This is my email to the hr recruiter. It should be illegal to advertise false wages.I wanted to let you know that your low offer was very disappointing, frustrating and low balling.Your questionnaire prior to the interview involved me asking what the pay was and you said $18 an hour. You also mentioned how the job hasnt been filled for a while and this could increaseI then go to Tacoma, from Silverdale for an interview even though the right thing to do would have been having Tim come to Bremerton for the interview since this is where the location of the job is at. This is a 45 minute drive.Then you call to make your low ball offer.I have 5 years of experience as an MA. This job entails diagnostic testing which is a skill us MAs go to school for. You are not searching for someone with no experience and you are certainly not searching for someone right out of school with your posted job description.You may want to take this in consideration and also realize that this makes GTC look bad. You are representing this company.Your words that were spoken had false statements and I dont appreciate that nor agree with it. I will be taking this complaint further by writing a review about this factual information and providing that feedback with your company too.I would not have waisted my time driving 45 minutes away, interfering with my families schedule to be low balled for a whopping $15 dollar an hour job requesting to have experience and to work as a Sr. MA.I gave this company 1 star because I did like the facility even though it looked out dated. The benefits appear to be great and nerting with Tim was easygoing yet professional.
