The office was in a great location and the staff there was wonderful. The doctor and her assistant were also very thorough and went right to work with their treatment plan for me. I would highly recommend this place if you need allergy treatments.

The doctors and nurses are like family and they treat people, not just their patients, with respect and the most special part of it is that my daughter is getting better with her allergies as her Doctor, Dr Jerdee, is making sure that she is getting better.Thank you so much Dr Jerdee!!!

I’ve been with Allergy and Asthma Medical Group for more than 15 years now. Dr Jacobs and his staff are all professional, friendly and accommodating. I’ve been going to the Brentwood office which is where I live. The office is clean. Parking is not a problem. Easy to make appointment if you need one. Website is user friendly.

I feel so lucky to be a patient of Allergy and Asthma Medical group! My family and I have been with Dr. Su and staff for 10 plus years. They are absolutely wonderful and make you feel so comfortable. Very through and spend a lot of time getting to know their patients. Dr. Su LISTENS to her patients, and we have never had a medical/allergy issue she couldn’t help figure out. Honestly, she is that good. I joke with my husband and tell him we can never move far from her practice. Haha! My daughter has an ANA peanut allergy, and we did OIT in the San Ramon/Walnut Creek office. We are in our 3rd year of maintenance, and life has been so free with this amazing opportunity they gave us. If you or a family member have food allergies, please look into oral immunotherapy. It’s life changing!

We covered alternative options of medication for COPD and Dr. Jerdee presented a trial period with samples before initiating the recommended medication. Dr. Jerdee is very attentive and I felt she had taken my concerns and needs with utmost importance. Staff is always helpful and willing to achieve a positive outcome for their patients. I highly recommend this medical group with theirs standards of excellence and care towards their patients.

I have been going to Brentwood Allergy & Asthma for a couple years now. The staff is very nice, knowledgeable and great! I see Dr. Jones and she is great too. My allergies are doing much better, and I will continue to go there for continued care! I recommend them as they are very efficient and great to work with!

I have to get asthma shots every other Friday. The staff is very nice and they get me in and out in a timely manner. I dont like needles but the nurses are good at their job cause I barely feel it.

Someone in this group does an extraordinary job of recruiting. The staff is consistently pleasant and professional. The opportunity to work with Joshua Jacobs and Tara Mostofi (Mostofi mentored by Josh Jacobs) has been both life-saving and life changing. These individuals are the best in their field.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ilsten Jones of Allergy and Asthma Medical Group for two years. The office staff is friendly and caring. The respiratory therapists and nurses that I have had care from were all caring and warm. Even Dr.’s scribes have been friendly. I feel that Dr. jones has given me excellent medical care for my asthma and allergies. She bases her decisions on my respiratory test and my responses to her questions about my experience with my asthma and allergies. I feel fortunate to be a patient of Allergy and Asthma Medical Group.

I’am completely satisfied and impressed. In my first tele-visit, she asked questions, and listened to my answers and concerns. I had been on several asthma medications for months and kept getting worse. She changed my main medication and the result was almost instantaneous. I realize that it is sometimes nessesary to adjust medications, but my other doctor didn’t even suggest a change, even after two trips to the ER, and three courses of prednisone. I was beginning to think there was no such thing as controlling asthma. Dr Jerdee is the best! Highly recommend her.

Great place and nice people 😊 The only reason I gave 3 stars is because when my child asked for some water the receptionist told him to get it from a bathroom sink that is located in a hallway SMH that alone is very disturbing she could have just said no even though a kind nurse just gave us a cup 2mins prior smh
