Very bad business lady, she only helps you when she feels like it. I showed up one hour before closing (6pm) and closes at (7pm) during the week. While still having the OPEN SIGN ON she has said “ What do you need done ? “ and I reply a hair cut for me, she answers “ oh we’re closed now”. She has done that several times. Would not recommend anyone to go there. Would give Zero stars if possible but unfortunately to write a review you have to put at lease one star.

I have never been to a salon so good as this one, and I have been EVERYWHERE..ulta..ect. Cindy is the owner and the only stylist working there. She KNOWS what she is doing and now my whole family goes there. The men really like her because they get a little shoulder massage after she is done cutting and styling. I think that keeps them coming back. For me, it is definatley the cut!! Excellent for women!!

**if I could review and give 0 stars i would!Went in on Friday to let her know we would be there the next morning at 10 for threading and wax. She said ok, see you in the morning. (Mind you, the hours say they open at 9). We get there at 10 and no one was there. We waited then called the number on the window.She said she was late because she was out shopping for supplies! And kept asking what services we needed becuse she needed to know (even though we told her yesterday). She said she wouldnt be back for another hour.Fast forward over an hour later, after waiting outside for a while we called to see if she was back and she was extremely rude and inconsiderate. She shouted why you not make appointment!? I gotta run around do this and do that and you dont have appointment. If you had appointment then i would know.We had already established the fact we talked and agreed to meet at 10 so Im not sure where the disconnect was. Instead shed rather get an attitude and yell. Her store hours say 9. So, she may want to look into changing that as well as not telling customers to meet at 10 if she cannot live up to her word. She embarrassed herself and her establishment by becoming unprofessional on the phone and shouting at a customer. All we wanted to do was see of she was back so we could go. Now, we will take our business elsewhere so we do not have to be disrespected by incompetent business owners that do not know how to properly manage their time.Note to owner: consider changing your hours of business as well as taking down the walk-in decal. Also, seek customer service skills training if possible and increase manning if you cannot run your store.
