I got my nails do it started good then ended terrible. When she did the designed it was not done right, she made the lines too thick as she was running out of black. Then I went back to take the nails off on Monday as I was not going to keep it messy. The lady who took my nails off did not even take all the acrylic off seriously 😳 I was so shocked on her comment she made. Do you like it now? Heck no you did not even finish taking the stuff of my nails properly. I was being very nice, I could have made a big mess and asked for the refund back because it was done badly. Even when I went to take them off it was not done properly like no way. Then she tried to charge me, the manager said no it’s ok no need. I was going to loose it there. Look at the picture after she took of my acrylics off. Literally not completely off, makes me want to go back and have them finish taking it off then pay me back.

The people are rude. They talk about the customers in their language. Them speaking to each other in the language is not an issue. Them talking about the customers is the issue. And is very disrespectful. They also tell people what they want don’t want to do. Will never return. Horrible service. Tried twice, horrible experiences both times.

I had an amazing manicure by Nina and pedicure by Lin. They took their time, very detail oriented, and gave great massages. The salon was clean and followed COVID precautions. I would recommend going there to get your nails done! And they have colors that have dip/gel/regular nail polish...which means no longer trying to match gel manicure to a regular pedicure!

I can see why they 3 star reviews. I called to schedule an appointment, got there and theyre getting the water ready, not hot enough. I ask to make it hotter. She lets a little hot water in the already full cool water. Then I proceeded to sit there for 30 mins, feet soaking in lukewarm water while cold air is blowing directly on me. After 30 mins of still waiting, I just left. Im sure the service wouldve been fine but I just didnt have time to wait today.

NINA is the BEST! I get my nails done every 3 weeks and Nina never disappoints! My nails always look amazing and lasts 3-4 weeks! I get the SNS and I am always satisfied. Also it’s reasonably priced! The only thing I would recommend is make an appointment before you go! Also, very COVID friendly! She is always sanitizing and making sure there is a barrier between her and I! Under new management.. so it’s awesome now! Highly recommend Bella Nails (in particularly Nina!)

I love this nail salon. Nina, the owner, is an artist when it comes to acrylic nails. She takes pride in her work and it shows. My nails are beautiful and I I get lots of compliments on them. She also listens carefully to what you like and want.This salon is very clean and they are working hard to follow Covid protocols. I feel completely safe here. I cannot imagine why anyone would say otherwise unless they have an ulterior motive.

This is my first time writing a review ever, and my experience was so poor, I had to write a review in order save someone else from coming here and wasting their money.I came here with a friend recently and we were both getting pedicures. They put a clear curtain in between us and the employees when we were in the chair, and my friend and I were both uncomfortable since the curtain was visibly dirty. The curtain was supposed to be clear but you could barely see through it from how dirty it was. This was our first sign uncleanliness inside their spa.Two employees were prepping our feet at the same time and then when it came time to actually work on our nails, they switched places. It seemed a bit odd that they did that but they didn’t even change out their gloves. My friend had to get on to them to change their gloves and tell them that if they are working with different feet, they have to change out their gloves. Pretty basic hygiene and sanitation knowledge if you ask me, so that was another red flag on how unsanitary this place is. Unfortunately, that wasn’t even the worst part of my visit.I tend to get ingrown toenails so I have to get regular pedicures. And yes, when they try to fix it, there is usually some discomfort, but it is very tolerable. This pedicure was just downright painful. My pedicurist tried clipping the nail and digging it out. I kept telling them that it hurt and to be more gentle with it, but they didn’t listen and I ended up bleeding. Once I saw that, I immediately asked them to stop the procedure because I was in so much pain. They said it was because of the ingrown toenail and they were trying to fix it. I obviously knew that and I informed her that I have gotten countless pedicures and none of them have made me bleed, let alone be this agonizing and painful. They didn’t listen, again, and continued with service even though I told them multiple times to stop. I did not want to seem rude or cause a scene so I tried to go through with. I could barely breathe from the pain I was in; I was close to hyperventilating. My friend tried to talk to me and gave me some of her wine to help me get my mind off of my pain, but it was only so effective. Similar story with the other foot.It’s been 4 days since my visit and I still cannot walk properly since any pressure on my toes is very painful. Please save yourself and DO NOT go here. I paid and tipped pretty well since I still had the service done and I’m not a mean person, but don’t waste your money here.

I was a loyal customer for 4 years. Matt Duong left and I barely recognize any of the nail techs now. I currently have a nail fungus that I got from here. When the tech took off my last dip set, my nail was green and he acknowledged it was fungus. He brought over another lady to look and they decided I should get more dip over the fungus. No thanks! I won’t be going back. But I will miss Fran who is so sweet and gives the world’s best foot massages!

I have been coming to this salon every month for over a year and I love this place! Sarah is my go-to girl and she is wonderful! They always have peaceful music, the food network on, complimentary beverages, a clean environment, clean utensils, a professional service.I would also like to add I have NEVER been rushed. Ever. I spend about an 1.5 getting a wonderful pedi and gel manicure. Sarah spends time massaging my feet and hands and never hurries the process. I have been to several other employees there when Sarah is out and they all have the same work ethic. Very kind and welcoming.I’ve never had any cracked or chipped gel nails from this company.

I love this salon! I have always had a wonderful and relaxing experience here. The manicurists take their time and make you feel welcome. I even brought my bridesmaids here for my wedding. The massages are great and everyone I’ve ever had does an excellent job on pedicures and gel manicures. I highly recommend this salon in the Brentwood area.

