Suffering from chronic sciatica and low back pain, I sought relief here. I was impressed with the professional staff and my acupuncturist, Brent, who turned out to be a magician as my pain was much relieved after a single session. After 3 sessions I am a new person. I plan on tune ups on a regular basis. Forget the pills for pain. You dont need them. You have Modern Acupuncture.

Considering this was my first community experience with acupuncture, I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk person was knowledgeable, and the treatment specialist was kind. Also, the environment was clean and there were tons of Covid precautions in place. Id say its worth a try if you are on the fence.

I’ve been getting regular acupuncture treatments for over two years now! Rachelle is not only incredible at what she does, as an acupuncturist and expert in Chinese medicine, but she is a fantastic person who makes it her mission to help you from the moment you meet her. Two words: life changing.

Adam at reception was lovely (as well as Sam) I was running late for an appointment with a friend and Adam accommodated us so well. He told me to drive safe when I was speeding to get there on time (ps if you live in franklin its 20 mins away NOT 12 lol)I wish I would have asked more questions of my provider. The first time I had acupuncture was in the summer and it was cold out during my service here. I didn’t consider wearing shorts and a tank top like my first time 😬🙃 wish I would have removed my headband or shirt (I had a tank on) to experience the full benefits (Im also a novice).Environment was great but ask your provider questions. They may not be experienced enough on asking potential uncomfortable questions (removing headband or a shirt).

The acupuncturists Change frequently as well as the front desk person. As staff changes it seems there’s little communication as to what another person had done regarding treatment and membership. One acupuncturist frequently dropped needles in my chair and would leave needles in that hurt and bruised me after I asked for them to be removed or moved. On several occasions my account was reopened and charged without my authorization and I was given little to make up for it. Also, a previous desk worker had given me discounts and the next desk worker noticed and tried to make me pay back all the discounts I had been given. It was not my fault someone was not trained properly. If you are looking for a good, relaxing, reliable treatment, save yourself the stress and do not go here.

Modern Acupuncture was my first experience with acupuncture. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The staff is very welcoming and explained the process...making note of why I was there and how this could help. In addition, I really love the vibe of the studio. Its very relaxing and perfect for a moment of zen.

I visited Modern Acupuncture for labor induction. After two sessions (2 days in a row), contractions started. Contractions were 6 minutes apart during my third session and baby was born less than 12 hours later! So thankful for the knowledgeable staff and the very reasonable package pricing options.

I came in with excruciating pain in my head and jaw that I had been dealing with for five days. Seriously, I was in tears when I came into the Modern Acupuncture Office. Four hours after my acupuncture treatment I felt blissful relief from my pain. Im now on day two of being pain free. This place was nothing short of miraculous for me. They laid out a treatment plan and were incredibly sympathetic and kind to me when I was in pain. I felt cared for and truly heard. Cannot say enough. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This was our first time doing acupuncture and finding out that 8 of us could go at one time was even more enticing! We scheduled an appointment and received confirmation of our appointments by text message. When we arrived, the receptionist was very welcoming and the environment very calming. She kindly showed us where to watch the video before beginning to know what to expect. Before entering the zen den, she took us in one by one to set us each up at our own station. Each person has a recliner massage chair with a curtain of separation on each side with a basket on the side to hold belongings. All jewelry on the wrists were taken off and socks, shoes, and pants pulled up to the knees to access all the pressure points. The recliner is then reclined until the feet are suspended in the air and the chair massage begins. Then the acupuncturist came around to each of us individually and performed a personalized treatment depending on the needs of the client. It was about a couple hour process in total. As you looked up from the massage chair, there were TV screens of everything calming in nature while the background music also played instrumental music.It was a wonderful and invigorating experience!It was also a fun and unique bonding experience with my family over thanksgiving! We thanked Rachelle, the acupuncturist, and the receptionist for our amazing experience including the complimentary tea/coffee bar before and after. I would definitely recommend anyone to go, especially to this location!

I started going to Modern Acupuncture a couple weeks ago for hair loss and stress/anxiety. I have noticed a difference in my stress levels since the first session and have continued to see results after each session. Along with stress levels decreasing my sleep has improved and overall I have really enjoyed going to Modern Acupuncture. The environment is relaxing, the people are very kind and I would 100% recommend anyone to go! Even if you are unsure or have never had acupuncture before you will feel comfortable at Modern Acupuncture and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed and ready to book another session!

