really isn’t enough gratitude that I can express for how much my quality of life has changed since I started seeing Dr. Quinn. Thank you for everything!

This is my 2nd review, this time for Dr. Quinns new cold laser therapy, following a very successful treatment plan 4yrs ago that got my lower back vertebrae re-aligned properly, with my discs expanding 40% back to full thickness.I tweaked my knee 2.5 weeks ago from slipping while lifting a heavy object. It felt similar to an MCL sprain I had 7 years prior but not as bad. Knee injuries take a long time to heal, so I had Dr. Quinn look at it to get an idea of what to expect. He was able to make a soft adjustment and recommended cold laser therapy, which cuts down on inflammation and accelerates the healing process.6 days later with two 5 minute laser therapy sessions, my knee is ~60% better, compared to zero progress beforehand. Im 36, hate going to the doctor for anything, played sports most of my life and eat a clean diet, so even folks like me can benefit greatly from good chiropractic care. Dr. Quinn played hockey & baseball, so he also knows sports related injuries very well from experience. I highly recommend him!

No surgery for me now!! I found K-Laser, for my knee with arthritis after a fall. After the first treatment I actually could tell a difference. They had me taking 12 treatments and I could not believe the difference, now I go twice a month. My husband and I took our 4 granddaughters to Hawaii, and we ziplined and we walked a lot between the 7 lines, plus all of the site seeing. I was in great pain after my flight and 6 hours drive to Nashville. I could not do a thing and was thinking about going home.On the internet I found the practice of Dr. Quinn and I could come over almost right away.Dr Quinn helped me very professionally and good. He made xrays and adjusted everything. The same day I could come by and he checked everything again.He helped me a lot!! The next day almost all the pain was gone. Dr Quinn and the staff at Premier Family Chiropractic are extremely knowledgable and friendly. I have been suffering with chronic migraines for the past 10 years. I have tried a variety of treatments, from diet changes to vitamins to prescription drugs to acupuncture. Some helped a little, others not at all. I hadnt found any method that brought me any significant relief. I met Dr Quinn when he gave an in-office presentation at my work. Ive been under the care of Dr. Quinn and his staff since the inception of his practice. PFC has provided excellent care, and are extremely flexible with scheduling. I really recommend chiropractic therapy, whoever you choose, but Im grateful to be in the hands of PFC.A story I love to tell is when I scheduled a golf trip a few years back, but tweaked my lower back working around the house the Sunday before leaving. Barely able to move, Dr. Quinn worked me in that Monday. After multiple adjustments and a specialty brace later... off I went to play. After three rounds over the next few days using the brace, I regained full range of motion by the end of the week. Amazing going from the extreme pain one day, to playing golf over the next week. I was looking for a chiropractor after seeing a primary care physician and being told that I needed to either see a specialist or save some money and first go to a chiropractor. I have struggled with pain in my neck and back for about 2 years and thought it was just because I work at a computer all day and would be something Id have to just deal with my entire life. I was experiencing headaches at least 5-6 times a week. It was to the point I was taking Aleve just about every day of my life. This is by far the best place to go. Both my husband and I Love it. I was having bad headaches and it started to disappear when my body started to get aligned. Later on I ran the marathon (but had to stop before the 7th mile marker) since I was in pain came by to see Dr. Quinn to get adjusted back in place. He wanted to do an X-ray. We found out I fractured my hip. He set me up to see a sports doc. I had to go through a long round of physical therapy. His knowledge saved me. I would definitely recommend this place!!

I have been seeing Dr. Quinn for approx. 3 years. When I started I had several problems. (Severe headaches, lower back pain and pain to my knees.) I was going to doctors and the problems were not being resolved until I saw Dr. Quinn. Now I have very limited to no headaches, back is feeling better and I can walk without having pain to my knees. I am so appreciative of him and his staff. I even have Dr. Quinn adjusting my daughter for vaious problems. I HIGHLY recommend Premier Family Chiropractor.

