The west Tn office in Jackson is a Joke, will not work hrs. Requested, lies to you all the time. Won’t answer phone when you call always want to text everything, I hate texting. And when you call Brentwood to complain no one is ever available to talk to you and won’t call you back.

This company is an awesome company to work for and also a great company to have service for you. The staff are all so understanding and always trying to do whatever they can to help everyone they can. I have worked with them for a little bit now and I have not had one reason to complain. Couldnt as for a better job. They have worked with my home life schedule and also understood when my kids were sick as well. The services they provide to the clients are awesome and they make each client feel like family.

Dont waste your time using this place. They didnt They didnt have anyone to work any of my shifts this weekend at all. hardly ever have any staff to cover my shifts. Ive noticed a lot of times, I call to see who theyll be sending and they told me the same name for 4 weeks. The caregiver never showed up for any shifts,and if I hadnt questioned why she hadnt been reprimanded or let go,she would still be employed apparently. Ive been told to implement my backup plan,which is calling in friends and family to help me because they dont have anyone more than theyve actually sent caregivers The owner must be greedy in my opinion. Ive had a few caregivers when they knew they were quitting anyway tell me they only made $8/hr. In order to make $10/hr must agree to work 60 hours per week and if you drop below that pay goes down to minimum wage. Ive had people come here loowho couldnt scramble an egg or make bed right. Be forewarned about this company.

Great company to work for. My friends grandma had a caregiver from this company before I worked her and this company goes above and beyond to make sure all shifts are covered. We get encouraging texts and we are even having a Dementia walk.

Senior Solutions violated HIPAA as well as the privacy of my mom. Senior Solutions was employed by us to offer companionship services to my mom suffering with dementia in a nursing home. During which time, her caregiver was Chynette Gikey. It was simply by chance that one day we found a video of my mom that Chynette had taken and posted to her personal Facebook account allowing her friends to comment on my mom. Chynette was NOT given my permission to take this video nor would I have ever known about it had it not been for a chance viewing. When I asked Chynette about the video, she became highly defensive and unapologetic. I also made the company aware of the situation. They did not reach out to me except for their Marketing Representative, Jeannie. She was extremely professional in the way she handled it. However, the company as a whole did not handle the situation professionally. I strongly advise you again hiring this company. Their employee violated HIPPA and well as the rights of my mom and her privacy. Poor thing had no idea what was going on when Chynette was taking the video nor was she able to stop her from taking it.

I havent been working that long i love helping people and as a cargiver i love what i do and working for this combany and i am grateful this is a great combany to work for im very blessed thank you

I wouldn’t recommend NOBODY to work for Senior Solutions Home Care ! They are HORRIBLE . They communication skills are terrible , You call they office number and sometimes nobody pick up the phone for HOURS they tell you to leave a voice message you leave voice messages and they don’t even return your calls , they got clients that be physically fighting you and everything . This company messed up on my paycheck and I think It was purposely because I didn’t wanna work for them anymore I’ve been calling for at least 3-4 days and haven’t really heard anything good about me getting my money that I worked HARD for ! They are so UNPROFESSIONAL even they clients thinks so . THIS COMPANY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY . They don’t care about they CLIENTS OR EMPLOYEES . I don’t even wanna give them no stars they most definitely don’t deserve any .
