Although given to the community is a beautiful gesture. They are never on time. People are already ashamed to need the hand out. Yet week after week they never start at 10 o’clock having people lined up waiting and waiting for the food. The start time has went as far as an hour late. I pray they understand that this is constructive criticism. It is imperative that things start on time sure things run a few minutes late but one hour and counting is absolutely ridiculous.