The overall experience was blah. I was never asked what type of pedicure I wanted and it looked like a 5 years old painted my nails. I had polish all over my skin. I would have requested a redo but didn’t have time. This was my third time trying this place hoping it would get better but it hasn’t. Not coming back!

Service has gotten so bad! Yesterday when having my gel removed from my nails the guy used his own finger nails to scrape off, I asked why he wasn’t using an instrument and he avoided me! His nails were dirty and he didn’t file my nails just left ruff! I had just had the gel put on a week and a half earlier by the guy who sits in the corner and was more interested in his phone than taking care of the customer! Not my first bad experience but will be my last.

What a treat! After reading the negative reviews I felt I had to share my positive experience. The salon is under new management so that might have something to do with it.

Best nail place ever. The store got a new owner two months ago, and the service is fantastic! Thank goodness I didn’t bypass this nice nail place due to the outdated negative reviews!

I tried them for the first time today. I made an appointment and they stuck to the appointment. I was in and out in an hour which is great since I had a manicure and pedicure. I loved the use of warm lotion for my massage it was very relaxing.The location was bright, clean and I loved the little girls section with a princess crown. I will be back and will bring my six-year-old daughter with me.

Please dont be fooled by the location. I went to get a full set with gel polish. On day 2 three of my nails were already lifting from my natural nails. Besides that they switched nail techs twice. Read the reviews and choose elsewhere. Youll thank yourself later.

Every time I get my nails done here they look amazing and I get multiple compliments from strangers. They do an amazing job of taking care of my stupid broken nail!

Passed from one technician to the other, felt rushed to choose what I wanted and then went away with something completely different and plain rather than what I wanted because no one cares to learn how to do ombre. Wont be returning. But it is a beautiful salon and the person who seemed to be the manager waa pleasant. Theyre just complacent enough to do the bare minimum.

The young man who did my nails texted several times while he did my nails. Once he got up in the middle of doing my nails to go text in the back. He just left me right in the middle of my manicure! I don’t ever want him again!! He sits in the left corner, avoid him if you can.

Im only giving this place a two because I was seen quickly, and because theyre in a great location.....OTHERWISE dont go! I go a gel manicure almost 2 weeks ago (the polish is lifting and actually peeling) and my nails look terrible. My usual nail tech was booked and I was headed out of town. I think the guy that did my nails said 1 full sentence to me. He didnt ask how I wanted my nails shaped, he did his own semi oval/semi square nightmare on my nails. I will NEVER go back, ever.

Wasnt happy with manicure or sanitation. I asked to stop services after cuticles were cut on one hand & pay for what was done. Nail tech insisted to continue. She then asked if I wanted polish and I told her Im not happy with the manicure and she said if youre not happy we can be finished, and charged $18. Very disappointed.

I was amazed in reading these reviews of this place. My thought was, well if its as terrible as these people are saying, how have they been open so long in a place with high rent?First of all, the lady that did my pedicure was polite, did not talk too much, but was very friendly. She did a great job on my pedicure.Secondly, I was in cosmetology school for two years. And I have gotten pedicures in at least 10 different places in the last 7 years between Spring Hill, Franklin, Brentwood, and Thompsons Station. OSHA REQUIRES that once you drain the water out of the tub, the customer receives a new, dry towel underneath their feet. NO ONE has EVER remembered this step before until today. Mind you, I have been to high end nail salons who technicians flat out ignored this rule. This small thing (the cosmetology regulation), goes a long way with me.I am baffled by the negative reviews, but I also understand that people generally review when they have bad experiences.My pedi is beautiful and experience was good. I recommend this place to any local looking for an affordable and quality pedicure.

Worst $45 ever spent. The guy rushed me, was sick and wiping his nose. Color is crooked and I still have to trim my cuticles now that I am home. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else in the future.

My sister and I went to get our nails done. Ive asked for the pink and white and my God was I disappointed with how she did it. This wasnt my 1st time getting it so I know how it should look especially if im paying $55 for it. She constantly kept stopping and walking away. My sister managed to get a pedicure and acrylic nails done while I was still getting my nails done. Im disgusted with my nails its been 2wks and the clear coat is yellow and peeling. Never again will I go to Bellas

My return visit was due to the nails breaking the same day. But I noticed that the manager avoids people of color . He avoided greeting us at the door. While getting the nail repaired I notice he ran to greet other people as soon as the door opened. I felt cold and the lack of customer service was even colder

Worst Pedicure i have ever had. This place doesnt deserve one star rating. The older lady that did my pedicure (she wasnt wearing a nametag) was very rude, she started the pedicure with luke warm water, the towels she brought out were just barely warm, she didnt cut the cuticles, she picked up the instrument but didnt actually touch my toes, she just pretended like she done something (just went thru the motions) I was never asked what kind of pedicure did i want, most places will also ask you if you want something to drink ( i wasnt asked anything). I have had this lady one other time and she was the same way, i was thinking she was just in a bad mood, but today it was even worse. She was supposed to do my nails after the pedicure, but i told her i changed my mind. I will never go back to Bella Nail Skin Care on Old Hickory in Brentwood.

Went for a gel mani and pedi. Not happy with the quality. The older lady did my nails, rushed through it all. Barely did anything for my pedi and my gel was done sloppy on my nails. Dont go, even if you are in a rush, find somewhere else.
