Ive been to quite a few chiropractors, and no one can compare to Dr. Casey. Every time I leave the office I feel 10 times better than when I walked in. He doesnt just focus on the spine like a lot of chiropractors do, he has adjusted my elbows, wrists, knees, and ankles as well. I recently this past week had issues with some pretty severe pain in my upper back and going into my neck. I had never been in such pain before and I didnt know what to do. Great experience! I felt very welcome the moment I walked through the door. I was worried to visit this office during our global pandemic, but they were so professional every step of the way. They eased my worries by taking extra precautions to sanitize and distance everyone. I saw Dr. Longie for pain in my upper back and he implied it was caused by an accumulation of spinal issues that could be improved by having treatments from him 3 times/week for an extended period of time. He gave me some spinal adjustments and I did not feel any better so I went to see an Orthopedist who determined the problem was muscular. I have a real problem going to a Chiropractor who gives a treatment plan that doesnt solve the immediate problem. I may have spinal issues that Dr. Longie pointed out but he should have known he would not be able to solve my immediate issue and he should have recommend seeing an orthopedist. My advice: see a medical doctor first.

Ive always been surprised how quickly and precisely Dr. Longie can hone in on the problem areas. Hes quite knowledgeable. The equipment they use for new patients is impressive as well, giving you the full picture of the condition of your spine.

I have been going to Dr. Longie intermittently for 15 years, as needed when I have pain or hurt myself. I work as a nurse, so I occasionally strain my back on the the job. I also have scoliosis that was not diagnosed as a child. Dr. Longie always helps me feel better. He is also a lifelong learner, and constantly updating his techniques based on the latest research. I moved away for 6 years and the other chiropractors I visited barely helped. In fact, I may be worse that when I first went to Dr. Longie! I have constant hip pain and my X-rays show my hips are off-center (one higher than the other). He is helping restore my back to the best functioning. Plus he really cares about his patients and has worked with me no matter what my income or insurance situation. I 100% recommend him to anyone, but especially those with debilitating pain.

I went to this place after a car accident and he did x rays and said i had a multitude of spinal issues. I went to a total of four treatments that were mostly adjustments that lasted all of 30 seconds. Got the bill for FOUR VISITS that came out to $745. I went to Vanderbilt afterwards just to find out he exaggerated the xray results. Go to a doctor, its cheaper

I highly recommend Dr Longie and his clinic. He and his staff were most helpful and courteous. I was in town just for the day and needed my lower back adjusted, Ive had this issue for year and know when its out and what need to be done to fix it. Dr Longie listened to me and instead of insisting on a bunch of unnecessary x-rays, therapy and whatnot he examined my back, took me at my word that knew what I was talking about then adjusted it as I asked. He even offered that if I thought I needed a tune up before the end of the day he would re-adjust me again at no extra charge. I have been a patient of Dr. Longies since I was an infant! He has always taken great care of my health over the years... He has helped restore the mobility, strength and proper curvature of my neck after I suffered whiplash from 2 car accidents in my teenage years. He has helped give me relief when I USED to suffer from recurring (weekly, sometimes daily) headaches as well as migraine headaches. When I went to Dr. Rick I had really bad pain in my hips from pinching the sciatic nerve while exercising, in addition to some twisting of the spine from years of sports that was causing discomfort in my shoulders. After a few months of treatment, I am proud to announce that the hip pain is nearly all gone and the other ailments are getting better each and every visit. Dr. Longie deserves more than 5 stars!I am beyond grateful for Dr. Longie! Not only has he help me with my migraines, but he has helped save my sons life. In May 2018, during the night my son had a severe Asthma attack. He died in my arms. Thankfully, he was revived with CPR, then taken by ambulance to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. Immediately after being released, I brought him to see Dr. Longie at Brentwood Advanced Chiropractic. With an Exam and X-rays the Doctor found nerve pressure in the spine that controls his lungs. Every sense that horrible night my son gets weekly adjustments by Dr. Longie. Before that night he was using his rescue inhaler 3-5 times a week, but because of his adjustments with Dr. Longie he has probably only used his rescue inhaler 5 times sense May!!! Words cannot express how thankful I am for Dr. Longie, his knowledge and his years of experience. I have seen a huge difference with my sons Asthma! In the beginning, I was very skeptical and even a little uneasy seeing a chiropractor for a pinched nerve in my neck --- I was almost certain that it would require some sort of surgery to fix. The pain from the pinched nerve was hurting me so badly, that I finally decided to give him a try. On my first visit, Dr. Longie started by asking me if I had any concerns, questions, or feelings of uneasiness about seeing a chiropractor. After he addressed my issues, he then took x-rays and identified the cause of my pain: vertebrae that were out of alignment. He advised me as to how it could be fixed, and outlined a treatment schedule for me. He asked me when I wanted to begin, and after meeting with him and feeling a lot better about the procedures, I decided I wanted to receive my first adjustment that day. Within minutes, I received my first neck adjustment, which was basically an intense neck-pop. I INSTANTLY felt a relief in my pain. Dr. Longie stated that I would need to continue with my adjustments in order to continue to fix the issue. I have stuck with the adjustments, and now am feeling better than I did even before the pinched nerve. My range of motion has increased, I stand up more straight. All in all, my experience has been and continues to be excellent with Dr. Longie. He is a great chiropractor with excellent bedside manner (not condescending or grumpy like some doctors) whom I highly recommend to others experiencing pinched nerve pain!

I must admit I was skeptical about chiropractic care after suffering a compression fracture to my T-12 vertebrae but after a consultation and evaluation with Doctor Longie, I now feel better than I have felt since my accident. I received wonderful care from an orthopedic doctor when I had the fracture, but now that I am healed Dr. Longie is getting me all straightened out and I feel much better overall.

I was visiting my wifes sister and brother-in-law in Fairview, TN. They have been going to Dr. Rick for a number of years and I have played golf with him on several occasions.
