This was my first haircut at this salon. I read reviews online and was hoping for the best. Another lady was getting her hair colored in between my appointment. After a brief conversation about what I wanted, the stylist started wetting my hair down with a spray bottle. My first thought was maybe this was her process and that she would wash my hair after cutting. After a brief overly fast haircut, she commenced to drying my hair. Quite frankly I was shocked and told her that I had not washed my hair in a few days and that I would go home and wash it myself. She said, “Oh, do you want your hair washed?” Again, I was shocked. She then gave me a quick wash and finished up. I did tip her because that is what I always try to do after a haircut. Today I rewashed my hair and realized how terribly uneven it is and it does not lay right. I think the lady was capable but just did not seem to really care to impress me at all. I just don’t understand work ethic these days. I will not go back.

Michelle and her staff are professional, top notch, and always make time for customers. Only place I’ll be going to from now on for all my hair care needs.

So much so that I hesitated to ask for it here but then thought it was worth a shot.Michelle knocked it out of the park.E.x.a.c.t.l.y. what I wanted.I also had one of my kids with me and she did everything to make them feel comfortable and I didnt have to stress.

This place is fantastic i got my hair cut at fantastic sams just yesterday wanted the pixie cut they messed me up bad so i called around and thisbplace is open until seven one of the few places that are they are new to location only about a month but people give these two ladies a chance they definitely deserve it not only did they do a wonderful job on my hair but came in to cut it on her day off because my hair was messed up from the previous cut she was dantastic super friendly and made u feel welcome and comfortable i will use these ladies for the rest of either my stay here ends or theirs whicheveer comes first thank you for your hardwork and commitment to this community