The service had been good. I however made the mistake of purchasing an unlimited plan then found myself looking for a new job and moving and no longer having good access to any location. They were unwilling to work with me and cancel the contract from that point. I didnt ask for a refund of what I had already been billed, just the next two payments since I could not use the service. They would not. I was very disappointed. I thought the contract had provisions for this situation but they didnt even consider.I want to add to my previous comment. After we talked more, the management found a way to help and gave a refund. They even offered a complimentary session. I am very happy with the end result and it didnt take much to.get it accomplished. It was never about the service which was great.

They are so welcoming and I have felt relief after every visit. They also welcome walk-ins and offer you tea after every session. Very accommodating with the plan you pick. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I’ve always enjoyed acupuncture in the past and found it quite beneficial to my overall health. But I had gotten away from it, a busy schedule, having to book far in advance for a time that would work, etc.I decided to give Modern Acupuncture a try and am so glad I did! Complete convenience aside, the front staff are welcoming and the practitioners are very knowledgeable, each treatment is tailored for my needs – whether it’s a migraine or tendonitis that’s acting up - it’s never a cookie-cutter approach. Its only 30 minutes in any given day where I can completely relax…its peaceful and I leave feeling better both physically and mentally.

Great environment. Peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed every moment of it. The staff take excellent care of you! I was so comfortable I fell asleep from the treatment. If you are ever in the area stop by and be prepared to be impressed!

Amazing place! Atmosphere is serene and calming and the staff is so welcoming and outstanding. This was one of the first experiences I had in Tennessee and I absolutely loved it!, not to mention that the treatment was great. Walked in with a sore back from traveling and came out feeling refreshed and with no pain! cant wait to make it back.

I love coming here! Its so beautiful and peaceful! Just walking in the door you feel stress lifting away. The staff is warm and welcoming, the clinic is beautiful. When I was getting acupuncture at another office (mainly because they accepted our insurance) it was more of a hospital feel and I could never relax. Modern Acupuncture doesnt accept insurance, but its still less expensive than my co-pays at the place I was going!

I went in with pain from fibromyalgia and chronic migraines and left feeling better than I have in years. Excellent experience! Everyone is very professional and pleasant. After developing some neuropathy-related numbness in my lower legs and calves, I decided to try acupuncture instead of medication. After 6 treatments, I can tell a noticeable improvement in the numbness. I plan on continuing the treatments to see how it goes.

I suffer from Migraines. I went to Modern Acupuncture Cool Springs to see if acupuncture would help with them. It is the most relaxing experience. I have had 3 sessions and I have left totally relaxed each time. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and acupuncturists are extremely knowledgeable. On my second session I went in with a migraine starting. By the time I left it was gone. I have been getting at least 2 migraines a week. I have only had 1 minor headache since I started acupuncture. I would HIGHLY recommend Modern Acupuncture!

This is a great place and the employees are friendly. They are quick and efficient at their job. Having said that, the only negative thing I have experienced is people coming into a quiet room where other people are trying to relax and they talk/laugh like they are at a concert, disrupting everyone... Inconsiderate.....Also, people coming In rattling their keys and slamming stuff down is annoying. People should treat it like a library.

My first time to try acupuncture and I was a little nervous. I had a great experience. It was very relaxing and I got relief from my headache which wasn’t even the reason for my visit! I had no idea acupuncture helped so many things.

Such a calm and relaxing atmosphere, the staff were wonderful and I had a great first experience! They even gave me some tea before I left. Definitely worth the 50 minute drive!

Modern Acupuncture is fantastic. I initially booked an appointment to manage my back pain and joint pain. I was somewhat concerned about the needles to find out that you cannot feel them. Not only that, but the amazing massage chairs and HD TV screens with relaxing images from all over the world will put you to sleep. It only takes 30 minutes. After only a few visits, my back and knuckle pain is gone. Now, I am engaging in the cosmetic acupuncture treatments and have recently received compliments from friends and family that I look refreshed and youthful. This is the best kept secret!!! Say bye to Botox and be a part of this unbelievable experience. Staff is great and you will feel fabulous!