While I saw Dr. Quinn with a few different aches and pains, one of the bigger improvements has been the relief of nerve pain on the top of my foot that Ive experienced for two and a half years. I was taking 1200 mg of Gabapentin a day (prescribed by a podiatrist) without any real relief even on the medication. Dr. Quinn has worked diligently to create a plan to get rid of the pain. I didnt think Id get back to a place of even getting normal feeling back in my foot, but I can say that even after one adjustment I started to get feeling back. Its taken a bit of time, of course, and some K-laser therapy in addition to adjustments, but even after a few months there has been real relief as opposed to just numbing the pain with medication.

Im 6.5 months pregnant and just starting seeing Dr. Quinn for lower back pain. With the wellness plan he created for me, my pain has started to subside. He and his staff are always warm and welcoming when calling or entering the practice-- they even gifted flowers to mothers near Mothers day.

I started seeing Dr Uzelman end of 2018 after years of playing roller derby and suffering for collar bone pain, lower back pain, and massive knots in my shoulder blades causing tingling and numbness. An x-ray revealed my neck was 7cm too far forward (yes forward as in wrong direction) my hips were rotated, my collar bones were lopsided, and my lower back had compressed disks.I started 3 days a week for about 6-8 weeks with a weekly massage. At first it was uncomfortable and caused more pain, but this is temporary. Your nerves and tendons are resisting the movement, stick with it. I had a knot sitting on my shoulder blade that took 3 months alone to go away.Then we were down to two days a week and coming to the end of the weekly massages (I will miss you Vanessa!) I was sleeping better, feeling more energized, less irritable (and I am a cranky person) and could stand or sit comfortably for longer.Once I got to my weekly visits I felt much better, I still have work to do, but only stopped going because I moved to Murfreesboro. Regardless, I still went for months after because I love the office so much! Every one there is super nice, and helpful. I first went to see Dr. Quinn with severe ac joint shoulder pain. I was weeks away from surgery when a friend recommended I give Dr. Quinn a try. Dr. Quinns background in sports, his ability to explain the injury and outline a course of treatment convinced me to give chiropractic a try and to hold off on the surgery. Between adjustments and recommended exercises to strengthen the muscles around the injury, I was pain free in months. I also rediscovered a passion living a healthy lifestyle though nutrition and exercise that have helped me remain pain free. I still get in to see Dr. Quinn on a weekly basis not because of any specific issue but to maintain what we have worked so hard to achieve. My family has been patients of Dr. Uzelman for over five years now, and have recommended Premier Family Chiropractic to friends and co-workers consistently throughout that time. However, I want to specifically address the most recent treatments that I underwent in November and December. Ive had chronic pain in my right shoulder for several years now. Recently, Id noticed a reduction in range-of-motion while doing things as simple as putting on a jacket. Dr. Uzelman suggested therapy using the new K Laser. The treatments were painless and lasted about fifteen minutes, and were often accompanied by my usual bi-weekly chiropractic adjustment. The program Dr. Quinn recommended has increased the mobility in my back and ankle and greatly reduced my pain and discomfort. My daughter has experienced lower back pain for several years. Before I rave about the staff, I want to state that I am 37 years old and have had hip problems from my early to mid 20s. When I first visited a doctor for my hip pain it was diagnosed as hip dysplasia, at 26 years old. I was also told there was nothing I could do about it, it was progressive and would lead to hip replacement. I just dealt with the pain until I was about 32. I went to a specialist and was told I was misdiagnosed. I have degenerative arthritis. Again, hip replacement surgery was in my future. I dealt with the pain for another 5 years before I finally took the advice to seek chiropractic care. As of today, Im about a month in, going 3-4 times a week, and I can honestly say, I havent been this pain free in over a decade. My posture has changed, I walk lighter, and I can perform my daily duties without worrying about the pain becoming overwhelming. I used to take Aleve on a daily basis. I can honestly say I havent had one single pill since I started treatment. I also buy the Nanomeal supplements they offer at the office. I recommend those as well. I mix one packet with about 10 ounces of almond milk every morning. It curbs my appetite, and gives me an energy boost every morning (which is important as I am trying to lose weight to take strain off of my hips). The staff is also top notch. Super friendly, very flexible with your schedule, and extremely knowledgeable. I seriously wish I would started doing this 10 years ago. If you are reading this (still), do yourself, your body, and your overall well-being a favor and check them out. For $49 dollars they will do a complete spine and foot scan and set you up on a path to success. Id give them a 10 star rating on a 5 star scale.
