I had a great experience at this office, the whole staff is amazing! Dr. Canchola and his assistant Angela did a wonderful job on my filling and root canal. I can honestly say I have no pain as I’m typing this the day after my procedure! I’ll most definitely be recommending all my family and friends to this office for their dental needs!❤️

The dentist used to terrify me, but that all changed when I found Tippit Dental. Everyone is incredibly kind and patient. They take the time to calm your fears and explain everything in great detail. Highly recommend!

Had a few bad experiences here. First off, if you give them your phone number or email they will relentlessly contact you with reminders despite attempts to cancel. Near the start of Covid I got a reminder for a dental appointment but when I arrived I was told they werent doing cleaning appointments, which surprised me since I got the confirmation email. Turns out, they didnt know how to stop sending them.When I did finally go in for my cleaning I had lost my dental insurance and would be getting new insurance in a month so I didnt want to spring for the costly x-rays out of pocket. Man, they didnt like that one bit. Both the hygienist and the dentist were rude and brushed me off, saying they couldnt really do anything to check on my teeth without x-rays. On the bright side it was a short visit, but it sure did leave a sour taste in my mouth (ha)!After that bad experience, I said I wouldnt be scheduling a follow-up appointment, but they scheduled me one anyways, saying they HAD to and that I could cancel it later. I dont know what kinda nonsense that is.And lastly, when I did get the x-rays I was told I had multiple cavities that needed to be filled or redone. Those areas of my teeth gave me no problems or pain, so I got a second opinion and was told only one place needed a redo for the cavity, and it wasnt particularly pressing but was more of a preventative measure.So yeah, Id strongly recommend you find a non-chain dentist in the area.

Social distancing was followed. We were greeted by hygienists masked and gloved. Lori informed me every step of what she was doing. Dr. Conchola was friendly and thoroughly examined my teeth, gums and mouth. He carefully reviewed the X-rays. There was no unprofessional conversation heard of the other staff. Clean office, uptodate technology that worked. A pleasant experience. Glad we found this dental practice.

Awesome staff - very professional and they make you feel at ease. They repeatedly check on you to make sure you are comfortable. They explain everything to you before any procedure. I’m so glad I found them - highly recommend!

Very caring. I am one of those rare fearful adult patients (think panic attacks and adrenaline shakes). Dr. C and staff do a really good job working at providing a calm reassuring environment. I only wished they offered the nitrous oxides has with Valium (all tho that may be medically contraindicated).They also do a very good work and with my insurance are not über costly.

I recently had crown work done at Tippit Dental in Brenham and my experience was very pleasant. Dr. Canchola answered all my questions and was concerned about my comfort throughout the procedure. His dental assistant, Amber, was terrific!Together they kept me relaxed and confident I was receiving the highest level of care. I feel their fees are reasonable as well and would definitely recommend this establishment.

It’s a true Blessing to have found Tippit Dental in Brenham. For someone who has anxiety about going to the dentist, it’s the perfect choice. Each and every person there has a calm, friendly and down to earth demeanor. They are professional, but will also laugh right along with you. Even with pretty extensive dental work, the pain was minimal And very tolerable.

Really impressed and grateful for the expertise in this small town dental office!! I needed a root canal and crown. It went very smoothly...I could feel and hear the concern of the staff during the entire procedure. My pain was greatly reduced afterwards! We brought our daughter in for crowns on her front teeth several months ago and her smile is beautiful!!! We highly recommend them!!!

I had a near-drowning experience many years ago, and the water rinse part of dental work just gives me terrors. The staff at Tippet Brenham worked with me, went at my pace, and let me take breaks from the procedure I needed at whatever point I needed.I shook like a leaf the whole time but the doctors hands were steady and I could not be happier with my treatment here. I got a root canal with full crown, 3D imaging, and xrays.I was especially pleased with the dentists knowledge of tangential things like how redheaded people have a gene that makes them metabolize lidocaine much faster than other folks do - something I did not know! Previous dentists always chastised me for complaining in the middle of their work, and never believed me when I tried to tell them the numbing was wearing off.My care was top notch, I was treated with respect, and I will be back here for my next treatment!

Went in for a routine cleaning, there wasn’t a long wait past the appointment time like other offices in the past. All the staff was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this office.

Amazing staff! I have extreme dental anxiety and they did everything to keep me calm and relaxed. Dr. Conchola is the absolute best. He made certain I was relaxed and never once in pain. I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs.

Still requiring masks which are not mandated anymore. Had to sit in my car while my son went in. No idea how anything went because I’m not in the office. They just let him go and didn’t bother to call me back in or even call to tell me how it went.

The dentist has a stigma attached to it as a scary place you avoid. The payment at the end isnt the best but who likes that anyway.The staff and dentist I see are the best Ive experienced thus far. Each trip is enjoying, professionalism is there and work done is great.Thanks Tippit keep up the great work!

The dentist is usually not a favorite place to go, but the Tippit Dental Group of a Brenham made my visit very enjoyable. All of the staff were very professional and friendly. I felt that my hygienist Brittany was interested in getting to know me, and Dr. Canchola was very nice too! Addressed any questions or concerns that I had. I really enjoyed my first visit and have already recommended the office to two people!

I have an amazing experience with all of the staff today! The waiting area was very warm and professional and the front desk staff was very nice. I’m super anxious about the dentist and they made me feel very comfortable and welcome. They walked me through the whole process and explained everything as we went.

Hygienist, Lori, was friendly, personable and extremely efficient. Dr. Canchola and his assistant, Marilyn were very personable and functioned as a well coordinated team of professionals. They explained what was needed, what was going to happen and what follow up to take. Receptionists were also nice and helpful.

Where to even begin?! The staff is just so lovely. They took the time to hear out what I wanted to do and helped me choose the best course of action. They took the time to make sure I understood the costs and helped me select the best route to pay for the services. The doctor was very thorough and I had zero pain. I am incredibly impressed and pleased with the services that I had completed. My family and I shall be patients for life.

This place makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. The office has a warm, welcoming country feel to it. The staff was very friendly; they made me feel like a person, not just a patient. I haven’t been to the dentist in years because I was scared of them. I couldn’t stand having my teeth cleaned it hurt so much. That’s why my teeth are in bad shape I wouldn’t go back until I had really bad issues. But today I can say my fear of cleaning my teeth is longer an issue. Very clean & comfortable atmosphere. Entire staff is super friendly and accommodating.We had some issues trying to get my daughters insurance verified (on our end, not Tippits end) but they helped me get the info needed to get her verified and ready for appointment, so I appreciated the guidance they provided.Lori (the hygienist) walked my timid 6 year old through the entire process, from xrays to polish, explaining every step & telling her what to expect which made my daughter VERY comfortable and cooperative.Dr. Canchola is very warm and inviting, with great “bedside” manner and had my daughter laughing throughout the exam.All around a great place to be a patient and we will continue using them for the entirety of the foreseeable future! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
