8/18/21: Updating my review to increase rating to 3 stars based on improved performance. It is also important to note that there has never been an issue with the friendliness of the staff, but more so the lack of communication. What I can say is that the staff genuinely cares and makes an effort to go above what I would normally expect from this type of provider.

I have had quite a few visits to this clinic and I find them to be very professional, caring & respectful. I sense a genuine concern for my health. Not sure why the couple of disgruntled ratings but, from what I have seen & experienced, they dont deserve them.

A great group of medical professionals. They are helping my son with his severe sleep apnea.

Nice people but, after 7 months of testing, follow ups, more testing, and more follow ups, I was told to continue using my machine as I always had.They got bank from my medical insurance for the priveledge.I could have saved time, money, and stress, by just purchasing new masks and gear without any appointments.

Everyone at this Clinic is very nice. That being said I have had them fail to cancel appointments that I have requested cancelled. I have had them schedule a sleep study that was unnecessary when in fact I needed a home sleep test which is what I asked for in the first place. And I have picked up equipment and then told at the last minute it needed to be there the following morning. I run a business and typically an office should let you know these things in advance so that you can schedule accordingly. It has been 4 months since I started working with Kitsap pulmonary and sleep medicine and I still do not have a resolve with my sleep issues, nearly 10k later (insurance cost).If you would like efficient, well communicated care, this might not be a good fit for you.

The team of professionals, from reception, through nursing, Resp therapy and MDs are helpful, informative, supportive. I always am made to feel a part of the team managing my medical issues.

Very uncaring and arrogant attitude by the reception staff...not impressed at all.
